I got in a car wreck in summer of 2024, the individual who was responsible for totaling my car and causing injury was denying liability with their insurance.
I decided to look for a lawyer and Ryan and Sarah at Fang Law Firm did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond helping me solve this case.
They recommended and sent me to PT for my injuries cause by the crash, kept me updated with everything during the court dates as well as handling talking with both my insurance the the other individual’s insurance company.
Ryan and Sarah went the other extra mile in tracking down witnesses from the accident who were able to help and ultimately get the case resolved through their testimonies.
I couldn’t have asked for better representation during such a stressful time.
Ryan and Sarah answered all my questions, and were professional and empathetic throughout the entire process.

From that first contact all the way to the end of the trial, he gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing, and he patiently taught us what we needed to know every step of the way.
As we came to know him—and later, his partner Daniel McGarvey—we found both to be compassionate, patient, hard-working, thorough, wise, and very smart. I'm going to try and refrain from writing an essay about ms. Ivy's representation, but it truly needs an essay to properly relay the true level of dedication, effort and professionalism portrayed by her in my case. Ms. Ivy took my case which was considered a little short of impossible to secure a favorable outcome by legal standards, and of which I was constantly reminded of by other lawyers. but I thank God all mighty and all wise for placing my case in such a professional, hard working, dedicated, smart and admirable lawyers hands. I myself was resigned to the unfavorable outcome as I knew it was a little short of impossible to win my case, but at trial it became appearant that ms. Ivy was more then prepared for the prosecution and the judges line of question and thinking. The documents presented were over whelming, the research conducted was overwhelming the legal precedence presented was undeniable and at the end God blessed us with a win. Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

My case in the hands of a bad lawyer would have been a disaster. I found Michael on Avvo after reading all the great reviews. I knew my immigration case was complicated after one lawyer told me she could not in all honesty take it on, because she would be putting me in danger of deportation. The second lawyer just didn't seem capable at all. When i brought my case to Micheal, he carefully looked at everything i had, did amazing research and was able to reassure me that i might have a good chance to adjust my status. Without going in all the details, he did perform a "miracle" because i am sitting here with my green card! My husband and i are internally grateful to this amazing attorney. Mark was referred to us for my husband divorce case and custody case, by Colin, our criminal defense attorney. This divorce and custody case was difficult for my husband to go through, and because a false allegations criminal charge, it made this case more complex.
Mark did his absolute best, we believe, every step of the way. The ex wife made things an absolute nightmare for my husband, and watching him go through this was heart breaking. My husband and I didn’t make things easy for mark either as we were both addicted to heroin and meth at the time. Mark fought for my husband every step of the way until the absolute end, which involved not only the divorce and child custody part of this case, but several protection orders that were filed in different Colorado county’s by his ex wife. Mark made sure to squash those protection orders one by one, and did so with so much passion and care and knowledge and patience. Everyone involved had to have been at their wits end with everything going on. Thankfully, and luckily, during one of the protection order hearings, I believe that’s when, the ex wife said something’s on the stand that we couldn’t believe, and we were just shocked. Mark made note of these things, and was always in constant contact with our criminal Defense attorney Colin. We never had the chance to confirm our thoughts, but my husband and I fully believe that Mark played a substantial role in the criminal defense case being dismissed as requested by the prosecution!
Unfortunately, as we were both addicted at the time this all was happening, the child custody case wasn’t a happy ending, mark would have stayed on with us but due to so many circumstances, one being a second arrest for drugs during the custody case, mark was unable to represent my husband any longer. We regret not getting sober sooner, because my husband would have had custody of his son. That is our fault, our choices.
Mark stayed dedicated to the end, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs his services! He knows what he is doing, he stays in constant contact, and never brushed us off or made us feel like we were terrible people for what was going on. He cares about you like you’re his own family.
From the very first week we spoke to him he gave my husband the best legal advice, and it made things go much better than if we had not spoken to him. My husband would have been forced out of his own house due to a protection order if we wouldn’t have spoken to mark and he hadn’t given us the advice that we desperately needed.
I truly wish things had ended differently, and if Mark was in Colorado Springs right now, and he would allow for it lol, I would 100% be hiring him for custody issues that have risen over the past 4 years to do with my two kids, as well as my husbands ex wife contacting my kids dads.
Hire mark! You will not regret it, he will fight for you, he will do his absolute best no matter the complexity of the case! We will forever be grateful for Mr. Chapleau and the mark he left on our lives. Our only regret is that we cannot say we are 5 years sober, this was a 2019 case, but by the grace of God we are 4 years.
Thank you Mark, you have no idea the impact that you have had our Mike and Mine’s life.
Do it, hire him. You won’t regret it.
