Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

Attorney Massaro was a tremendous help to me this month with a very contentious child custody case vs. My son's Mother. She got the situation resolved to my liking very quickly and efficiently, despite the opposition's flair for invented drama and false statements. Truthfully, most lawyers don't take on contentious case like mine in short notice but Attorney Massaro is on top of her game and went above and beyond. I highly recommend.

Chris was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I was in need of legal advice for a matter regarding pet custody (yes pets, not children), and he gave me his time and expertise and advised me on numerous solutions and paths to take. I really lucked out, because he has actually dealt with this type of issue in the past. I left feeling confident, and I am no longer scared of what to expect should my issue escalate. He was funny, educated, and patient with all of my questions. While I hope I do not ever need legal services again, if I do, I will confidently go back. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Based on how he carried himself, and how he offered multiple options and how they may play out, I would recommend him for other types of custody / divorce issues as well. I did not feel pressured or rushed, and everything he said was clear and well laid out to me.

10/10 do NOT recommend hiring Austin unless you want to be taken to the cleaners during the most vulnerable time of your life. Austin deliberately ignored every valid argument that I had and failed to do his job never filing the necessary motions all while taking thousands of dollars from me.

I've had the opportunity to network with Jeffrey on a professional level for decades.
For 20 years, I worked in a facility that cared for patients that suffered injuries from accidents. For those patients, their recovery was generally complicated with the stress of managing their insurance, worrying about recouping the value of their vehicle, being blamed and having medical bills chase them for years.
That said, in all my years of working with these patients and of course dealing with their attorneys, there's no attorney that has compared to Attorney Lavey.
His level of professionalism is only superceded by his level of genuine concern, which is a rare combination in an attorney.
In my experience, working and coordinating with attorneys on behalf of our patients isn't always easy. Some attorneys never call, or never take or return my call, some truly have no idea what they're doing, others are indifferent, don't really care or even remember their own client. Jeff is completely the opposite of that description.
After 20 years of dealing with dozens upon dozens of attorneys, I can honestly say that none have been as caring, professional, knowledgeable and genuine as Jeff.
He regularly communicates with his clients' caregivers, their insurance carriers and most importantly the client.

My referral to Pam Schaefer occurred during a very confusing and stressful time.
My original attorney, who had very ably represented me, knew that there were remaining issues after the final ruling that would necessitate ongoing litigation. He was not keen on this, as he had developed an antipathy to my ex-wife.
He suggested someone different, and recommended someone he had very high regard for. I was apprehensive, needless to say.

When i went to Marc I was scared, emotional, stressed & lost with no clue of what had happened to me specially alone & far away from my home country Nepal here in the US with only help of my family friends. Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.
