I am so happy I trusted my case to attorney Suzanne Fischer Lorenz! She was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had and truly made me feel at ease through the whole ex-parte process. She responded to emails and phone calls quickly as she knew I was a nervous wreck. She was straight forward with me on my options and always had my children’s best interest in mind. Those were some of the hardest months for my family and she showed compassion and understanding, while also being realistic of the potential outcomes. Renee helped us with a couple of custody cases and an adoption. Everyone in her office was easy to work with and very responsive.
Renee was referred to us by a number of friends and professionals. The only people I spoke to that did not like her were individuals that were on the opposing side of a case. Which is exactly what we needed. She is thorough, and having her on our side really made us feel much better about a difficult experience.
Our case was complex but Renee was able to sift through the details, lay out our options, and help us get going in the right direction, ending with our desired result of the adoption of our son.

Renee represented me during a rough time in my life while I was attempting to obtain a restraining order.
She took her time to get to know the details of my case prior to the court date and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was rushed during our meetings or that I had to re-explain myself. She just "got it". Her staff was also helpful and organized with their paperwork/email communication.
As someone who has never gone to court for anything before, my anxiety about the entire process was high. However, when Renee met me at the courthouse, my anxiety diminished. Lindsey was the best thing to happen to me after my divorce. My ex had a large percentage of placement of our child and had been put in a position of power over me, making me feel like I had no option other than to barely see my son and pay an arm and a leg in child support.
After hiring Lindsey (and a lengthy legal battle against my ex) I am in a much better position. She helped me through filing motions, finding compromise, and even communicating with my ex. Amy represented me in a long, difficult divorce. On top of my heartbreak, I needed a lawyer who was professional and even tempered. She filed a timely counterclaim, which was essential in getting family support early on. We had numerous hearings, and she was effective in court also. She was always prepared and always respectful, yet firm. I had lots of questions about how things were handled and lots of documentation for her to review. Krislyn was recommended to me by my long time tax services providor and she has been just as advertised...very good. Krislyn spent time with me to determine correct product/service and was very attentive to both myself and my wife throughout the entire process. The final product is well organized and very clear. We worked with Theresa to draft and negotiate our legal contract in a surrogacy arrangement. From the initial consultation all the way through the completion of legal clearance, Theresa was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Exceeded all my expectations in handling my traffic ticket. Mike was able to get a 15 mph speeding reduced to a no points equipment violation. All the other attorneys I spoke to about this said this prosecutor would never cut that deal, but Bayer Law got it done! Completely professional throughout. If you are thinking of enrolling in Legalshield and are in Wisconsin, don't bother. By far the worst experience I have ever had with legal counsel.
Jaques Mann was condescending from the start. I spent an hour loading all the information into the legalshield system on what are needs were and what ADVICE we were looking for. He started the call by sending an automated text from legalshield saying I'd hear from an attorney shortly. He called 30 seconds later, with only 10 minutes left in the window I was given that they would call. (called at 1:50pm I was told I would hear from them between 11am and 2pm). He started the call asking what he could do for me and clearly had read none of the data I had posted. There was severe echo on the call which he blamed on me. He then proceeded he could only talk to my wife about the issue, even though at this point I was looking for advice, which all other attorneys I have spoken to about this issue were happy to provide me LEGAL ADVICE. Also, I had my wife next to me on speaker phone, but he wasn't listening to me at all. Condescending and refused to listen. He was probably annoyed he had to do a LegalShield "Consult" to begin with. Now they are deleting my Google Reviews, which I will simply keep reposting.
Net/net I was prepared to give them a retainer and contract them for their services based on LegalShield for a family matter, but my family needs someone who will listen and not condescend. We will be seeking a refund from LegalShield and looking for counsel elsewhere.

Margaret was incredibly impressive with my difficult case. Due to the complex nature, it lasted 28 months and Margaret stuck through it like a champ maintaining her drive to get everything I wanted in my divorce. This kind man saved my mother at her most vulnerable moment when she was in the process of being a victim of an elaborate scam.
I know a lot about common scams and phishing attempts… What my mom experienced seemed quite sophisticated compared to the typical Indian call center stuff.

