Had horrible advice which cause me to end up in contempt, more than once! Meetings and hearings were constantly cancelled because she didnt feel well! Then, when I seeked other councel, she testifies against me as a "SURPRISE WITNESS" for my ex's attorney!!!! Liz twisted everything I said&wrote to her, to make herself look good because she knew she gave me bad advice! I ended up getting an attorney out of IR country, which was the best decision I made! I almost lost my kids because of her not doing what she needed to do in the first place. I never reported her because I was scared she would lie to attorneys and Judges about me. Look for an attorney out of Indian River Country and go to court in a different county.

I hired Attorney Gerald T. Roden while my son was in Jail facing a 5-year sentence for his 3rd Felony VOP. Originally, my son was assigned a public defender that we never met or spoke to about the case. Realizing that public defenders are over-worked and their case loads unrealistic, I began searching the internet for the best Attorney I could find. Attorney Roden spoke with me on the phone gathering as much information as I could provide, met with me in person, taking notes on as many details of the case that I could give him, and then went out to the jail to meet with my son, All on the same day!!! After gathering all the information, Jerry got right to work on the case. He was very communicative with us from the start. We were never left wondering what he was doing as he communicated by email and phone calls every step of the way. He was very thorough, motivated and fought so aggressively for us that I felt as though Jerry was fighting for one of his own family members. He was able to convince the DA to reinstate probation which eliminated the threat of jail time and a felony conviction. This attorney is definitely someone you would want on your side.

Seth greeted us before we even made it to the office door, and i felt comfortable with him immediately. He took the time to explain all the things we needed to do and helped us decide what forms we needed to fill out.
Every step of the way, he was outgoing, personable and professional. He answered all our questions and went over all the pros and cons of each of our decisions.

I was at the end of my rope with my baby mama and was told to see Mr. Battista. She was controlling all of my time with my child, not letting me see him when I didn't give her what she wanted (usually money), and then stopped letting me see our son at all once I got a new girlfriend. Battista laid the law down. Worked circles around her attorney (who knew she was gonna lose but never told my ex) and made it so that now we both get equal time with my son. He's never been happier and even my ex and I actually get along better than we did before I went to see him. My ex even stopped listening to her lawyer and started listening to mine, which helped a lot.

And as it seems like it’s his people who is leaving reviews to make him look good but actually he isn’t good attorney from my experience. But will be contacting the Florida Bar about his unprofessional customer service skills. Look elsewhere!

Jeff and his office did a great job with my divorce. Divorce is a very difficult and emotional experience and Jeff along with his office staff helped make this experience as easy as possible. Anytime I had a question or concern they answered them very quickly. Jeff would respond to my emails over the weekend and late at night. I never felt in the dark with the process. EB-1/2 NIW application Dec 2021 - OCT - 2024 R.I.P, after 18500 USD most of my savings, I started my application employed wanting to work in the US legally. Referred by an employer. had to go onto a payment plan very helpful they were as I lost my job so couldn't afford the whole upfront cost. That was all paid by Nov 2023 eventually. After staff turn over and apologies my case continued. Here we are almost 3 three years later with me asking either submit or refund, Im still not working, so accepted 3600 dollar refund recently and dreams in tatters, savings gone and 15000 out of pocket. I am sure looking at the reviews from years gone by they were good , but in my case the proof is in the pudding. So if I could do it all over again, I would have bought 15000 dollars worth of lotto tickets . Karma is a laser guided boomerang as someone once said...and I'll leave it to fate .

This person did absolutely NOTHING to defend my case against my ex wife in our divorce proceedings. He also did absolutely NOTHING to defend me against her allegations, that I wasn't disabled, during a divorce hearing, no less. I was found to be legally disabled almost 8 years prior, by a 3 Judge panel, with a Degenerative disease. He charged me thousands of dollars, for me to get information from Social Security, that he should have known, as a supposedly Attorney for Social Security claims. The only thing he knows how to do correctly, is stand in front of the Judge, and say his name, and that he charges $350 per hour. Then he sits down. I will regret hiring this person for the remainder of my life.

Hired John McHugh after my Dad passed away and the office did outstanding work on the estate and subsequent real estate sale. Pricing was fixed, so there was no possibility of billing inflation or little side fees that end up costing you. It is always possible that an attorney will skin you on estate work with percentages or time based billing (we've heard horror stories). Be careful of that and know that John is upstanding, value conscious, and really knows his subject area. He's also easy to speak with and doesn't try to confound or dazzle you with legalese.

Over the many months it took to get my divorce done, I came to realize how truly blessed I was to have Paige on my side. My ex-husband's attorney was a bloodthirsty shark from Orlando and Paige put him right in his place! i ended up paying $1000 for 4 page document. 2 of the pages were just standard sign here stuff. Paige did not give me a cost up front. Had to beg her staff to get the paperwork to me and then I had to rework it. Go someplace else unless you have money and time to burn.
