I recommend Michael Faith very highly. Michael took me on as a client in real estate dispute. Michael’s vast knowledge of the law made it possible for him to discover information about my case of which I was not aware. He took, what due to the other party, became a very complicated case and found ways for me to not only win the case, but to protect me in the future regarding issues around this property. I found Faith, Ledyard & Faith, PLC through my Arizona Teacher’s Association, where Faith Law offered a discount to educators. Because this case went on for a great length of time, Michael was also very considerate of my financial situation by having correspondence through emails as opposed to phone calls or meetings as he did not have to charge as much for an email. Michael often would send me emails on the weekend, showing that he spent time during his non office hours to work on my case. I was devastated to find myself in a position to have to file bankruptcy. Mr. Black has provided a variety of legal services to my family and me over the last several years. I initially contacted him for advice relating to certain of my business matters, but more sought his services regarding a personal injury accident in which my daughter was involved. She was struck by a negligent driver while she was riding her bike on a city sidewalk. She sustained multiple serious injuries and required extensive hospital treatment and medical follow-up. I think Mr. Reijonen defines what a good attorney should be. A friend of mine recommended him and, first, I wasn't really excited to meet him since I haven't heard or known anything about him, not to mention his girlish name and hard-to pronounce last name. Met him about less than a year ago, discussed about my injury case that previous two attorneys considered a "waste of time". He took his time explaining my options and gave me some valuable advice regarding some of other legal issues that I had free of charge as well. I ended up hiring him and results were exceptional. When I left his office, I felt like I had a visit with a great friend. A nice guy and great attorney!

After meeting with several bankruptcy attorneys, my wife felt that most were either unprepared or willing to throw anything at the courts in hopes to see what sticks. Ben was exceptionally honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward. We knew that he would be honest and would not do anything unethical to jeopardize our case. Him and Celeste have been exceedingly friendly and helpful. They made what a difficult time much more bearable by explaining the overall process, what to expect and when.

I met Ben Skinner at a Real Estate Lunch and learn at my broker’s office. This attorney knows his stuff. Whenever I have an agent question whether it is on commission, disclosure, contracts, liability, etc, Ben always has the answer. Love working with him! I even had him review the documents when my husband and recently bought a new home. His fees are very reasonable and unlike most attorneys he is very efficient with his time!

I had a terrible situation where I was going through a divorce from an irresponsible person that allowed back taxes to pile up by not withholding from his checks for years. At the time, we owed over $60,000 in back taxes to the IRS. This attorney was able to bankrupt the IRS as well as take care of the "no fault" divorce papers for us for a very reasonable cost. Making a decision to file bankruptcy was one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. Next I had to pick an attorney, that to me was admitting I had FAILED. I knew I did not want to go to one of those offices that has several attorneys or one that I felt was over priced. Every time I searched, and this went on for at least 6 months, Mark Atchley's name was where I ended up. I made the dreaded call. I know Mark could hear the anxiety in my voice, but he was so calm and reassuring, letting me know that life happens and lets setup a consultation. Meeting Mark in person assured me I had made the right decision in calling him, and the price was good too! We started the process in March, and was completed in July. Mark and his office people made me feel like a friend they CARED about, not a client.

When my ex-husband and I decided it was time for us to file for divorce I had spoken to a few different law firms to go over my case and I felt dumb asking some of my questions and left their office unclear of the process. I am grateful for Kristen and her services. Kristen represented my family cases for approximately 4 years. The overall case is complex needing representation with several components multiple times.
