I would highly recommend Bangerter Frazier Group to anyone who is in need of an attorney. I have two different occasions when I met with Mr. Bill Frazier. He was patient with me when I didn’t understand how to do something and helped me. He did not make me feel Stupid but helped me through the process. He was always very patient with me. I also had his law firm help me with my Will. When my Will was completed I felt nothing but peace Knowing that my family would be protected when I pass. My both cases are nearing to Fact Discovery deadlines and I am getting anxious. This time, I need to be very careful in choosing the right lawyer because he is going to be the last, after my 2 previous lawyers. I spent reading reviews and profiles everyday. I can't even count how many lawyers I have talked to. Seem like, I almost called all of the Salt Lake Firms. So, I narrowed my searched and checked Provo areas. Until, I came across to Mr. Gregory Hadley's profile. I love what I read about his experience. Although, I am only seeing one review from a co-worker. But it did not stop me. He said, I have a very difficult case. But "thank, God", he accepted me as a new client. While working with Mr. Hadley, he amazed me everyday. He goes above and beyond to work with me and to the opposing party, update me every details of my case. He is very responsive and quick in getting back on my emails, texts, calls. He ease my worries. Scott Help me through a very rough patch in my life. I needed to work through a marriage fraught with trials and challenges. He did not encourage me to hurry and get a divorce, rather he encouraged me to do several things to save the marriage. I followed his advice and in the end he did help me with the divorce process, but by the time we did that, I was well prepared for the end. I knew that everything possible had been tried, and having tried many, many solutions gave me insight into the situation that I otherwise would never have known. My ex-wife was married to me but she was in love with someone else. Had we filed for divorce right away, I would have ended up in a much worse situation. Having waited until the more complete story came out put me in a great position to keep the children with full custody. I get to stay in the family home and the money I earned goes to support the family not to support someone who is untrustworthy. During the time I was trying to put things back together, I found out about secret banking accounts, real estate, and other possessions that were part of her life but not mine. Scott helped me understand why she pushed so hard for some things (mostly financial.) She pushed hard for all of the things we owned together to be put into a family trust which for some reason didn't include me. She said that because we were married in reality I was a member of the trust. She wanted access to my bank account, but refused to allow me to even go into her bank with her. When it came time for the financial statements to be filed, I had the information needed to confront her about the assets that she had and had not declared.
Due to the lack of her disclosure it was clear that she was not telling the truth and therefore had no credibility with the judge. The judge looked much more favorably at the arguments we presented even though the truth of my position was not always pretty, it was the truth. I had given Scott all of the ugly details of the marriage, so there were no surprises for him during negotiations or when we got to court.

Don put a lot of effort into my cases. I was facing prison time on charges that I received stemming from two unlawful arrest . Mr. Torgerson fought hard for me and took no interest in any plea bargains that allowed me to admit any crime that he knew I was innocent of l. After a few months of hearings and arguments in court , my felonies were dropped and I was given a plea of abyeance on the misdemeanor charges that I was guilty of under Utah law codes. Thank You, Mr Torgerson . You are a very good lawyer your performance shows experience and intelligence.

Ron has been my attorney for a little over two years as I navigated a highly contentious divorce. I’ve also worked with his associate, Jennifer closely and often. They have been an absolute dream team. They have always looked out for the best interest of my kids and I and did everything in their power to get us through this process and into a better place so we can heal and move forward. Brent was my attorney through a difficult divorce. My ex-husband was an unwilling participant in the marriage AND the divorce. Not wanting to participate in the divorce made him difficult to negotiate with. Brent was able to see through his stalling tactics and eventually, we were able to force the divorce issue. Brent was effective in communicating with the narcissist who was my husband. It still took a while, but I was able to get out of the relationship with my dignity intact and with everything I wanted and needed. I am satisfied and grateful for Brent's experience and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney who finds themselves working with a difficult partner.

I sought help from Mr. Paulson's office in dealing with a family law case that represented a significant but unnecessary expense. My wife is acquainted with him and his work, and recommended him to me in connection with my case.
Mr. Paulson quickly identified the best course to take, and explained every step of the process as it unfolded. My experience was like watching an expert chess player at work.
It was apparent all along that his priority was providing the best representation to me as his client, and I appreciated how attentive and engaged he was. When the other party did some unexpected and unconventional things, he knew what to do in response. He took almost as much personal pleasure in the successful outcome of the case as I did.

