Elliott established a non-revocable trust for me prior to my marriage. It was tricky, since I'll be recieving funds from my mother's trust when she dies. Elliott guided me in the process of deciding which beneficiaries to declare and how to divide the trust's assets and income. He was quite willing to include language I originated in that regard. He handled all the notifications to the various title companies and financial institutions I deal with, so that the trust formally owns or is beneficiary to my assets.
Elliott charged very a competitive rate. Also, he worked in a timely fashion, seeing me within a week of my initial inquiry, and the whole business was complete within a month.
I am relieved to have provided for my wife and heirs with so little trouble. I would recommend Elliott to anyone in his immediate area for estate planning.

Attorney Thomas Fleming got my case dismissed and all my arrest and court records sealed!
I was charged with a hit and run, with suspicion of dui, due to a car accident with other parties involved and a totaling of my vehicle. It was a bit of a complicated case and after contacting a few different attorneys I ended up retaining Thomas Fleming.
This came at a time in my life where things were already difficult enough and then came the filing of a court case. Once Thomas Fleming agreed to handle my case, I knew I was in good hands. He relieved most of the stress I had about the case and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He also agreed to appear for me and considering this was in a different county than I reside, transportation was extremely difficult without a vehicle.
He was able to get the DA and Judge to agree to a complete dismissal of my case. Without me even requesting it, he met and talked with DA privately,and got the judge to sign a court order sealing and destroying the record of the arrest and the court case. I can now legally say I was never arrested or charged in court.
Thomas Fleming an excellent attorney he is a genuinely super honest and good person who truly cares about his clients. I hired him as an attorney, but in the end I gained a friend and a life advisor. He goes above and beyond for his clients and on a scale from 1-5 stars he gets a 10!

All I can say is amen and thank you God. Last year I found myself in an unfortunate circumstance a drunk driver hit me on cinco de mayo weekend and kept going. I did not flee the scene, however I found myself in jail because I had been drinking. This was one of the most scariest times of my life what happens next how is this going to affect me forever. I began looking around for lawyers and found Thomas. I read his reviews and his website. It seemed like a great fit especially because his faith is so strong that he helped me understand that this can be apart of my testimony and doesn’t have to be the end. Our first court date they offered me a plea of guilty of DUI and Thomas advocated for me to have more time to show and prove that this was a mistake that I am taking seriously. As time went on of fighting this DUI case I realized that it can only work if you are willing to make the necessary changes. There is homework required of you it sounds like a lot but you are looking for that miracle from God so work is required. I found myself in back to back AA meetings, IOP, DUI classes, his RCIA classes and volunteering what mattered to me is that I learn something not only for myself, but how it affects others. We went back to court I was more confident this time on what is in God’s will will be. That time of taking those classes my spirit had been transformed to understanding how to make better choices and better decisions. It happened! I was granted my miracle my case went from being charged with a DUI to the DUI being dismissed and changed to a wet and wreck-less. Thank God. God sends us people in our life who will help us grow and learn. Thomas is the lawyer to make this test you are facing your testimony. I highly recommend.

Good at keeping in touch on next steps. The fee was reasonable too (I compared elsewhere). Seems like the process went pretty quick. I was so impressed after the successful filing and approval that although I had filed my Provisional Patent through another company I was intent on having Richard submit for my Non-Provisional Patent. I’d strongly suggest that you take your business somewhere else when I called on August 20 the lady was very rude and did not inform me or help me at all on how the process works with working with an attorney. This creates a very bad reputation for this business and they have, no professionalism whatsoever strongly suggest that you work with a different attorney regarding your real estate legal issues .
