I called for some help with a workman’s compensation question and they told me they do not specialize or take those types of cases. So they referred me to another office who does. Unlike other bankruptcy attorneys- Dominic is an advocate who is compassionate and helps you step by step. Jocelyn- his paralegal - held my hand though all the paperwork - being that I am the least tech savy person ever! Faced with foreclosure on my home and home business- I was a wreck. Here is some good news for those who are thinking about filing for bankruptcy. At first, considering a bankruptcy was a depressing experience. Finding an attorney that you could trust to provide you the best advice was not easy. Getting experienced and knowledgeable legal advice was a "lifesaver" during this process. Mark, and his wife Kelly, are The Team that walked us through a painful and oftentimes scary process that protected our hard earned assets and allowed us to pay off some creditors which made us feel that we had been as responsible as allowable under the law. A Chapter 13 bankruptcy allowed General Motors to survive and to save thousands of jobs. It help us to also survive and continue to feel like productive citizens that just didn't walk out paying nothing to those creditors that the law said we had to pay. We completed the process successfully and we know we did it because of the excellent services provided by Mark and Kelly. We highly recommend that if anybody finds themselves facing financial difficulties to call Mark & Kelly. I work with attorneys on a daily basis, so I feel I have a good understanding of how many of them act and function in their day to day operations. Financial hardships fell on my family, and I placed 3 calls to 3 separate attorneys. In all 3 calls, I was not able to get a hold of the attorney. Dwayne was the only attorney that returned my call. In fact, he returned my call that same day, after hours, even though I called his office after hours. He apologized for calling me back at a later time, but explained that he understood that this was a high priority for me. That was the first reason why I decided to work with him.
As we went through the process of getting my case outlined, and filed, Dwayne never missed a step. He was always honest, completely open to the possibilities of what we could expect to happen, and what we needed to do to make our case bullet proof (being completely honest and open about our situation; no shady stuff). He and his staff were always there for either me or my wife, and answered all of our questions explicitly. He worked with us at every step, and made it as stress-less as filing bankruptcy can be.
I don't think you can find a better bankruptcy attorney in Arizona. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Last year, I consulted the Neeley Law Firm and we decided to go with his services. Attorney Neeley and his staff are exceptional. We hired Matt because we we were having trouble understanding how to work out our international taxes and US taxes. He was honest with his legal scope on the matter, and was effectively able take care of all our necessary needs in a thorough, professional manner to ensure we did everything according to law and IRS compliance. Additionally, we felt his pricing was fair and appropriate for his work, as sometimes attorney hourly charges can get a pricey.

Mr. Black has provided a variety of legal services to my family and me over the last several years. I initially contacted him for advice relating to certain of my business matters, but more sought his services regarding a personal injury accident in which my daughter was involved. She was struck by a negligent driver while she was riding her bike on a city sidewalk. She sustained multiple serious injuries and required extensive hospital treatment and medical follow-up. I think Mr. Reijonen defines what a good attorney should be. A friend of mine recommended him and, first, I wasn't really excited to meet him since I haven't heard or known anything about him, not to mention his girlish name and hard-to pronounce last name. Met him about less than a year ago, discussed about my injury case that previous two attorneys considered a "waste of time". He took his time explaining my options and gave me some valuable advice regarding some of other legal issues that I had free of charge as well. I ended up hiring him and results were exceptional. I met Ben Skinner at a Real Estate Lunch and learn at my broker’s office. This attorney knows his stuff. I was the passenger in a MVA. I was optimistic that responsible party would be concerned about my injuries and help me by getting insurance information to me timely.