Real life Harvey Specter
Chris is probably the best defense lawyer in the entire state. Graduated from an Ivy League law school, with more than 4 decades of legal experience, Chris uses his expertise to help everyone with their case to his best ability. I made a good decision by switching from Tracey Wood & Associates to Chris, as he turned my case 180 degrees, in the right direction.
During the latter half of my case, I started watch the show "Suits", and I think he is very comparable to the main character Harvey Specter. HE WILL DO EVERYTHING TO GET YOU THE BEST RESULT. He fights tirelessly, tries every approach, and gives you the best advices. While Chris is not a magician, and he does not have a crystal ball, he performs miracles for me time after time. (From getting me excused to court dates because I am attending school out of state, to going beast mode against the prosecutor in court and winning big).
The day after my last court date, I sent Chris an email saying that "It felt like I was playing alongside with MJ on the 96' Bulls". I was so happy and I appreciate his help greatly.
I am very impressed with Chris' work and I believe you would too.

Long Story Short
Two years ago, there was a major hailstorm in Hudson, WI. I requested a quote to repair the hail damage to my house from a trusted contractor I had used before: Element Exteriors. They came back with a quote of $32,000 to replace siding, gutters and the roof. I submitted my claim to my insurance company. They sent out an Adjuster to appraise the damage. After reviewing their Adjuster's report, they came back with an offer of $2,500 after my $1700 deductible. They didn't see the need for replacement, only minor repairs. Obviously, I disagreed with their assessment since most of my neighborhood had roof, siding and gutters replaced. Most notably, the neighbors on both sides of me.
The State of Wisconsin has a law that if there is a disagreement on the settlement, there must be an Independent Appraisal. My insurance company refused to participate in or authorize an Independent Appraisal, which was against Wisconsin State Law. So, I hired Drew Nelson at Nelson and Lindquist to force my insurance company to comply with Wisconsin Law. After two years of fighting with my insurance company, Drew was able to get my insurance company to agree to an Independent Appraisal. After the Independent Appraisal and engaging in the "Mediation Process", Drew was able to convince my insurance company to pay what we felt the policy required of them and I was able to move forward with the replacement of my roof and siding.

Jeremiah is very very knowledgeable in the law. Very technical. He really gave Tony. good advice. He has a very good listener.
Plus, he is very kind and compassionate. I didn’t think the two would go together.

When I needed to get custody of my daughter quickly I was referred to Ginger at Your Family Law Center. She met with my wife and I promptly to discuss the situation we found our daughter in. Not only was she able to find information about my ex and her husband to properly paint the picture of horror my daughter was living in. But with her incredible work we were granted exactly what we needed to provide our daughter with a more stable and healthier home environment. Attorney Pauls was an absolute gift after having battled previous custody issues using a different attorney. We had called her office several years earlier and the impression I got from her assistant Sarah, always stuck with me. I knew we should have hired Heather at that moment. However, for whatever reason, we didn't and had ended up with a terrible attorney. A few years later, we found ourselves in need of an attorney to go back to court and our first phone call was made to Heather. Our case dealt with a teenage boy choosing to come live with his father instead - which involved also having a G.A.L. attorney appointed. Heather is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, listened to our questions/concerns. Heather and Sarah were very quick to respond back with a phone call or email. She was very upfront on all of our options and the possible outcomes, what to expect, and what we should do to prepare. Her sense of humor helped my husband relate to her, and relax, during the stressful times. My suggestion to anyone thinking about hiring Attorney Sally L. Rubenzer DON’T DO IT!!! Google her first. (Fox 6 news). You’ll see a picture of her start reading there. I experienced this first hand while I was going through my divorce with Attorney Sally Rubenzer.
I am disabled (Attorney Sally Rubenzer was aware of this fact) Around the end of the divorce, I lost my son from my first marriage. . I don’t recall much of the details of the end of my divorce due to this.
Attorney Sally Rubenzer refused to slowly Proceedings down.
Attorney Sally Rubenzer took me for $20,000. Left me with a debt of my ex husband’s. Attorney Sally Rubenzer was aware of the fact that debt was my ex husband and did nothing to correct the issue. Attorney Sally Rubenzer fought more for my ex husband than she did for me (her client).
I HAVE REQUESTED MANY TIMES TO SEND ME THE PAPERWORK OF THE WORK THAT SHE CHARGED ME FOR !!! 2024 still nothing.
