I called this law firm and spoke with Paola Alejo and she made it very easy by explaining everything with ease about how to start the process. From their i spoke with the attorney who made it even more understandable about what is needed and what documentation they needed. If your looking for a immigration law firm this is the one for you highly recommended lovely staff and very professional.

If you don't mind chasing after people then they might work for you. But they think it's normal to emphasize that they're going to call you right back right now even though they (apparently) have no intention of calling you back that day.
After I followed up at the end of the day with the person who was supposed to call me he said he didn't have my contact info and (apparently) had no idea who I was. So it sounds like he was never informed about me to begin with, so I would have never heard back.
They tried to apologize and tell me I should still talk to them. At first I didn't want to but I decided to give them a second chance just to see how their legal advice sounded. That was two days ago, they just ignored and ghosted me.
That's not the kind of respect most people are looking for from an expensive professional. There are a lot of highly rated lawyers in Philadelphia, you don't need a primadonna.

I would recommend Mr. Beeson to anyone from minute one he started helping me. He made him self available and started work the second I called him. I could not have asked for a more competent, caring, and dedicated person than Nick. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards my lawyer, Nick Beeson. I got myself into some trouble, and the consequences were absolutely huge. I was facing the biggest hurdle of my life. I came across Nick.I explained my situation to him. He told me what I could expect. The outlook was very bleak for me.He also told me he will do the best he can for me. I tried to retain Marta as my attorney in my divorce. I was unable to as my former husband visited several attorneys in the area so I would not be able to have them represent me.
I was able to retain Marta for what all that was not settled with the divorce including child support.
My former husband was very dishonest through the entire divorce process and child support. Marta was the one who brought years of dishonesty to light! Krebs vs. Krebs, that rewarded me thousands of dollars in arrears money and the maximum I could receive in alimony!
In addition, Karen Schryver’s review below I am in agreement 110%. In sports, I have always stated to my children and asked of my players, that you give 110% effort.

For someone who is from a foreign country and was in a domestic violence marriage living in a shelter for months… It was very important to trust in someone again. A friend who knows my soon to be ex husband and me recommended me Martha . I don’t regret working with her. This has been a very difficult time for me dealing with traumas and healing from my concussion. Martha has always advised me the best. She is very professional and smart. I am embarrassed that she has to deal with my soon to be ex husband because he lacks empathy and is very controlling and can be very scary and rude sometimes. I was scared of him when I saw the type of divorce he filed a fault divorce lying, but Martha is not scared of anyone and has always treated everyone with respect but always fighting for my rights . It’s been about 6 months working with Martha. Her staff is also very professional and caring.

Ken saved my you know what, u got hit by a motorcycle in my Mustang and the officer tried to blame me for it by citing me with careless driving (which is ridiculous as it wasn't my fault) and window tinting (only lightly on my side windows only.) Ken questioned the officer in court and long story short the officer didn't have his story together (as Ken proved) and the judge found me not guilty on both counts! Not to mention he saved me a fortune on lawyer fees, court costs, and fines! Very professional and very knowledgeable, definitely has your best interests (and wallet) at heart! I will call him every time I need legal advice from now on! Hopefully I don't need to though! I hired Alex for my husband drug case. Seemed like a decent guy at first. Talked a good game. 5,000 in his hand from day one! He became the worst attorney. He was very rude and arrogant. yelled at me more than the DA. No motions was put in. We waited 6 months for notes of testimony from the preliminary hearing. Which my husband requested day one of him being hired. Gave him 6500 just for to make it seem like he got the best deal possible when he did no work. Would not recommend for a criminal attorney. He was selling my husband out to the DA the whole time in my opinion. He will take your money!

Alex was able to deliver the best possible outcome in my traffic case. Without going into details, I was facing a minimum of a six month license suspension; we were ultimately able to plea down to charges that did not result in any license suspension.
I couldn’t be any happier with the level of support and ultimate resolution I received relative to the cost of Alex’s services.
Should I require legal services in the future, Alex will be my first stop, and I would gladly recommend him to friends/family.

My husband and I were rear-ended by one of two motorists racing each other, both of whom had rented late model "muscle cars."
We (my husband and I) were essentially at a standstill, preparing to make a legal right turn when we were hit from behind by one of the motorists travelling at a very high speed along the shoulder of a busy road outside of Philadelphia. Our car was catapulted well beyond the intersection and into an embankment.
Given the impact we were fortunate to have sustained relatively minor physical injuries. However, our hospital bills were significant, our car was "totaled," and my husband's resulting PTSD lingered for years.
After obtaining no satisfaction from our initially-hired attorney we turned to Maria Janoski. Maria went above and beyond to obtain settlements for us - exceeding our expectations. She is knowledgeable, thorough, driven, respectful, and personable. Throughout our ordeal Maria patiently explained the law and the process to us, keeping us informed along the way.
My husband and I liken Maria to "a wolf in sheep's clothing;" her demeanor is pleasant yet she is a highly competent injury attorney. We are truly grateful to have had Maria in our corner.

