Michael represented me about 10 years ago for a DUI. I got an email from him out of the blue, telling ne about expungement. He offered to clean my record. The fee was a bit higher than I thought it would be, but I trust him after speaking with him, I said yes. Thank God because he filed the paperwork the same day and a few weeks later my case was dismissed! Now and don't have to tell anyone about it when asked. Good for applying for new jobs and now I can refinance my home without getting a higher interest rate that they initially offered, when I answered yes to "have you ever been convicted of a crime?" Everyone should be able to start anew and Michael got the job done!

I hired Michael in the past for a DUO case. I called him recently on an unrelated question and I remembered how well he treated me during my hour of woe. so I decided to make this review. I was arrested for DUi and he took my case. it was a kind of high alcohol case and an accident. no one injured but me. long and short. Michael found a technicality that he brought to the DA. I hired Michael and his firm from a referral from my close friend who had DUI a few years ago and Michael had represented him. He was very informative and gave me a 20 minute consultation about how he works and his experience. That relieved a lot of my anxiety about my case as this was my first arrest for anything ever. Michael went to court and after about a month and 2 court dates, he had investigated my case for dismissal mistakes. Unfortunately I had none, but he had a great talk with the government lawyer and got my case reduced from a DUI to s speeding ticket! Yay,,,I just paid a reduced fine and that was it. No license loss nothin'
I know I would not have gotten it on my own. Thank God for him.

I came across Jeffrey after our "candidate" lawyer retired, and he suggested we contact Jeffrey. We met with him, discussed the case and he laid out the process and the pros and cons of the entire process very well.
The divorce case took about 10 months to solve the divorce and the child custody. The whole time Jeffrey was always available and kept us up to date with everything.
At the trial, Jeffrey presented bank records and income statements showing the Respondent was hiding income, and the award in the case was very fair and more than expected! Great job.
I appreciated the fact that as the case went along, we worked together to gather facts and he did all the lawyer stuff- and did a great job.

Mr. Graff was FANTASTIC!!! At the first meeting he was very knowledgeable as to my case details and clearly described the necessary procedures that I should expect. He was available anytime I had a question and always responded right away. Nordic Star helped my family and I to keep our home. They were very professional and always available. Grant has helped my family with our estate planning needs over the past several years. There are many things I like about working with Grant, but honesty is at the top of my list. Grant is always up front about costs of services, and what he can and can’t deliver. I never feel pressured when working with Grant. He takes the time to answer my questions – all of them. I’m one of those people who actually reads everything, so I can be very detail oriented in what I want. I've been working with Nathan and his team since 2017. Prior to my bankruptcy that Nathan is working me through I was funneled into a system that set me up for failure. Nathan took over my situation, walked me through everything we needed to do and has me on a path to financial recovery.
I know this may seem cheesy to anyone who wasn't in my situation or worse but I was placed on anti depressants and entered into therapy and I really do attribute Nathan helping me out of my situational depression by providing a very clear to me path to financial recovery after my divorce, hospitalization and loss of a loved one that ultimately wound me up in my the mess that resulted in the situation I found myself in.
Since filing for bankruptcy he has assisted me with the legal aspects of securing housing while in my bankruptcy as my father became gravely ill in 2018 and continually declined leading to him potentially needing to move in with me and my family at any moment. He also assisted me very recently with acquiring the court's permission for purchasing a vehicle as my car had a major mechanical fault during my bankruptcy.
While I'm still slightly over a year out from my bankruptcy discharge just knowing that Nathan and his team are available for legal assistance I have incredible peace of mind that cannot be properly written in words.
He also took the time to follow up with me on the final processes and what I need to do to prepare for discharge that will be coming within the next year. Very few other professional services have given me this level of care while I was going through the pitfalls of life. For this I am eternally grateful to Nathan and all he is doing for me, my family and all the other clients he has. Thank you!

