If you need a quality, fierce and tenacious lawyer with strong ethics and morals - hire John and team. No doubt the best legal team here or anywhere. I was suddenly and severely injured due to extreme negligence requiring immediate surgery, follow-up surgery with a year of painful physical therapy in and more to come. Trent (Lead Paralegal) and Kelly Law Team, did a fantastic job assisting our family with our MVA claim. My wife was the victim of an irresponsible 25 year old male driver named ZION KAI PALMOMINO ORTIZ who failed to yield, ran the light and hit my wife's vehicle head on at McQueen and Elliot Rd on February 14, 2024 at 7am. My wife suffered horrific injuries as the result of the other driver's (ZION KAI PALMOMINO ORTIZ) incompetence: internal bleeding, knocked unconscious, an open compound fracture of her right knee with her bone exposed thru her right leg, her right patella was completely destroyed, she had ten broken ribs, a broken left ankle, major loss of blood, a severe concussion, lower lumbar spine damage, and she had to be transported to the hospital as a Jane Doe because she was unconscious when Gilbert Police and Paramedics arrived at the scene of the accident. My wife's vehicle was totaled and it is a miracle that she was not killed. The other driver, ZION KAI PALMOMINO ORTIZ was arrested and criminally cited. The at fault incompetent other driver, ZION KAI PALMOMINO ORTIZ was arrested by GPD and criminally cited with Offense # 1 90Z-3A 28-672 - SERIOUS FATAL OR INJ ACCIDENT-FAIL TO COMPLY TRAFFIC OFFENSE / ACCIDENT CRIMINAL CHARGING - COMPLETED. (Statute 28-672A SERIOUS FATAL OR INJ ACCIDENT-FAIL TO COMPLY W/ SEC. A1-A7 (M). ) Please know that Personal Injury judgements in the state of Arizona are fully dischargeable when the at fault party files Chapter 7 bankruptcy; when this happens, you will get nothing for your horrific injuries you suffered and for your pain and suffering. So your choices are to spend 2+ years of your life obtaining a personal injury judgement against them only to have them file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and wipe our your judgment, or accept their auto insurance liability limit on their auto policy and not pursue the personal injury judgement in court. The at fault party gets off Scot free with their only consequence being a higher monthly insurance bill while you have serious health consequences for the rest of your life. I've had a wonderful experience with Stephen. The best part was I really didn't have to do much work! Literally I just needed all my documents and made sure I made my payments and show up for the first hearing and that's it! I found Diane Drain just by going through Google and looking for an attorney who can help me understand bankruptcy. She was quick to reply to my questions and clearly explained what will be expected of me. It was a scary thought for me, filing for bankruptcy because I have always believed that I should he responsible for my debts even if they have been putting me in so much stress that my health started to suffer. But Diane showed me that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that I am not alone in my struggle. Diane and her assistant, Jay, helped me without stressing me more. They made the process easy. They made me feel better and made me learn to accept the fact that I cannot help myself get out of my situation alone, that I needed help. Brant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I reached out to Brant's office after being sued for an extremely old credit card debt. The debt was not a large amount and although I requested and was willing to pay for a consultation and assistance, Brant acknowledged this was a matter that could easily be handled without a lawyer by myself. Kristopher Childers and Brant Hodyno were very helpful on dot on what i was looking for. I came with an issue related to a civil case, went to multiple people and they all talked which wasn't related directly in my situation and made me more nervous. Brant was in middle of a client meeting, then also picked my phone and told me text him with contact details. I like the professional way of ack. someone. His counterpart/expert contacted me back in less than an hour. Kristopher Childers - heard me, understood my situation. I fell behind on my HOA and decided it best to File a chapter 7 BK (Pro Se) in 2018 to prevent the HOA from foreclosing. At that time my equity was well below the then homestead exemption of 150K which made my home exempt. I was discharged in 2018 and thought I was in the clear specifically with my HOA to start paying them at the first of the year which I started immediately. Fast Forward to the pandemic, that is when I was notified by the BK trustee that he indeed grant me a discharge but had not closed my case, and with the equity I had now had in my home he would be listing it for sale. After going through the heartache of opening my home to possible buyers and not knowing where my family would move to for 8 months, my family home did not sell. That is when I contacted BK attorneys to see what I needed to do next because the Trustee was threatening a Sheriff sale. NO OTHER ATTORNEY except Jason Treguboff would even speak to me because my BK had already been filed back in 2018. Jason's first words to me were " I would like to be your last resort in this matter in filing for a chapter 13" Jason is a PURE ANGEL walking this earth ! He took my calls responded promptly my text messages and thoroughly explained to me what I needed to do since this case was filed as a PRO SE. Our case was somewhat complicated and we ran into several unexpected snags during the course of our bankruptcy. Mr. Karandreas handled these surprises with professional aplomb. Unlike other bankruptcy attorneys- Dominic is an advocate who is compassionate and helps you step by step. Jocelyn- his paralegal - held my hand though all the paperwork - being that I am the least tech savy person ever! Faced with foreclosure on my home and home business- I was a wreck. Everyone other law group I'd spoken to were dismissive and offered to send paperwork but did not seem enthusiastic to help me at all. I needed assistance on how to fix my credit and perhaps purchase a small condo/townhouse. Here is some good news for those who are thinking about filing for bankruptcy. At first, considering a bankruptcy was a depressing experience. Finding an attorney that you could trust to provide you the best advice was not easy. Getting experienced and knowledgeable legal advice was a "lifesaver" during this process. Mark, and his wife Kelly, are The Team that walked us through a painful and oftentimes scary process that protected our hard earned assets and allowed us to pay off some creditors which made us feel that we had been as responsible as allowable under the law. A Chapter 13 bankruptcy allowed General Motors to survive and to save thousands of jobs. It help us to also survive and continue to feel like productive citizens that just didn't walk out paying nothing to those creditors that the law said we had to pay. We completed the process successfully and we know we did it because of the excellent services provided by Mark and Kelly. We highly recommend that if anybody finds themselves facing financial difficulties to call Mark & Kelly. They will provide the light at the end of the tunnel and get you through what is really not a scary process at all.

I work with attorneys on a daily basis, so I feel I have a good understanding of how many of them act and function in their day to day operations. Financial hardships fell on my family, and I placed 3 calls to 3 separate attorneys. In all 3 calls, I was not able to get a hold of the attorney. Dwayne was the only attorney that returned my call. In fact, he returned my call that same day, after hours, even though I called his office after hours. He apologized for calling me back at a later time, but explained that he understood that this was a high priority for me. That was the first reason why I decided to work with him. As we went through the process of getting my case outlined, and filed, Dwayne never missed a step. He was always honest, completely open to the possibilities of what we could expect to happen, and what we needed to do to make our case bullet proof (being completely honest and open about our situation; no shady stuff). He and his staff were always there for either me or my wife, and answered all of our questions explicitly. He worked with us at every step, and made it as stress-less as filing bankruptcy can be. I don't think you can find a better bankruptcy attorney in Arizona. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We hired Matt because we we were having trouble understanding how to work out our international taxes and US taxes. He was honest with his legal scope on the matter, and was effectively able take care of all our necessary needs in a thorough, professional manner to ensure we did everything according to law and IRS compliance.
