I didn't know what else to do... I really was beginning to feel trapped... making just minimum payments on credit cards to try and stay afloat... this helped to maintain my credit but the challenge came when my commission and bonus structure started to decrease at my job... that's when I noticed my debt to credit ratio spiking out of control... Mr. Limbocker and his assistant Julie kept me at peace and I was able to go through the process of bankruptcy with the guidance of Mr. Limbocker which resulted in a successful discharge! Lacey was recommended to me, and I was not disappointed in choosing her to help represent me in my divorce. She was straight to the point on what I could do and how things would go. She did not sugar coat anything and I always questioned with lawyers (as this was my first time using one) if they had the client's best interest or were more concerned about lining their own pockets. there were several times throughout the divorce process I didn't agree with what was being said and before I could comment Lacey jumped in and knew it wasn't fair or right for me. she truly cares about her client and was honest with me the entire time. I hired Lacey to as my divorce attorney . I had been married for 24 years. She was terrific. She took very good care of me and made it as painless as possible. It took 6 months and it was all over. She’s very good at what she does. She made sure that my needs were met with everything, The office staff was extremely helpful. They took care of everything. Extremely efficient. Mr. Mickey Williams was one of the gentlemen that represented me in my HQDA mandated separation board. My ex-wife is military law enforcement and used her knowledge and position to try to ruin my life, my career, my relationship with my kids and have me lose 22 years worth of benefits. Mickey was able to rapidly and accurately see that the statements made against me were fabricated. He preparation and experience made it possible for me to finally tell my side of the story. My board went on for over 13 hours. Mickey had taken the time to ensure that his examinations were seamless and had the knowledge of all the facts. His questioning of my ex-wife, an agent with CID, caused her to show to the board how little integrity she has. His direct questioning led to her exercising the right to remain silent and refused to answer his questions. Mickey's actions saved my career. I am so grateful to have found Capovilla and Williams. I would recommend them to anyone that is the victim of crime in the military. At some point in your life you will most likely need a lawyer's services and where do you go searching - the internet of course as most of us don't want share our need with friends/family so that's where the confusing part begins - who to select, who to trust, who can we afford, do we really need them. Some of us will see that big attorney commercial and call and become a billable number - been there done that before as well. Who do you think is paying for that commercial and big office and big staff - you are!
I was referred to Natalie by 2 separate friends (not in the same friend group who I actually shared my situation with). I am glad I called and followed their recommendation.
She is a small boutique attorney that takes her time to help and guide you through your legal needs. You want just be another client, you will be her client. You may make a new friend in the process. She takes each case and personally involves herself to fight the fight for your legal rights.
She specializes in many areas of family law - divorce, wills, guardianship, power of attorney, trusts, probate, child custody, special needs (is a parent to special needs child). She not only knows the law but knows how to use the law in the courtroom to help your case. She gives you her cell number, who does that? She does!
She will get back to you as her schedule and your schedule allows days/nights/weekends/holidays if need be. Who does that? Natalie does that.

Arron was amazing and the process was quick and easy. I really had no worries the entire time, which after having a wreck is honestly, a huge relief. In my case, thank goodness, my wreck was not very extensive but no matter the size, having that happen to you can make you feel very unsure and worried about the future and how it is going to impact your life. Luckily for me, I never had to worry that my case was being handled. I was never spoken to on a level higher than my understanding which gives you a sense of comfort, that despite the set back, everything is going to be okay. I meet Mrs Austin through the legal assistance program, and at first I thought she was just another court appointed attorney. You know the ones where they are assigned too many cases and because your not able to afford their services they give you subpar results. Not in this case, Mrs Austin treated me with respect and understood that everyone that finds them self in a criminal situation is not a criminal. So she actually looked into my case and found out the truth and then assisted me in any and every way possible. In my injury case I had hired 2 other attorneys, who did not return my calls or take interest in my case. I was miserable with my injuries, trying to recover and the people I hired to protect my rights. Out of frustration and ready to give up I sought recommendation through friends, and was given Mr. Dickinson name.
Mr. Dickinson took my case in the direction that was needed. He is a man of action and true to his word. Mr. Dickinson and his team were responsive to me and let me know what steps were being taken and what was needed from me. He did not allow the apposing attorneys take the lead in the direction of my case; he truly battled them on the legal front. My case was unique in that is was both workers compensation and personal injury. His recommendation for a workers compensation attorney to assist was and excellent choice as well. Because of the work that Mr. Dickinson did on my case I was justly compensated for my injuries at last.

Herman and Russo represented us in a Chapter 7 recently, and they did a great job of explaining the process to us, letting us know what to expect, and providing additional information and guidance even after our discharge. It's not a "fun" experience to go through a bankruptcy proceeding, but having someone that returned calls and emails with reasonable explanations that we could understand made a tough time in our lives bearable. Absolutely I would recommend Ms. Melissa Ann Herman of Herman & Russo to anyone needing a bankruptcy attorney or who has questions about the process. I made an appointment with two of the largest advertised firms. I was told by each that this is the process and this is how much it costs and that I was going to have to get a job because I didn’t have enough retirement and self-employed income to file bankruptcy with them. Same scenario with two smaller firms. Atlanta Legal Aid doesn’t handle this kind of case. I researched several firms that specialize in bankruptcy and contacted them. I was immediately contacted by the Herman & Russo staff. Ms. Herman was empathetic, cognizant, and resourceful. She devised a solution that worked for both of us and I later found out that she is recognized for her professionalism and knowledge in the bankruptcy administration and court system process.

Mr. Tidwell did such a great job helping me through my case. He took so much time with me, helping me understand the process and making sure I was able to see the doctors I needed to see even though I didn't have a lot of money to pay the doctors up front. He was more concerned with helping me get better from my wreck than anything else. When it was over, I couldn't believe the recovery he got for me.
