I am one offspring from one of Drazin’s clients.
I was torn away from my family. Having already lived in complete instability, things would only progress to be exponentially worse than I could have ever imagined. I didn’t have a parent. Providing the bare minimum in financial aspects is not parenting. I had to raise myself, along with my other siblings who have been desperately trying to make lives for themselves on their own. I feel bad. I feel bad for any child who has to deal with the tumultuous horrors of what they were supposed to call home. He “won” because he was able to pay for it. Because he was privileged enough to afford someone who could very easily tear down an already broken woman. I am ashamed that you take pride in this, Drazin.
I am now putting myself through college and fighting for my life- alone. The father that you rewarded custody to, I was afraid of. I am trying to reverse 18 years of immeasurable emotional and physical damage.
But you got paid. You won the case. What more could you ask for?

This firm was extremely attentive in my custody family court matter. From the beginning, Robert Greenberg was extremely honest and let me know how he would be taking family leave and Sharae Mcneal would be taking lead In my case. I was nervous about my outcome, but it all lead to positivity. My wife and I had a very atypical CH7 case with multiple properties and other complications that, at first glance, made it look like our case wouldn't pass the presumption of abuse test. In fact, it failed when we used the supplied calculator. So going in I thought we might have to file a CH13.
Doug reviewed our situation and felt confident we could file a successful CH7. He expertly navigated the issues and helped us throughout the process, including amending the paperwork more than once as the case evolved, due to a very picky Trustee.
Ultimately we received our CH7 discharge and did not have to pay anything to the Trustee. We were as thrilled as two bankrupt people could be!
My advice: Be prepared. Help Doug help you. Have all of your financial information together, including how much is owed to which creditor, your assets, etc. and put your income and expenses in writing (we used a spreadsheet -- like I said, complicated case).

Douglas Gorius helped me in a very difficult time. Doug's knowledge of the laws coupled with his personality and compassion for those he helps was what gave me and my family the peace of mind we finally needed. Doug took over our case at the request of the courts since our previous attorney disappeared without any notice. Doug happen to be in court the day we were scheduled for a very difficult hearing in our case. We had no representation and no contact from the attorney we had hired. Doug was in court that day for his other clients, he was known not only by the judge, but by the trustee and many within the court room. Doug saw how distraught we were and when asked by the judge, he accepted the responsibility to represent us going forward. It is hard to explain what a relief it was to have Doug on our side. Doug met with us soon after that court appearance, he quickly came up to speed with our case which was almost 4 years old and in no time had our minds at ease, all of the proper paperwork filed on our behalf and walked us through the steps to ensure our case made it through to the final discharge.
Doug's knowledge of the law's pertaining to bankruptcy, his knowledge of the trustees and the court system make him one of the best in his field, in our opinion. Add to that his ability to relate to everyone and explain complex matters in such a way that you can understand them makes working with Doug very easy, even during a difficult time in your life.
I recommend Douglas Gorius without hesitation or reservation.
If I ever need legal guidance Douglas will be my first call.

About a year ago, I was involved in a car accident, and sought Randy’s legal aid — a decision I couldn’t be happier with. From beginning to end, he was so helpful, immediately available, and communicative. What I appreciated about him was that unlike my last lawyer who found out I had experience in law and made me do the work I hired him to do, Randy treated me like he would any other client. He handled everything so efficiently, and didn’t bombard me with constant tasks or questions. He kept me in the loop and didn’t ever make me feel overwhelmed. He was able to work out a settlement I felt very happy with. I was glad he was so tech savvy, so I was able to work out the parts on my end straight from my iPhone, with no complications. It made the process so much faster and smoother. He was thoughtful and caring, sometimes checking in to ask how school’s going or shooting a quick update text with a birthday or holiday message! I never felt forgotten, he made sure I felt like a priority at all times. Any time I texted him, he responded within minutes. If I could give him 10 stars I would, but the 5 stars will have to do. STAY AWAY FROM ANY FIRM THAT EMPLOYS KELLY KILROY! She knew she was going to be disbarred and still took our case. We lost huge amount of money because of missed opportunities. She was too focused on saving herself. She would have lost malpractice lawsuit but "had no assets." (This is our opinion based on the facts we experienced).

