Troy Moore was extremely helpful to my family during very difficult times. After my father passed, he guided us through the challenging and confusing probate process. When my mother passed a year later, he again provided excellent help and support with our estate issues. Like most people, I had no idea how to settle my parents' accounts and deal with all the other legal issues involved when someone dies, so I cannot thank Troy enough for his work and support. Shane Kersh is an excellent lawyer that is very aggressive in the courtroom. He and his team are compassionate about you winning your case. They will listen to your concerns, they will be there for you anytime you need legal advice along the way, etc. They are very informative and take the time to explain things.
I used Shane Kersh and his team for a child custody case and got exactly what I wanted- primary custody so I can keep my daughter safe. I am so happy I went with them- worth every penny. This review is a long time coming. I've worked with and relied on Shannon on three separate occasions over custody disputes of my eldest daughter. On all three occasions she was able to improve my situation and on two of those occasions where my situation was improved, I was on defense where I was the one that got served papers.
I believe that Shannon's prowess as an attorney actually comes from her compassion for her clients. She really does take the time to listen to and understand the unique situations that each case brings and understand and empathize with the situation. She gives her best because she knows what is on the line. She cares for her clients because she takes the time to understand them and their situation.

We had our child via surrogate; however, during the height of covid the number of guests in the hospital was limited. Our gestational carrier agreement was in another state and our child was birth in TX. The hospital couldn't do anything to help us and the birth mother was listed as the mother on the birth certificate. To have this change to my name was a challenge. Shannon fought tooth and nail with the judge. She didn't give up on us. She listened and even asked her colleagues for best approach. She looked for all solutions till we won. I would 100% recommend her firm with no questions asked.

Interestingly enough I met atty Daniel Grey on an off chance. He was at mediation that I was not a party to, and I was in the building for other reasons. As we crossed paths and began speaking he gave me his business card and said something to the effect of “you never know when you may need my services”. As I walked away I thought ‘how did he know’. Long story short within 6months I needed his services. That was about 13 years ago. He not only was a great attorney but he advocated for all sides which is not like many family law attorneys. He helped me see things from my child’s perspective and my spouse at the time. In doing so it made the divorcing with children much more smoother for all parties involved. Over the years I have referred over a dozen of friends & colleagues to him during their time of need and he has always shown great detail and concern to them in the same manner he showed to me. I am only writing this review now because I recently referred someone to him. Though he could not represent the guy due to the county he lived in he still took the time to call him after work hours and be a calming voice and help him him understand the process, ease his mind and refer him to two other lawyers that specialized in that county. I am blown away by this. No charge and he gained nothing other than respect and this review. So many other lawyers won’t even talk to paying clients during the day and a night call is not a thing. So for Daniel to do this was going beyond the pale. I am so thankful for our chance encounter all of those years ago and all the help he has provided to me and to all that have been referred. If you want a lawyer who shoots straight and treats each client even opposing counsel as family & friend to work on a fair settlement he is your guy. This is not about money for him, he truly cares. Ellen was recommended to us by RMA Fertility Clinic in San Antonio. From the moment we began working with her, to the very last correspondence with her, Ellen was a pleasure to work with. This is my second time using this law office . The first time was to end my marriage and Handle a child custody matter . This second time is to modify the original order . All the staff make you feel welcomed . Everyone in the office is always willing to answer questions . This law firm will also look at the big picture and shoot you straight on your expectations . If you have an end goal in mind they will tell you the honest answer due to their experience if you will get it . I love the ladies in the office and recommend them to anyone looking for great female attorneys . The retainer they charge is slightly high but for what they can do it is worth it.

Heather was an excellent attorney. I received regular updates from her regarding my case and never once felt like I was in the dark. Her communication with the opposition was very professional and to the point. I hired another attorney when my divorce proceedings first started, but the case just seemed to drag on and on. Once Heather took the reins, the tide shifted and the divorce settled in a short time. I firmly believe without Heather handling this case I would still be fighting my ex. He did a great job! Fair price! Timely! I had another friend going thru similar circumstances. Mr. Burton provided services in less than 1/2 the time and for 1/2 the expense. He listens to your dilemma. One must realize , there is a lot attorneys cannot renegotiate due to the laws. But there are a few alternatives, and Mr. Burton researched my options with his resources and colleagues and provided an equitable resolution. You do have to disclose all that both parties have on the table to explore the options. My agreed order was primarily changes in child support and visitations. That was finalized by the court. The ex was behind in other matters and did not want to go to court and Mr. Burton researched a settlement out of court for that matter. His assistant is very helpful and patient. If you are in a hurry just let them know and keep pushing. they will work with you. Do your own research, it helps understand the limits attorneys have. You need to provide as much help as you can since all circumstances are different.
I will use him again if needed.
