I am from another state and found myself helpless to protect my child or myself from her father in Delaware, during COVID and Sharon helped me to figure things out that my $350/hr lawyer didn’t speak to me about.
Sharon also helped prepare me for my hearing, as my lawyer couldn’t be bothered. She answered my questions and spoke to me like a human being in the middle of a horrific personal crises- during a pandemic, hundreds of miles from home.
I felt heard, respected and understood as a person dealing with a legal issue, which wasn’t the norm during my case. Sharon helped me to make decisions about where my case should go early on in the process, and she was there again at the very end to help prepare me for my day in court.

I have been dealing with my custody matter since 2016/2017. I had worked previously with another attorney in my earlier years of Family Court, who I thought was a great experience at the time. After several years of stagnant custody, I tried to work on changing my custody order pro se against an attorney. To say I was destroyed by the system is an understatement. After some time of trying to fight my way back out of my situation, I interviewed with attorneys about my case, at all price ranges. I even met with the attorney in the state that is considered to be “The Best”. Actually, two different attorneys at that same firm. After all of this effort, I came across Vernon Vassallo. I met with him at his office for an interview/consultation. After laying out my case and talking with him for some time, I left his office feeling reassured and that someone actually saw and understood me. Later that evening after meeting with him, I received an email from Mr. Vassallo asking for more information. He stated something I told him about my case just wasn’t sitting well with him. That was the moment I knew, he was the one. He immediately started working on my case, from filings to exhibits. He made sharing information with him so easy, that I even asked him for advice on communication with the other party. Every time he was right there by my side when I needed him. He built an amazing case, he saw things I never would have saw. He brought perspectives to the table I would have never had. He organized everything perfectly and he beautifully prepared our filings, exhibits and case with a nice neat binder to take to trial. Scared from the previous experiences in family court, I expressed my feelings with him. He said, “It’s okay to be nervous, everyone’s nervous in the courtroom. The bailiffs are nervous. The attorneys are nervous. Even the judge is nervous. But don’t be scared.” To say I received what I wanted out of our trial, would be doing Mr. Vassallo a disservice. I hired Adam because my insurance company, which was the same company that insured the party responsible for the flooding of my condominium, refused to pay for damages. Raphael, was always thorough, helpful and patient. Our group of clients by definition are disabled. For many of us, our not only physical but also emotional and psychological. He patiently laid out our case, explained our part in winning the lawsuit (providing our personal experience). He went so far as to provide templates for our required information. I have a lot of friends and family that have had car injury claims, and they told me about a lot of different lawyers, but many of them were encouraging me to hire Larry Ramunno, I called his office and was impressed he talked to me and was so down to earth and nice. I signed up, and he and his staff and paralegals and investigator were terrific, they were so nice to me, when money was tight they helped me get loans from a loan company, and after I had a bunch of visits with a chiropractor, and some specialists, like a neurologist , I was still in pain, but larry ramunno got me way mor e than I expected, he got me more than I was expecting and he was aggressive with the stupid insurance company, there first offer was good, but larry said, hold on, its not high enough, let s sue and it'll go up, we filed suit, he did all the work on the suit, and a few months later, the offer was up even higher, I never had to go to trial or anything like that. larry is great , he's the best lawyer in town in my opinion. and his staff is terrific.

I met Tim Lenkgkeek at the end of 2009. I had been in a car accident on 1-22-09. My PIP had run out and I had to begin to use my personal health insurance just after being at Magee Brain Rehab for 12 days. The auto insurance companies were not backing down but a friend sent me a video of me 3 months before the accident. Tim sent it to the person who hit me insurance company and to my insurance company and had our deserved compensation in 30 days. He is always on top of the ball.

As my now ex-wife and I finally decided to end our marriage the idea of searching for a lawyer felt like a completely dreadful process that I was not looking forward to at all. This was not because I wanted to stay married, we both wanted out.