I'm a little late to the party here (March 2019), but Daniel did an excellent job for me on a case for speeding in Radnor. He knew of the cop involved (his reputation) and his overly aggressive enforcement. Daniel called the local magistrate's office and all was handled (fine, no points) without having to go to court. He was well worth his fee. I've moved to NJ 13 months ago, but if I'm ever stopped again in PA, I'll be sure to contact him.

Dan HANIFIN did an amazing job helping me with my case. was able to get felony reduced to a misdemeanor and that enabled me to get back into school.He made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand every step of the way. I was looking at 7 points and $1700 in fines which is bad for a tractor trailer driver. My attorney Mr. Daniel Hanifin was able to negotiate on my behalf and got things down to NO POINTS and $900 in fines and was able to get me a payment plan. WOW talk about getting the job done! Thank you for helping with my parents divorce. Other attorneys kept siding with the wrong party in this matter. They have advise which was more of an opinion than what law says. I had a very unusual divorce. I was saving up for a divorce when my husband had a massive stroke and he became disabled. I had a difficult time locating a lawyer who didn't want to charge me a massive retainer to take on my case. Ryan was very clear about the process and tried to help it move smoothly along. We ran into some issues with opposing counsel but he managed to find a workaround. He kept me informed the entire process and was wonderful to work with.

My Name is Timothy and I am beyond impressed by Ted Murphy. I want to Ted with the most complicated and difficult case that my previous three immigration attorney's had given up on. Ted Murphy took time to explain his way forward plan and the best path about my case. He then followed this path that turned out to be the best and perfect plan. Ted took me from being illegal immigrant, appeared before the judge and got my permanent resident status. He then later applied for my citizenship which was granted about a week ago. Ted Murphy's sense humor, the love of what he's doing, communication and leadership skills tenacity, focused, fearlessness had really blowed my mind. Kinda like what you see in the movies and television shows. That famous phrase "Best Damn Lawyer In Town!!" fits Patrick perfectly I would say. About three years ago I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that almost cost me my life because of a reckless driver. When I went to see Pat for the first time, he came across as a very friendly and pleasant individual who made the atmosphere of the meeting very calming and laid back. During the meeting Pat was very informative and attentive to all the facts and information that I had with me at the time. The thing that I really liked about Pat was that he had a "no-bullshit" attitude and was straight to the point with his honesty as to how the case would go if he were to represent me, but the thing that sold me on his skill as a lawyer was his concern for me and my health first and foremost. His instruction was very simple; get myself back to good health, follow the medical treatment that I would have to go through and last but not least have patience's. As Pat would explain it to me, a case like mine would take several years to come to a resolution but his biggest concern was that we didn't overlook or miss any injuries that could come up during my healing process.
It is three years later and my medical treatment is still ongoing. Patrick is doing a fantastic job of putting this case together and is on top of everything. Pat and I have a relationship that is by definition a very relaxing and informal arrangement where we can both speak freely to one another, no holds barred. There is one thing that I have to put out there. Pat is a very busy individual that seems to have a large client base so don't be surprised that when you need to get in touch with him he doesn't respond in a timely fashion. As I said, Pat is so on top of his game and great to converse with. Just keep in mind, when he says "have patience's", take that advice to heart and it will go a long way if you should ever need his service. Just like I said "Best Damn Lawyer In Town!!".

Hired David for a very messy custody disagreement. He has always been straight forward and gave honest opinions on the case. He has been able to obtain almost 50/50 for me (father). He doesn't back down and has won court hearings that I thought for sure would of turned out worse. I have known James Doyle for over six years now, and the more I got to know him, the more I realized how smart he is. He has helped me with countless legal advice ranging from disputes with former landlords, to under ages, to criminal mischief charges. with the rental agreement, my friends and I rented a house, and after our lease was up, the landlord wanted us to pay thousands in retribution to furniture and other mis. objects that were already broken when we got there. He advised us to sign an agreement outside of the courtroom to prevent a lawsuit of over $2,700 plus courtroom fees. Our backs were against a wall, we could justify somethings and perhaps get off on them, but the rest we could not prove. They were not our fault but since we did not take any pictures before entering the place, there was no proof it was not us. The agreement stated after we paid, the landlord could not come back and sue us for more, which saved us potentially thousands. With the underage, a friend of mine climbed a 20 foot Temple University flag pole, stole their flag and was arrested two blocks later. He was charged with criminal mischief and an underage. This could potentially mean a suspension of driving license, hundreds in fines, and a plentiful amount of hours for community service. When they went to court, James met with the DA, created a profile for his client stating how the is an upstanding Villanova student, first offense and is willing to pay retribution for the flag. He also said a few other things, and eventually all the charges were dropped. James is a great lawyer with plenty of experience and knowledge for such a young good-looking lawyer. He is not a typical lawyer, he has a wide range of knowledge of the law and could help with almost any kind of law.

I had the opportunity once I was served my divorce papers to interview 10 different lawyers in the West Chester area. Due to the fact that my divorce was going to be rather nasty I looked for a lawyer that was fair, treated me with dignity and was looking out for my best interests.
