My husband and I hired Jonathan after having a dispute with a contractor. This was the first time either one of us had ever hired a lawyer. Jonathan was highly recommended by a colleague and we immediately understood why. I texted him requesting urgent help on a Thursday night as our issue was time sensitive. He responded that evening and by Friday morning, we had hired him. He was able to efficiently gather enough information to start addressing our urgent concern that Friday afternoon. Within the week, our situation was resolved to our satisfaction. His responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding. He helped set expectations and educate us. He was upfront about expected costs for our case and when we ended up exceeding that, he honored his initial quote. We are in the middle of an adoption and he told us to take the difference of the quote and actual cost of his services and apply it towards the adoption. It was not expected and he certainly was not obligated to do this but was greatly appreciated. If we ever need a lawyer again, we will not hesitate to reach out. I have already provided his information to another co-worker.

My job was eliminated after 18 yrs. I was 1 of 3 over age 60 eliminated. Since there were new employees and less seniority employees , i felt i was let go unfairly with age discrimination. Jonathan fought for a new severance contract against the medical corporation and won. He achieved double the severance i was offered per "their protocol" that was unfair. Jonathan was kind, calm, explained what i didnt understand ( which was most legal terminology!) And worked with me as my own advocate. Advising and suggesting. I had to file an appeal, due to several mistakes made with my original defense team. I was appointed Attorney Mann. We spoke several times, he listened, he read my documents, and we met months later in court. He is the best lawyer, also, honest! It's hard to find an honest defense attorney. As a surgeon, I appreciate people who just get the job done. Ms. Packard certainly did that for me but in a very compassionate manner. I was terminated without cause after decades of working in the same practice. She fought for me and I thus received a severance package that makes me pleased that they terminated me. In November of 2008 I retained Tamara Packard to assist me in resolving a dispute with my former employer. From the initial meeting to the signing of the negotiated agreement two months later, Attorney Packard acted dilligently, professionally, and assertively on my behalf to bring about a settlement I was more than pleased with.
My former employer is a small (100 employees) privately-held company. It was reluctant to provide the information necessary to establish a fair settlement. Attorney Packard countered their attorney's every argument against releasing information with her superior knowledge of applicable labor laws.
I completely trusted her advice during the negotiation of a severance package, and I have no doubt that she got me thousands and thousands of dollars more than I could have, on my own.

My wife and I have known Mr. Bonneson for 25 years. He represented me when I was a passenger in a minor traffic accident and settled the issue in my favor in a very professional manner. Attorney Jeanne Armstrong represented my interest in the extremely convoluted and contentious process of settling my father's estate. Although six other attorneys and firms were involved, Attorney Armstrong and her firm were the only ones aware of the statute that was the actual turning point of the process. I knew John for more than 5 years by now. He is a great lawyer. My case went from a simple custody case to complicated divorce and relocation case. He was always well prepared and knew how to hand the case. The most thing I liked in dealing with him was being able to predict the court outcomes. He made a road map plan that we followed, and it worked well for us. He knew the plan that my ex-wife's attorney had which made me well prepared to the court.

I first contacted Ralph at the advice of my attorney. I was trying to sell my half of a business so that I could retire. My partner in the business and the corporation that owned the property the business was in had twice caused the failure of the sale of the business. He had last minute changes to the agreements that would be beneficial to him and adversely affect the seller and buyer. Ralph was creative and gave my partner the ultimatum of either buy me out the way the sale was lined up, or we will take over the sale and will put the whole business up for sale with no limitations as to how his position would be handled. My portion of the partnership was sold as soon as the financing was arranged.
A few months later Ralph advised my partner that I no longer wanted to remain a partner with him in the property. A similar ultimatum was given, and my partner purchased my half of the property in a manner that was in our partnership agreement. I was officially retired.
About a year later, I was having an addition and some other work done on our house. When it came time for the signing of the contract, I had Ralph go through it and address any areas that he had concerns about. He was looking at it from the perspective that were potential legal problems. The builders agreed to the changes and were impressed at the detail to prevent a potential problem.
I was also impressed enough to recommend Ralph to a friend having a neighbor dispute.
During my various encounters with Ralph, he also showed concern for my personal feelings and managed my legal expense leaving me feeling that I was not overcharged, and I felt the outcomes were well worth the expense.

Everyone wants a speedy trial... at least the "Good Guys Do". Well it hasn't been speedy because of the bad guys doing everything to delay everything. However, Winston Ostrows performance has been nothing short of fantastic! We have won against the 2 bad guys in two separate trials. Actually, we slaughtered them. All the jurors were unanomious in our favor and when it went to the Appelate Court, Winston had done such a fine job at both trials and with his Legal Briefs to the Appelate Court that the 3 judge Panel also was unanamous in our favor as well. You may ask "how did you find him?" It wasn't easy, but after calling lots of attorney's and getting referrals, one attorney recommened him and said he just finished a case against him and Winston "kicked his butt" he also said "he is like a pit-bull and doesn't give up! Well, that is the experience I had with him and I am sure he would do the same for you. His goal is winning for you and he sticks to the critical issues to get you that win. Good luck to all.
