Mr. Inserra has handled both bankruptcies I unfortunately have had to file (long story, ex gf issues), I digress. There's a reason I hired Inserra a second time, because my first was smooth and flawless. Mr. Inserra was sure to be as informative and available to me as possible and always explained in detail and in terms I could easily understand each and every step of the NYS bankruptcy filing process. Moreover, he and his secretarial staff (to which are extremely well-versed in every aspect of filing as well) went above and beyond by doing everything they could within their power to expedite my filing as I was due to be out of state for several months and needed to be present for my meeting of debtors. We were able to successfully nail down a date prior to my leaving and the very moment I walked into the conference room for that meeting of the debtors I was immediately seen by the bankruptcy court trustee whom examined my case while asking a few case related questions and within less than 4 minutes I was out the door and 100% debt free! I can't express how highly I recommend his services!

Attorney Inserra did my bankruptcy in the early 1990s and then again in the last year. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process explaining everything in layman's terms so that I could understand what I was signing and how the whole bankruptcy process works. I would definitely and have recommend him to my family and friends.

I went to have a consultation with Jane and she easily could have told me that I really needed a lawyer for my custody issue. Instead, she gave me sound advice, put my mind at ease and told me what I could do without a lawyer. I admire her honesty. In the future, should I need a family lawyer, I will go to Jane.

The lawyer I was assigned seemed to have a lot of other cases but took on my case despite that. I could tell he wanted to help me out so it was nice to have him on my team. The time frame was a little longer than I hoped but the results were good. I’m waiting to hear back from my employer now after losing my job but once that’s settled I should be good to go.

This lawyer and his firm went above and beyond with professionalism to make my family feel comfortable with their representation of our family member in 2012. He answered all our questions, was frank in his opinions and solutions process. In my search for a personal injury attorney I was advised to contact Attorney Robert Weldon. In following this advice I contacted Attorney Weldon’s office to schedule an appointment.
Upon meeting Attorney Weldon I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I felt very comfortable speaking to him about my situation. He explained in layman’s terms the process we had to go through, the approximate time frames as well as his duties and my responsibilities. Having never filed a personal injury lawsuit before I was really not sure what to expect. Attorney Weldon walked me through the steps and explained possible outcomes and problem areas.
Attorney Weldon setup a schedule of meetings wherein we discussed the progress of my case and expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the law and takes the time to explain and answer any questions.
In my particular situation, Attorney Weldon took on a big box store and won! To me that in and of itself speaks volumes.
I was extremely pleased with the settlement and would not hesitate to use Attorney Weldon’s services again.

my, now adult children, had him for a law guardian years ago. thankfully it was briefly. he had the nerve to say my grandmother was coaching the children. my children were not even allowed to know what was going on, and my family backed me up 100% this guy knows nothing and should not even be practicing. he is a quack in my book and right now. my daughter is going through family court with her ex with their son and I told her to steer clear of this attorney and why.

After I had submitted the paperwork he had sent me, I called a month later to follow up. He stated that things had come up and pretty much that he'd get to it when he could. He contacted my soon to be exhusband and said it was incomplete and I still had some paperwork to sign once he had gotten his portion done. He has been less than helpful. I could have saved $1400 and had the done by now if I had just filed myself.

She obviously doesn't know the meaning of the words DUE PROCESS. Why is it she looks inbred looking and stares at you with a blank look on her face when you ask her if she will get the evidence you need from the police department for the defense of your case?? why is it you show her TONS of evidence proving you're completely innocent but all she can think about is how to get to her next doughnut instead of trying to defend the public client as shes supposed to do? this was the worst display of any real attorney I've ever seen in my life. didnt even request the police records I asked her to request for me, showing that several people were being harassed by the person accusing me which shows he is just trying to harass me more with this case, but nope, she was too lazy for even that! this woman doesn't deserve to be on the payroll to defend the public AT ALL! there's no heart, no care in the world, no work from her end, no skills, and stanks of corruption. seems to only show up to try to keep a smile on the judge's and DA's faces and doesn't care when her clients are being charged for something they didn't do and have evidence to back it up. she only wants to make them happy. doesn't even care they're not even using lube. if I ever go back to court I would rather hire a crack head off the streets than to use her again for anything. they would at least use the power they have to get a few police reports for my defense when they're on the payroll from our taxes to "defend the public" ya, what a joke! get a better attorney that isn't trying to butter up to the judge and DA, and wants to actually debate when necessary to prove someones innocence. we had recordings of this guy trying to commit fraud on us and she still refused to submit any evidence or show my evidence. I had videos of him throwing snow at my vehicle she refused to show. I can show you a real attorney if you would like? if anyone gets stuck with her, I would request a new attorney immediately for your case as this one will wait until the last minute and then tell you that she hasn't done anything at all in your defense which is called DUE PROCESS, to have an attorney to actually try to help defend you. they could do more by providing gas for our trip to court than to have paid for this woman to represent us. she would do better as a cab driver! THIS WAS NOT DUE PROCESS. SHE VIOLATED MY RIGHTS! WOW moving up north country!!
