When you hire Shari, you get Shari! Her clients are very important to her and she puts the time in to make sure clients are informed and protected. She is well known and respected in the judicial system where she will guide you through trial and settlement. Definitely consider meeting with her!

The results from having Dan Tota represent me were nothing short of a miracle! I was really in the worst position in my life when I was given Dan's number. I had signed an agreement with the sellers without a mortgage contingency. I put my life savings down as a deposit and was about to lose it if I couldn't close the deal. Everything was falling apart and the lawyer I was using told me he could no longer help me. Dan worked with me every step of the way in a friendly, kind, and informative manner. He negotiated with the sellers for more time and helped me find the right financing so I could close the deal I could not recommend anyone more highly and because of Dan I am now the very happy owner of my dream home!

Joe assisted me with the sale of my late mother's house. He was wonderful throughout the process, responsive to my (many) questions, explaining the various steps and making sure we got to closure. When an issue unexpectedly arose the day before closing (balky furnace), Joe make sure we got the sale closed by escrowing a portion to address the potential area of concern. Excellent attorney who knows her stuff. She goes above and beyond to protect her clients' interest and will always give you the best advise. Her fees are reasonable but the service is worth so much more. If you need someone who will look out for you and put you first, contact Liz. She has an excellent relationship with the banks and title companies and she explains things to clients so they are aware of everything and not finding out the night before a closing, which a lot of attorneys do to their clients. In August I began looking to purchase a house, and along the process I was recommended Durante, Bock & Tota.
It was one of the best choices I made during the home buying process. They are very personable and knowledgeable.
Michael primarily helped me along the way. He made the process easy to understand so there was no confusion. He worked around my limited availability and took calls and emails from day to night. He also advised me multiple times, while keeping my best interest in mind.
I personally can't recommend him enough, and if I ever need a lawyer in the future, I will be returning to him without a doubt.

I know Bill Grace for about 18 years. Besides being honest, he's a great person and attorney. He will treat you with dignity and respect as you were part of his family. He took my first medical malpractice case after my stillborn daughter died at the hospital, and my wife almost died after a rupture of the uterus. We were advised by him to settle the case, and we were granted a decent amount of money. He's extremely experienced, skillful, and knowledgeable. He always puts client's best interest first. He is still working on my second medical malpractice/wrongful death of my wife. If you ever need a malpractice attorney, I will suggest to contact Mr. Bill Grace first. I would highly recommend Mr. Gross for anything from legal advice, to hiring full on to represent you. He did not feed me any promises, and did not tell me exactly what to expect, as he knew that he could not honestly promise things. Mr. Gross had excellent communication throughout my entire process, and while my speeding ticket was not terrible (53/30), he was able to get it reduced to a non point ticket that does not show on my driving abstract, and he was even able to have the surcharge waved. I paid a total of $500 to hire Mr. Gross, and a total of $75 to pay the fine. My record remains the same as before this initial ticket, and I could not be happier with how Mr. Gross handled everything.

The best compliment I can give a business is my own personal recommendation. Without reservation, I enthusiastically recommend Sal and Loretta Lagonia. I just sold my co-op and the *other* parties involved (from the building’s lawyer to the management company to my former mortgage lender) were complete nightmares. Sal and Loretta were on top of everything from the beginning- working day, night, weekends, and even while out of town to make sure this deal went through. They took the initiative to drive to White Plains the day before the closing - during Hurricane Ida remnants downpour - to resolve an issue in person to keep us on track. You so rarely see this level of service and attention to detail anymore. Without Sal and Loretta, I really don’t think this closing would have happened. This was the third real estate sale that they’ve done for my husband/then us as a couple/now me. The first two went without a hitch. I just went into detail on this third one as an illustration of their total commitment to their clients even and especially in rough times. On top of all of this, they are kind and lovely people. I am so grateful for their services. You will not be disappointed if you hire them.

I’ve made a few excellent decisions in my life and using Matthew Metz’s office was one of them. First, I’m a lawyer myself, which – in my case – means I am detailed and diligent with other lawyers. My purchase – moving from Manhattan to Westchester – was difficult from start to finish. The only respite from the stress was dealing with Metz’s office. This entire office is amazing. They move things along and keep you informed through a client platform every step of the way. The office provides options for title services, surveys, and all other needs. This is unlike many offices, which have cozy agreements with industry folks and drive you toward their preferred vendors. My deal was not easy, it involved difficult sellers and a difficult seller’s attorney, who was intransigent most of the time. I had multiple calls with Metz himself and other calls with his team. He always took time with me, and I never felt like he was counting the billable hours. The biggest testament to the professionalism of this office is that I used a legal plan provided through my work, which pays the office directly, and I’m certain the legal plan did not deviate from their negotiated rate for the additional hours than they gave me. We closed a difficult deal, and I couldn’t recommend this office enough. Thank you Matt, Susan, Peter, Kathryn, Andrew and staff. First rate.

1. This lawyer quoted me one price then right before closing charged me twice the amount. I called 2 other/separate real estate lawyers and they both told me that what he claimed the extra charges were for was not standard practice.
2. He/His Paralegal made mistakes on my paperwork. Mistakes happen but when I asked him to fix these mistakes he acted annoyed and was very short with me. He then never followed through with any of the corrections that he promised that would made on the "final paperwork".
In my experience with Matt Roach I found him to be unethical, rude and not competent. I hope that this review will help other consumers be better informed about this lawyer.

me and my husband went there last year for my husband to get his his residence and we did the application And paid a couple of hundred dollars and never hear nothing from him everytime we call he was in a meeting or on the phone. or he was to busy to take are call so we went down there and he was no long in the building so I'm want to know how can we get our money back. I'm not giving him no stars because he don't deserve any stars.
