When I torn about what to do with my credit card debt I googled for a bankruptcy attorney and came across Neil Ackerman's name. I guess Google liked me that day because I hit the jackpot. Mr. Ackerman's firm took the time to explain to me all options and did not force me into anyone. They were with me every step of the way and even after my bankruptcy was discharged.

I had been to this attorney.She is very knowledgeable,compassionate and responsive. I had been to around 10 attorneys and had lost all hopes of getting a visa. According to me she is the only attorney in New York who is well versed in U visa cases- visas for victims of domestic violence.She had the confidence to deal with my case and getting success while the other attorneys did only scare me with the chances of denial . She responds to your queries quick. I am very proud to say because of Ms. Medina today I have gone from being a abused house wife to a U visa holder.