I had never retained an attorney and I was experiencing a great loss and emotions seemed to drive so many decisions at this time. Eric was a great combination of compassion and reality. She is a good honest person but she is an unavailable attorney. She doesn't dedicate any time to her Law Practice (run by herself and one other person). Michelle was impossible to reach, she often would be unavailable for a week at a time if not longer. Rarely answered emails or phone calls, her work ethic just isn't there. Unresponsive to myself and to the opposing council and others involved in my case. I almost missed a hearing (amoung other things) due to her only working one day a week. Hiring an attorney is so stressful and Michelle will only add to that stress, if your looking for an attorney that will work and help your case progress please look elsewhere. I don't ever want anyone else to go through the stress of working with an attorney who is never present.

...Greg Wall’s office shouts, “Get the hell out!” Unprofessional: Stood me up in court. Refused calls. Lost paperwork repeatedly, until I started emailing instead.
Unapologetic: Wasted the entire time until, on the last day, I switched to Scott Brown and Brian Coutts who won $200,000 in a short period of time for about the same cost.
Greg Wall made NO effort until it came time to collect his $30,000+ for doing nothing.
I would love to meet these other people who gave him 5 stars. I suspect they’re members of his church ward.

Greg represented me on my divorce modification. He did a
wonderful job representing me. He was very clear in where I stood and rather than making any promises he just got the job done. His experience shows in the way he handled my case. My x-wife's attorney was very difficult to deal with and rather than thumping his chest and making matters worse he handled her in a very cool and calm matter. Greg did everything he could to avoid going to trial and he succeded not only in that outcome, but getting everything resolved fairly. I was very pleased with the way everything was settled. This one star review is for PGAL, Sam Sorensen. Overcharged for rediculous items, and added no value. Minimal effort to collect a check, and poor judgement. In the end, God knows. Thank heavens for Anna Trupp, our custody evaluator. She came through for us in the end. Think about a custody evaluator over a PGAL, is my recommendation. Especially if you have parents on the other side involved in various versions of substance abuse. It’s not just clients that feel this way, it’s attorneys in the industry that see his lack of effort, as well.

I am writing this review because I feel a moral obligation to warn people about trusting this law firm.
From the outset, it is deeply concerning that the attorney failed to prioritize my case by neglecting to thoroughly review the information provided by the guardian ad litem. This negligence reflects a lack of professionalism and diligence on their part. By disregarding crucial documentation that could have supported my case, they effectively hindered my ability to present a strong argument in court.
Furthermore, the attorney's consistent denial of my requests to submit important documents is nothing short of unacceptable. As a client, I have the right to expect prompt and efficient service, especially when it comes to gathering evidence. The attorney's failure to prioritize my needs and instead divert their attention to unnecessary communication with the opposing party's attorney is a clear indication of their lack of commitment and disregard for my case.
Equally troubling is the attorney's attempt to pass me off to other attorneys under the guise of providing them with "experience." This is a direct betrayal of my trust and confidence in their abilities. When I hired this attorney, I did so with the expectation that they would personally handle my case and provide the necessary expertise. Instead, they attempted to pawn me off onto less experienced attorneys, essentially treating my situation as a learning opportunity at my expense.
The sense of bias that I felt from the beginning of my case is deeply distressing. It is the duty of any attorney to approach each case with objectivity and a commitment to ensuring their client's rights are protected. However, it appears that my attorney failed to uphold this fundamental principle. As a result, i was forced to constantly prove my worth as a fit mother, adding unnecessary stress and burden to an already difficult situation.
I would have never hired anyone from this law firm after my initial experience with Britt Beckstrom. However, after moving on and hiring Brian Eggleston, he moved to this law firm and my experience with Brian was even worse than my experience with Mr Beckstom.

If you’re looking for a lawyer look elsewhere. Mike Branum is definitely not the guy to go to. He is two faced. He will act like he cares to your face then go behind your back and talk bad about you to opposing counsel. He is unprofessional and a liar. We hired a new attorney and he acted so surprised about many things that were brought up to his attention. Ended up finding out a lot of the thing he said and were told to him that were never once mentioned to us. I would recommend everyone to save their money and look elsewhere.

My husband and I were referred to Chad through my husband’s insurance for will preparation. After 5 minutes of being in his office we ended up walking out because he was so unprofessional, uninterested in helping us, and belittling.
