I dealt with with both Attorney Pratt and Attorney Maegli. Attorney Maegli helped me with filing and he made me at ease especially when I don't handle stress and I needed to file. He let me know to come in when we had to do Zoom and helped me through the process. His staff were very professional and pleasant that I couldn't ask for anything else. They were AWESOME and I would definately recommend them to anyone.

I was in financial trouble and new to the area. I was looking online to find a bankruptcy attorney in Rockford Il. When I came accross Attorney Pratt and read all the positive reviews, I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical if the reviews were true. I went with my gut feeling and scheduled a consultation with Eric. Everyone in his office was wonderful, I hired him immediately. Going through bankruptcy is not easy, but I am so greatful to Eric and his staff for being there every step of the way; True God send! He made many material errors which he refused to correct and quit before completing the job He prejudiced me to court while my case was pending by making disparaging statements about me in his motion to withdraw
He has since refused to return any of the money I paid him or go on a court TV show who has offered to settle our dispute in their forum

When we bought our condo this year it had been 18 years since our last purchase. Enough had changed and Mario was great in walking us through the process step by step. He made the process simple, promptly answered all our questions and was very good with emailing us updates and keeping us on track with deadlines.
Mario was great. He was always calm and competent and a pleasure to work with, which are great qualities. If we purchase another property we will definitely have Mario be our attorney again.

I came to Eric with a dispute between myself and a custom car shop that had produced a car for me. I had held back partial payment on the invoice because I was displeased with the work. After four months, I was getting nowhere trying to negotiate a reduction of the invoice with the shop. I contacted Eric and in just three weeks he was able to negotiate an agreement that closed out the invoice without any additional payment by me to the shop. Eric described the services he would provide and quoted a flat fee upfront that was very reasonable. He kept me informed in a timely manner of all correspondence he had with the shop and explained my options clearly at each step.

If I could give attorney Zhao a below one, it would most definitely be a 0. She has poor manners and didn't think my spouse case was work, who responds to a client stating "I have been very busy with work" like my spouse case wasn't work. Then gets upset and removed herself from the case after filling into the case because you don't like corrective criticism, how unethical. When she calls her clients she is very disgruntled and pushy, can't be so sure if its a personality conflict or a color/race conflict, but whatever it is. I would not recommend her for any case learn how to treat your clients. You won't make it very far being rude, people are no longer standing for bad behaviors.

Do not recommend working with James. We tried working with him on a prenup but had the following issues:
1. Poor attention to detail: He requested a list of assets to get started. He then sent us back something to sign with the list of assets, in which he had gotten several details wrong (missing accounts, wrong numbers) despite us having sent it correctly in writing.
2. Unresponsive and unreliable: It's been 3+ weeks since we provided what he asked for and we have not heard from him. I've reached out via phone and email but at this point it's clear he's not able to provide the services we discussed.
I strongly encourage you to find another more reliable attorney.

My experience with Attorney Curtis Ross was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, he displayed a level of rudeness and disrespect that was utterly appalling. When I sought clarification on certain legal matters, he dismissed my concerns with the utmost arrogance, labeling my questions as "idiotic."
Instead of fulfilling his role as a legal advocate, he left me to fend for myself in court, all the while painting a false picture of me as argumentative. His complete lack of support and guidance was both shocking and deeply disappointing.
Save yourself the headache and avoid hiring Curtis Ross at all costs. He is an utter disgrace to the legal profession and will leave you high and dry when you need support the most.

He's 76 years old and very forgetful. If you're lucky, Curtis Ross will remember to provide zoom information. If he has a bad day he may forget and you could miss court or be very late. He loves to celebrate every holiday and disappear days before court. Do you want him to prepare before court? Do you want to be prepped before court? If the answer is "no" pay his $5,000 retainer and $375.00 an hour.

Worked with Brian Thompto as an attorney to file my Green card and he was so unreponsive, careless, rude and never ever replied back to my emails neither calls. Wasted my 15 months for PWD and PERm and end result is it got denied because of his mistake to not including my skills in ETA-9089 besides providing him all the details. Even after it got denied, he seems like nothing happened and jeopardizing my future and now i am left with no option else than leaving US as my time is getting closer. I would definitely not recommend him and I still can't believe that i am not the first person to give this type of review but still he is serving in this organization. Seems like all Attorneys here are like same where no one care about their clients. If you wish to waste your time and money, please hire from here.

Worked with Brian Thompto as an attorney to file my Green card and he was so unreponsive, careless, rude and never ever replied back to my emails neither calls. Wasted my 15 months for PWD and PERm and end result is it got denied because of his mistake to not including my skills in ETA-9089 besides providing him all the details. Even after it got denied, he seems like nothing happened and jeopardizing my future and now i am left with no option else than leaving US as my time is getting closer. I would definitely not recommend him and I still can't believe that i am not the first person to give this type of review but still he is serving in this organization. Seems like all Attorneys here are like same where no one care about their clients. If you wish to waste your time and money, please hire from here.