I was referred to Paul Tashnizi. I have never needed an attorney before. I was so pleased with him. He was very caring, understanding, and straight to the point. We hired Mr. Debolt to help us with very complicated contracts and negotiations related to our business acquisition in Newbury Park, CA. He was very accommodating when I contacted him by telephone and dropped off the documents. At our first meeting, it was obvious that he had a strong background and knowledge base, and he asked incisive questions about the industry and made notes so that he could better understand our business practices. He pulled the stack of contracts and exhibits from his briefcase, and every page had been thoroughly reviewed and diligently marked with his handwritten notations. He remarked about the language in the contracts as if he had memorized them. He explained his comments and concerns in understandable terms, as well as the pros/cons and ramifications of negotiating each issue. We had several meetings to review changes and revisions. He was always personable and engaging, and also laser-focused on producing the best outcome for us. I am grateful that we got the deal done our way, in a short period of time, negotiating successfully for better terms, and without inciting unimportant quarrels.

I landed a heap of file on Barton's desk, seeking help with a person to whom I had sold my company.I signed these papers while my wife was dying ( she died just this week) and I was under a lot of stress. Barton was amazing in how he handled all the complications, not to mention me being an emotional basket case.

I contacted Zachary regarding a dispute on my termination from my employer. After a short phone conversation he discovered other labor practices that my former employer had violated besides what I was originally contacting him about. I never thought I would find myself in a situation where I needed to make sure I had a great lawyer although that day came; It wasn’t until I started working with Steven Edwards that I started to feel hope again for my future. I needed to file for a divorce from my husband, due to a tight budget I had planned on doing the paperwork on my own. Went to courthouse, got paperwork and went home to begin filling the standard information out. Although every time I sat down to work on it, I became overwhelmed even with the simplest question, so I ended giving up multiple times. A friend recommended Steven Edwards to me and encouraged me to call, the minute after I hung up from that first call of just setting up a time to meet and talk was the first time in months that I knew everything would be ok. Steven took the time to listen, to let me know we would take things one step at a time and that he would make sure everything was done properly. I didn’t have a ton of assets or children although he made sure that we still went over all items that needed to come into consideration. Stephen Edwards is a genuinely good person and a great attorney. He actually cares about the children involved in his cases. From the day I met Steve he has done an excellent job on my case. I would like to add my child custody case is very complex & extremely frustrating. Steve's cool temperament and fact based approach to family law really helps when you feel like your world has been turned upside down and your worried sick about your child. I found Attorney Shen online and inquired about my case. This case isn't his field and I am remote from him too, but he spent a lot of time to speak to me, just like a friend. He answered my phone any time and even did research etc. He didn't take my case and but a friend chatting me. After numerous phone calls and hearing the word no from many attorney's I was recommended by a friend to try Mr. Sherman. I called his office and gave a brief statement to his secretary, and with in 15 minutes Mr. Sherman called me back, and I explained my situation, and he made an appointment to see me with in just a few days. We spent two hours reviewing my case, and from that point on Mr. Sherman proceeded to work his butt off for me. Mr. Sherman represented us twice. Once in a retaliatory eviction lawsuit where he discovered the forgery our former landlord had committed. Thanks to him, we won our case. Mr. Matisoff agreed to take over my divorce case a few months ago. He sees discrepancies and knows what actions need to be taken immediately. At my first consultation, I told him I was looking for an attorney with integrity that would assist with a fair settlement for me and my kids in a high conflict divorce. I did not want to have to worry about questioning what I was being told or be left out of the conversation. He told me to meet with my then attorney first to see if a resolution could be found with the current support issue and try to get back on the same page with that attorney. I did as Mr. Matisoff suggested and realized I got more clarity from a brief phone conversation with Mr. Matisoff than I had in a 2 hour face-to-face with my then attorney. My experience with Mr. Matisoff thus far has been unlike that with my former attorneys. I received my monthly invoice today and I am shocked that his billing is more than reasonable. Had I started with Mr. Matisoff, my divorce would have been final long ago, less money would have been wasted and some peace might have been preserved. I don't know that mediation would have ever been possible with my spouse, but I don't think things would have dragged on or gotten out of control. Highly recommended.

A few months ago I had Ester Hopkins review my Trust. She immediately went through my trust and updated and added all documents that were needed.
