I hired Katie for my child custody case and she was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. She kept me informed and in the loop through each step from opposing counsel emails to letting me know when our work was filed. She listened to my concerns and did her very best to vouch for me. Katie went the extra mile in assuring I was prepared for trial by reviewing questions I would be asked in court and even took time outside of office hours to do so. She was honest and open about her rates, there was never a surprise in charges, and also tried to help me save money when she could. Chris helped me with a long aggravating divorce which was made harder because of a some other family items outside of just my marriage. I initially spoke to Chris when a friend referred me to him for consultation regarding starting a divorce process. However, it was soon evident that I would need to hire a lawyer to help me navigate what was potentially going to be a messy and long divorce, mostly concerning money and our one child together. Michael was absolutely professional and accommodating throughout the entire process of my custody battle and court hearings. He explained everything clearly and walked me through every document and scenario that came my way. He gave me thorough input to help ME make decisions that were best suited for myself and my family. He is very knowledgeable and often made suggestions to allow me to do some of the research and other things myself to save money. THIS was such an incredible concession that many attorneys will not offer. He was very agreeable with my budget and suggesting financial avenues to keep my case going because I had to see this through to the end. He was amenable to creating a financial plan with me so that I could finish my case. He was clear every step of the way in regards to costs including court fees, his hourly rate, the amount of time each thing would take, etc. He made sure every I was dotted and T was crossed, and every loophole was sealed. In addition to his professional expertise, he was very compassionate about my situation and everything I was going through legally and remained professional but sympathetic throughout the entirety of the process. I first hired Clyde in 2019 when I first filed for divorce. I subsequently withdrew the divorce proceeding. after my ex-wife talked me into it then I used him. I hired him again for the second divorce filing. Of which has been now completed and very very satisfactorily. he has Demonstrated the professionalism and the personal attention to detail that was desperately needed in my divorce case and then after the divorce was final. If you don't go with this law group then you are mission out! Not only did they handle my case with grace, but they even went the extra mile when I had an emergency! I have a medically fragile and disabled child that is very hard to take out of the home. The day before my court appearance, all of my child care canceled for the day of court. I needed to file a motion in order to appear virtually instead but being the day before, and with my lack of court understandings, I was lost. I called this office since they were the ones who filed my paperwork with the court to ask for assistance. Of course the lawyer I used was out of office so I left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from another attorney from this office and after I explained my situation, they said that they would have no problem filling out the motion for me and emailing to me! Not only that but they did this from their cell phone! All I asked for was advice, but this office was so understanding and the fact that they went the extra mile to help me was such a relief and an act of kindness and humanity that you don't normally see from people nowadays. From now on I will always use this firm for all of my needs!

While I understand others may have had positive experiences with Robinson & Henry, my own was deeply disappointing. I initially chose them based on positive reviews and an impressive attorney. I specifically addressed concerns about being passed between attorneys and becoming just a number after paying the retainer. The attorney assured me of consistent communication within two days and that she would remain my sole point of contact.
My case was straightforward: securing court-ordered visitation with my son. Initially, communication was excellent, with prompt email responses. However, after paying the retainer, responsiveness drastically declined. When my son's mother cut off direct communication, requiring all contact through attorneys, I struggled to reach mine. After a week of silence, a paralegal dismissively stated she was "very busy." I also discovered the attorney had filed incorrect paperwork, effectively delaying my case.
Adding to the frustration, the accounting department demanded I replenish my retainer without acknowledging my communication issues or case progress. Shortly after, I was informed, without prior notice or explanation, that a new attorney would be handling my case. I received no refund for the incorrect paperwork filed.
The entire experience was a nightmare. I ultimately sought and found competent representation elsewhere. The only positive aspect was the Customer Relations Manager, who contacted me at the end. She was professional and helpful, earning a five-star rating. However, this single positive interaction couldn't salvage the overall negative experience with the firm.

We are long-time clients of Mr. Williams. He drafted wills and powers of attorney for me and my husband years ago, and it was time for an update. His staff scheduled us in right away. Mr. Williams reviewed the deed to our house to make sure it was titled right so we wouldn't have problems in the future. He talked to us about our assets, which had grown over the years, and ensured that we properly named beneficiaries on investment accounts. He explained the difference between a will and trusts, and we decided to keep it to wills. Mr. Williams helped guide us about where our property will go and who will handle our things when we pass away. He drafted our documents and took the time to hand-deliver drafts to our house, so we had plenty of time to review them before we signed them. At the signing, Mr Williams took us through all of the documents and explained them thoroughly. His paralegal made copies and put the originals and copies in a new portfolio, so our documents are together in one place. We are very pleased with the work he did and how he explained everything. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this law firm.

Incompetent and rude. We requested Gordon to draw up a will and other documents. Upon our request, my wife asked to review documents for errors. Gordon stated he would email the documents to my wife, but he did not. Gordon made the simplest errors in even scheduling the meeting to sign the documents, which was a huge red flag. It gets worse. My wife sat down for approximately 30 seconds and found over a dozen errors in her documents and mine. Again, we were told we would get the documents prior to this meeting to review. This proved our point. While working with Gordon to fix the numerous errors he made, we kept finding more errors!!! For 350.00 we thought there was better quality. My wife stopped the meeting, and we refused to continue. While refusing, Godon became very rude and defensive of his own errors!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! Complete waste of our time. Now, we have to find a competent attorney's office that can handle a simple last will and power of attorney paperwork. If I could give a negative rating, I would. These are facts, not opinions.

I had the fortunate experience of utilizing Dan McGuinness's vast knowledge of Divorce law and procedure. I had a one hour consultation with Mr. McGuinness regarding an emergency motion filed against me by my ex-wife asking to restrict my parenting time.
