Jonathon and his staff are incredibly attentive and diligent in not only representing their client, but in being available to their client. To be honest, it was more than what I could have hoped for. I unfortunately, have had too much experience with family law (custody, child support, etc.) and I was half expecting their very reasonable rates to give me very lackluster representation. I could not have been more wrong. Jonathon and his team seem to genuinely care and aren't looking to become wealthy off misfortune. So glad I found them.

Mr. Tonelli represented me in a personal injury case where I was hit by an under-insured motorist. From the moment he took my case until the successful conclusion, he had a solid game plan, excellent communications, and was always one step ahead of the insurance company. Most of all, I always trusted his judgement which proved to be flawless at the end of the day. In all, two very difficult cases. Mister Fetter was not only honest, forthright, realistic but also heartfelt. These qualities rarely found in an attorney. He truly does care and he knows his S$&@t. Michael first of is humble, respectful and delivered a true customer service approach. Our family had a school board involved hearing involving a bad decision our child made. Michael took our case on short notice, mind you recommended by the firm I initially hired. He was presented to us as THE BEST around in this area of defence. Truth be told we feel that he is. In addition to that his local ties and network makes him invaluable as an attorney. In our case I believe his preparation with us though it was short, it was on point. I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop light at about 45 miles per hour and injuryed my back.
Matt helped me right from the start with getting the damage for my car taken care of and then directing me in what I needed to do for my physical injuries. He made it simple and understandable to follow and encouraged me to stay patient on those days the pain was unbearable and I just needed to complain to someone beside my wife. If he wasn't immediately available, he would always return a call or shot me an email with an update. Together we were able to get a settlement that we both felt was more than fair.

I was rear end and pushed into another vehicle in May. My car was totaled and I sustained some pretty substantial injuries. I was about to make some very bad choices because I was clueless on how insurance claims worked or the complications. Before I retained his services, he "schooled me" on the mistakes not to make on light of what the at fault insurance company was trying to sell me. Mitchell is so easy going that I was put at ease, but so passionate and aggressive about the right and wrong of the insurance game that I knew I found the right man for the job. He was very empathetic to my circumstance and relentless at making sure I was not taken advantage of. Though I wasn't his only client, he and his wife made me feel like I was the most important person on the room. I wouldn't ever want to endure another accident, God forbid. Brett Bressler just handled the diminished value claim on my 4 month old Acura TSX which was t-boned on the right passenger side. He came highly recommended by the body shop that repaired my car. Not really knowing much about diminished value, however, I figured the process would take months. Not so! After a quick damage analysis and appraisal, he submitted a demand letter to the counterparty's insurance and obtained the full amount demanded within 2-3 weeks. Andrew Irvin represented me in a medical malpractice claim that settled fairly and out of court. This was my first experience with any type of law suit and I had many questions, concerns and misgivings. One of Andrew's first recommendations was to apply for an extension on the 2 year statute of limitations. I didn't realize this was even possible. Top notch would be a modest rating of Justin Peterson. From my very first consultation, in which I was overwhelmed with unfamiliar jargon, the rapport felt familiar, established, and trustworthy. When times arise that someone may need to seek counsel, there are so many criteria from which we can judge; from experience, to reputation and referrals, to reviews... all of which are merely table stakes. A great lawyer has more than all check marks on the pro side of the ledger, in which we attempt to measure integrity, analytical skills,communication skills, judgment, research skills, responsiveness, etc. We put all of our trust into this individual , relying on them to extrapolate all the legal theory and explain it to us in lamens terms, as well as to have our fingers crossed that they will be as diligent behind the scenes as they are on the front line. Whether we choose this person at random, or after extensive research , we are always taking a gamble as to how well they will represent our best interest...will they charge us reasonably?, will they be readily available to answer all of our questions , and follow through?, will they be an effective liaison for us and the opposition? These are all questions that go through our mind at some of life's most challenging times and when we find a lawyer that is in every sense of the word an ally for us, they deserve the recognition. I hired Justin to draft a business agreement for loaning funds to a contractor to flip homes and split the proceeds. It seemed like a fairly straight forward endevour---I provide the capital equity, contractor provides the sweat equity, we equally split the proceeds. It turned out to be much more complicated than I thought. However, I appreciate how Justin broached the subject. He was not debative regarding what would be involved. He politely suggested it was going to take more work than I thought. And it turned out he was correct. Which is why I decided to pay him above what we initially agreed on once I saw how much work was involved because I felt he had earned it. In sum, I appreciate how collaborative it was working with him. I came in with some misconceptions. He patiently allowed me to figure that out myself during the process. So I was not only pleased with the final result but also the process of how we arrived there. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with business contracts and agreements.
