Dan helped me get my Ch 7 bankruptcy completed, easily! This is my first time filing, and like most people say, I wish I did it sooner. I found Dan because he was one of the top listed bankruptcy attorneys in Minneapolis. Dan was pleasant to work with, communicative, and comprehensive in his efforts to ensure I understood the process and the filing was accepted. Not only is David a great lawyer and works hard on your behalf but he cares about his clients. He goes over and beyond. Seriously! This guy will work harder for you than anyone. I know this personally... he did for my case and its 9 months later and he is still taking my questions. He is always there for me and my family. He is a very honest and stand-up guy. You don't need a lawyer in an expensive office. If you want a good person that will have your best interest at heart then give David a call. I have had other lawyers in the past, but none like David. Alex, was more than thorough, and very patient with me as I had not seen my daughter due to clearly false accusations. Alex not only handled the day long administrative hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. But he questioned witnesses in a way that outlined very clearly that there was no truth to what was being alleged. But Alex really knocked it out with the posttrial briefs, because Alex had so thoroughly outlined his case at trial, with the evidence, what he wrote up about the case afterward the judge adopted as his order almost verbatim. I recommend, Alex to many people as I am still active with fathers rights. Thanks Alex

I had no knowledge of filing bankruptcy. It was not something I thought I needed or even afford to do. With Cesar and his team, the process of filing bankruptcy was easy.

Eric and his team were extremely careful with our story, details and approach. Eric was passionate about making sure I felt ready for the hearing and all the events leading us to the hearing date. I would give them zero stars if possible!!!
Attorney doesn't reply to email text or phone calls. Did not respond to me for a court date and was late then zoomed I to it to my surprise.
Vantage is not wanting to refund my money and I received 0 services as promised.
Once I made this an issue which started only days after signing up they said they would resolve ot and after the court issue now vantage is also not returning my phone calls.

Wagner, Falconer and Judd, Ltd. helped me very much in my recent case of an unjust terminatinatiin with a company I had been with for almost 2 years. During that same period of time, I saw 7 different score managers come and go with only one if them having effective management skills because he had 21 years experience with the company and was a very effective manager. The large corporation I was a part of had been experiencing tgevresult if the high management turnover and had recently let 400 people go on division and corporate positions. When I was let go, I contacted Wagner, Falconer, and Judd through my Prepaid Legal Program and was put in touch with Lisa, an attorney who provided excellent guidance for what I needed to do to to deal with a trumped up charge of violating company driving rules that actually were false and attempted to decline my unemployment benefit for my post work done on the case where I had received the great work from Lisa ( and also Job Service in Sheboygan. The most successful, authentic, and genuine firms and entities are the ones with almost all 5-Star reviews and a few 1 Star reviews.... There has never been more incentive than to discredit good attorneys seeking to defend the people in a city stacked with Fortune 500 companies, lawyers, and interests.
The people at this firm are brilliant individuals that could easily be working in DC if they wanted to, but choose to support the community they operate in.....these painfully fake reviews just show how out of touch these hedge fund players and their lackeys are with reality.

I applied for the Human Resources Assistant position with Stinson, LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in August 2024. I was called the next day after applying via their online job application on their website.
My initial telephone interview was with Chelsea L. Clennan, Director of Human Resources for Stinson, LLP, who's located in their Wichita, Kansas office.
Chelsea was immediately complimenting me, telling me that any employer would be lucky to have me, that my skillsets are perfect for the role, that they would move quick for me in the recruitment process, they would make same-day job offers if needed-- immediately raising red flags for me that she was not a genuine person. She immediately moved me on to the second and final stage of the hiring process: the final interview with the hiring manager, the HR manager of the Minneapolis office-- both of whom reported to Chelsea.
My suspicions of Chelsea would prove correct when, all the sudden, after letting her know after my final interview on Friday afternoon that I did have another offer, which I'd received the day prior, Chelsea responded to my email quickly, letting me know her and her hiring team would meet on Monday. In her email to me, which I've attached, she even told me her team considered me a top candidate.
Monday came and went-- nothing, crickets. Tuesday, I received the attached screen shot email, letting me know they'd meet later that day. I replied, thanked her for keeping me in the loop, even further expressing my gratitude for keeping in touch with me and making me feel respected and valued.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday -- absolute radio silence from Chelsea L. Clennan. I sent a polite follow up email Friday afternoon-- again, I had been ghosted. Not a single reply or word from Chelsea or her team ever since -- despite her shtick of "you're a top candidate" and "we move quickly."
I shudder to think how Stinson, LLP employees -- whether in Minneapolis or Kansas -- are treated if Chelsea treated a job applicant -- me -- with what I felt like was pure garbage and disrespect.
Personally, I do not recommend Stinson as a place to work based on my experience as a job candidate and how I feel I was treated.
When people like the human resources director show you their true colors-- believe them.

I walked in alone to a hearing riddled with anxiety and uncertainty, with no legal representation. Not knowing what was going to be my outcome, especially over a situation that should not have even been brought to a level where court would have been involved, I requested a court appointed attorney.
I have never lucked out so much in my entire life than I did that day. Stinson Law firm just so happened to be providing pro bono work that morning and took my case. The two attorneys I worked with not only helped me feel validated in my disbelief that I was even there, but also were the most knowledgeable powerhouse of representation I could have ever asked for.
If I were to sum it all up in 3 reasons why I would recommend them to anyone, it would be:
Top notch negotiation skills, an unmatched knowledge of the law surrounding my scenario, and for being the most personable, down to earth people, to have the pleasure of working with.

Con: 1. he autocorrected my name to "peru"... okay, I can see that happening.
2. I painstakingly filled the form, got to the phone call and this is how it went

I was stunned (like where did this come from). And my husband was like :we are just asking questions because we are not the expert and wanted to understand. And he literally said (and I kid you not) I'm not used to people asking me questions right out of the gate ( "sigh in my ancestor's language). Anyway, I just told him, "if you already feel this way just after two questions, how would we be able to ask you questions in the future if we don't understand something. I don't think you are the best fit then". Needless to say, he was like "metlife will find you another lawyer". Dude, I spent hours going through lawyers, no one did the work. Anyway, whatever is wrong with this Nate, he needs to go get some "communication 101" course on his learning path.
