I hired Shawn Lescault in January of 2016, after I was served notice of being sued over an easement/property case that I had previously won in 2013. Mr. Lescault did an amazing job. He was understanding and kind and did everything in his power to defend us. He came out to our home and even tried to broker settlement offers with the plaintiff' s to no avail. He worked on motions, affidavits, researched case laws that proved my rights, studied prior testimonies and presented those documents to the courts from my previous trial that proved that the lawsuit should be dismissed by the Doctrine of res judicata. Thanks to his hard work the lawsuit was dismissed! I am very grateful to have Mr. Lescault as my attorney.

In support of a real estate purchase in the Adirondacks, we engaged Shawn to represent us as buyers- reviewing our purchase contract, and related association documents.
