Lisa was excellent from the moment I met her. She advised and guided me with such care and compassion from the first meeting. She had an incredible knowledge of law, and was quick at shutting down the other lawer using that knowledge. Talking with Lisa felt non-judgmental, and like you're there with a good friend. She doesn't overcharge, and goes way beyond what is expected. She worked hard to end the case quickly, so that I would have a lower cost. The other lawyer kept asking for me, and Lisa was able to keep things where we wanted them.

Throughout the process Ms. Silverman displays a sense of compassion and fairness, while also confidently providing a very aggressive legal representation. Ms. Silverman is an expert in her field, and extremely thorough she answered every question I had, the opposing attorney had, and the judge had with ease, accuracy and legal precision. Divorce/custody is an extremely stressful experience, but Ms. Silverman made it as amicable as possible. I had a very challenging situation, both monetary and emotionally. Shneur Nathan was the consummate lawyer for me. He was totally attentive to all details, measured in his judgment, and wise in his counsel.
All of his communications with us were detailed, but always clear to our laymen ears. My wife and I had total trust in his honesty and integrity throughout our ordeal. Dealing with Shneur Nathan made a difficult time period for us much easier. And the bottom line is that he delivered results that went truly beyond our expectations when the case began. At the end of the case, he was modest about his achievements and he expressed gratitude that he was able to be of help us. After meeting John and his family at my store and getting to know him, I realized that I was with the wrong attorney. I was so grateful John was willing to take my case over. He answered all my questions and always kept in touch with me. Even if he didn't have an answer, he would tell me that he would get back to me and he always followed through. He worked very hard on my case to get it settled despite setbacks from the insurance company. He was willing to meet me at times that were convenient for me in order to have paperwork signed. I used Ms. Haber to close on the selling of my house. It was a complicated closing - my house had 3 IRS liens and 3 open permits on it that needed to be addressed before the sale could go through.
Amy walked me through the process, referring me to expeditors and explaining how to satisfy the liens. I believe she saved the deal.
She had good follow up - returning phone calls and emails rapidly. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Rashmee Sinha on two occasions this year. Both of which were to defend employee complaints. We were initially introduced when she was assigned to represent my company by our insurance carrier. We quickly built an excellent rapport and she handled the matter swiftly, professionally and tenaciously. It seemed to be very easy for her to negotiate the matter down to a satisfactory resolution in a brief time frame. Several months later I was presented with the challenge of my 22+ year career in HR with a complaint that was most definitely outside of my scope of expertise. When I reached out to my insurance carrier to report the claim, I requested that Ms. Sinha be assigned to the case. I knew that our company would be in the best hands with her managing our defense. Once again, she proved that she is a force to be reckoned with. We spent months investigating and navigating through a very challenging situation and once again she coached and guided me every step of the way during the process. She was always available when I needed her, or had questions and needed clarification. She never backed down and fought hard for our company and the end result was much more positive than I could have hoped for. I've learned a great deal from Ms. Sinha throughout both cases with regard to HR law and workplace conflicts, and I will continue to draw from my experience with her for the remainder of my career. If I ever need an employment attorney again, she will be the one I call on.

Caryn Lilling and her firm were retained by the insurance companies on our behalf to handle an appeal of a complex litigation. The trial attorney had improperly handled the matter and as a result, an unreasonably excessive judgment was entered. Further complicating the matter was that a significant portion of the judgment was disclaimed by one of the insurers, and there was a high probability that we would have to personally go out of pocket to pay the uninsured portion (a six figure sum). Caryn worked on the matter with Katherine Solomon and together they obtained a very favorable result on the appeal. The judgment was very significantly reduced. In addition, Caryn and Katherine went above and beyond and successfully negotiated with the insurance companies and with the Plaintiff so that (notwithstanding the insurance disclaimer) the Plaintiff agreed to accept the insurance proceeds in satisfaction of the FULL judgment with no out of pocket costs to us. Caryn, Katherine and the entire firm were at all times professional, courteous, attentive and meticulous. I would absolutely recommend Caryn and her firm.
