I am compelled to provide this addendum to my review of Forrest and Forrest, posted six months ago due to recent events. I received an ominous call from Paulina Forrest, accompanied by an unwarranted demand to take down my factual review post of Forrest and Forrest law firm, without the presentation of a court order.
This attempt to silence my legitimate review only reinforces the concerns raised in my initial, assessment. It is disheartening to witness such actions, which only serves to validate the point made in my original review regarding the unprofessional conduct and questionable practices of Forrest And Forrest. I stand by my right to express my opinions and experiences openly and honestly. Any attempt to suppress or censor valid feedback only raises further questions about the integrity and ethics of Dan And Paulina Forrest.
I urge others to consider these actions when evaluating the character and credibility of the individual attorney or law firm in question. Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything
Terrible customer service and I believe the lawyers or attorneys working there are really amateur and with zero professionalism

I live in New York, and I had a family law matter in Florida that required an experienced and diligent attorney . I had an extremely complex situation that needed to be resolved during a difficult time in my life. I was referred to Mr. Carlin through my real estate attorney , who told me that I should trust him for this recommendation. I then flew in from New York to meet Mr. Carlin in person, and by doing so, it allowed me to feel at ease and confident of having the attorney that I desired. It was an amazing experience watching him work while he was representing me in court.
My past experiences with a few attorneys were average at best. I found Mr. Carlin to be masterful with his knowledge of the rules of civil procedure , and a fantastic litigator. His thorough work ethic, and tactical approach was instrumental in allowing me to get the results that I wanted. In fact, it surpassed my expectations.
This was extremely gratifying to me to have such a wonderful attorney who truly cared about finding out the truth of the law , and most of all, being fair and honest with me as his client. The only guarantees he gave me was that he would do his job to the fullest, and I am pleased to confirm that he did.
Even though the opposing counsel was deceitful and belligerent, Mr. Carlin stayed focused on the task at hand, which is the law.. His attention to detail, case law, respect for the court room , and focus on the truth was a recipe for a victorious ruling. My only regret is that I cannot use him up here in New York. He is not only a fantastic attorney, but he is truly a great human being. I feel blessed to have had him as my attorney.

Rock Title helped me with the purchase my property back in 2014. I reached out to them earlier this week (one month shy of 10 YEARS later) because I needed a copy of the 2014 survey and was hoping they still had a file for my transaction. My lawyer is Mary Hammons, I can’t speak for other attorneys but if she is assigned to you, RUN or ask for her to be removed. My experience, with her during trial was horrible she was not prepared and would not object to false statements and information provided to the judge.

Be careful of hiring this guy. He is insidious. He called me after my criminal case was dropped Nolle Prosequi. Talked me into signing a contingency retainer to sue for police misconduct and false arrest. He held on the case for 3 months as the deadline to file before statue of limitations runs out. When I call now hangs hangs up the phone because of reasons he will not say. My opinion is he wants money UPFRONT or he will try to claim it was his case now that I signed on another Lawyer!! Becarefull when a lawyer wants to sign on too fast. My Opinion of this man is horrid!!! Stay Away!!!!

I actually met David as a veteran practicing yoga. Little did I know that he would be my light at the end of a very dark tunnel. David was more than a lawyer, and a very good one, with a stellar reputation of respect from the bench, attorney coworkers, and the community. Terry is an unbelievable attorney and his years of practicing family law show in the way he maintains his law practice. Divorce cases are filled with incredibly stressful situations and emotions and Terry maintains composure and professionalims even during the most difficult twists and turns.
He is extremely prompt in how he responds to his clients and is always confident in how he approaches each segment of the proceedings. I always trusted he had my best interest in mind.
I was once told Terry was the best attorney in South Florida and my experience with him proved that exact point. He is certainly the best.

Stellar attorney !! Terry will not schmooze nor patronize you like other attorneys. Nor will Terry draw things out . Cuts right to the chase. Most attorney's that just require 5K down and promise you the world I consider bottom feeders . That 5K turns into 50K in a heartbeat and you have nothing to show except for boxes of files ( 15 in my case ) showing hearings postphoned / 6 hrs of bs mediation etc... Not the case with Terry . Nobody has the magic saber and he will tell you that right up front.. The law is the law and you are entitled to what the law states .

Do not hire this man and if he happens to be your court appointed lawyer, try to get a new one! We had Samuel Walker handle my husband’s appeal and not only did he lose, he was arrogant and rude throughout the entire process. He refused to communicate with my husband nor myself about anything. We wouldn’t find out about hearings and filings until much later and the appeal he filed was completely botched!
