I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

A year ago I was involved in a traffic accident and injured my neck and back. I had never been in this situation before. A friend of mine referred me to The Greer law firm I made one phone call, gave Marlo the information and they took care of everything. They let me know that their first concern was that I have all of my medical issues taken care of, and be made whole they gave me great advice all the way through. I never could’ve done this on my own, and they were honest and up front every step of the way. My outcome came out better than I expected all of my medical issues were taken care of to my satisfaction I got my vehicle replaced and compensate for all of my inconveniences. I feel so very grateful to Kaplan Morrell. Their whole team was fantastic. I worked a lot with Tammy Roberts from their office and she was amazing! Mr. Mansfield was perfect for helping us sign our franchise agreements. He is to the point, and lists his findings in a way that is direct and understandable.