Sometimes you're lucky. When New York State extended the Statutte of Limitations for child sexual abuse, I had no idea how to choose a law firm for representation. I had been sexually abused from the age of 10 to the age of 15 and never thought the day would come when there would be an opportunity for legal proceedings against the responsible establishment. I launched an Internet search and was immediately introduced to Janet, Janet & Suggs. At first that didn't seem like a good choice as the abuse took place in Western New York, I live in Portland, Maine and the law firm is in Baltimore, Maryland. "Worry not," I soon discovered. The courts are not known to be expeditious and the entire ordeal took a long time. So it was a welcome quality that the legal team at JJ&S kept me abreast of various levels of progress. I am beholden to Andrew Janet and could not have chosen a better lawyer to oversee and conduct the litigation that led to our victory. If you have the opportunity to work with Wayne Clark, take it. Please take the time to read this review.
My wife and I were recently forced into bankruptcy and we were also wrongfully accused of committing a fraud in a business deal that led to our bankruptcy. The plaintiffs sued knowing that we did not have the financial resources to defend ourselves. Their reason for such an action is irrelevant here. I was forced to try and defend us without a lawyer.
Our case was complicated; I went weekly to the free legal clinics at the law library in Annapolis and attempted to educate myself in the subtleties of the legal systems. The task was daunting. During that time I talked many attorneys to get help, but we could not afford their services.
I met Wayne at the free legal clinic at the bankruptcy court in Baltimore. He gave me a lot of helpful advice and went back to perusing our case. A few months later I again visited the legal clinic and fortunately for me; I once again met Wayne. I asked if he could guide me in preparing my case.
I wrote a few motions and I asked Wayne to review them. He not only did he review my work; he assumed control of writing the motions I was seeking. He interviewed me and reviewed our documentation at length and he believed in me and our case. He knew that the plaintiffs did not have a creditable case; as he instructed me proving it is a different matter.
He took on this case with an energy and commitment that astounded me. Although he had other cases, he still made me feel as if our case was always at the top of his mind. He seemed to work day and night, he would call me at night, on weekends and during holidays. He pushed me hard to produce the documents that he knew we would need for the case.
As anyone can imagine this case was a very emotional and stressful ride for both my wife and I. Wayne was very good at taking the emotional anger out of the discussion and more importantly he was never afraid to tell me how it was and to take me task.
When we finally got to court, it was obvious that the plaintiff's case was without merit and they agreed to settle out of court by dropping the case. Without Wayne's help, I would have lost the case even though the plaintiff's case was without merit.
If you have the chance to work with Wayne, take comfort in knowing that you dealing with someone who will give you honesty, integrity and commitment.
There are not enough words to describe our gratitude for having Wayne assist my wife and I with our case. If you have the chance to work with Wayne, Take it!!!

Hello I just want to say I called the Civil hotline for free attorney advice. Mr. Wayne Clark picked up and after I explained my situation as far as all of the loan modifications that I have been doing with my bank and their denials. I also explained to him that in a panic state one night, I hired an attorney off a commerical and paid him almost $3,000 to help with a loan modification that was denied. Not knowing that the attorney had possibly done something wrong Mr Clark advised me what I needed to do to get my money back from that attorney. Mr. Clark also advised me in approx 1 hour what I was fearing all along. See I had been fighting to save my home for almost 2 years, thinking I could. He asked me questions and evaluated my salary the home loan as well as the value of my home. In doing that he gave me an assessment of why the bank probably kept dening my loan modification and he made me realize that unless my income increased substantially like ASAP that my chances of saving the home was not great, that was the honesty do I need it. All I did the past two years was kept fighting and the amount of my past due balance increasing, and the bank was letting it happen. The bank has given me unrealistic expectations based on my salary and the likelihood that I would be able to catch up on the past due balance. For the first time in 2 years I was hit with the best reality check that I needed. I went to my church and prayed with my pastor and then contacted a realtor who basically advise me of the same thing. I did exactly what Mr. Clark told me to do and contacted the attorney, told him to give me my money back within one week and if he did not the steps that I was going to take in getting the money back. That attorney panicked to my surprise and did not fight me. I had my money within 4 days honestly, I could not believe it, I thought that money was lost and gone and thrown down the drain. I'm now prepared to move forward and start again. I'm so thankful to Attorney Clark because basically my funds were gone and he helped me get my money back free of charge with his advice. I truly feel he was a God sent and I would refer him to anyone anytime and any day. Thanks again Attorney Clark for all your help, bless you.

My husband and I were faced with bankruptcy due to a failed business deal. We were being sued by my husband's partners and had NO WHERE to turn.
