Alex was recommended to me by a personal judge/friend of mine.
I attest, he is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. I was always informed immediately on any task that required my involvement and directed me in a highly professional and warm way. He never missed or rescheduled a meeting and always and I mean always, took my calls or called back within minutes in rare form.
What I especially appreciated about John was his confidence and knowledge of the law and unyielding pursuit of all details. They didn’t represent me, so this review isn’t about their representation, but I would suggest that they discontinue advertising that they practice law in areas that they do not. I called about a bad faith insurance case, and was told that they only practice personal injury law. That just seems shady to advertise a whole list of practice areas just to get people to call them, especially when it may impact people who are in these kinds of difficult situations. What does that say about the firm? Trustworthy? I don’t believe so.

Good service - they take time to understand the details and workings of your idea. Professional writing above what an individual can likely produce on his/her own. But wildly expensive - would absolutely NOT recommend trying to get a patent (or even a Provisional Patent) when you're young. They quote you one amount and the overall price ends up being about twice what they estimate. If you're older and more established and actually have money, I recommend using this service

I had my account frozen over the weekend for a small amount and began to do some research regarding Bank Levies. I came across Mr. Juntikka's information and called Monday morning for more information and a consultation because of several debt matters I was interested in having handled. Mr. Juntikka was extremely dismissive, told me to call the debtor's law firm (which every other site had said not to do) and basically hung up. I understand that his time is valuable and he may not have seen me as a potential client, but at the very least he could have passed me off to his secretary to get referral information for an attorney that does handle this area of law, especially when a good bulk of his website is dedicated to answering these kinds of questions. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Jillian knew the law very well and it was a pleasure to be educated by her. However there was something not right about the way she communicated, she appeared to be distracted or suffering from something that she had not quite dealt with. She performed her duties diligently and the settlement was pretty much as expected. Jillian is a great lawyer but she is haunted by demons from her past and every interaction I had with her exhibited a level of high function dysfunction that lies right on the line between genius and madness. I would recommend her highly depending on the issue. We had an unfortunate experience with Ms. Elisabeth Kovac today, who was seated next to us on a flight from London to Vienna (OS456). As someone who represents a law firm, we expected a level of professionalism and respect, but sadly, Ms. Kovac’s behavior was anything but.
Shortly after we took our seats in 9B and 9C (she sat in 9A), she openly complained about us in German via text, describing us as “two 150kg people that smell like sweat.”. My husband and I were appalled by this unkind and shocking comment—especially since my husband’s weight is half of what she claimed, and I have a medical condition that has led to weight gain. None of us smelled, as we had just showered in the Plaza Premium Lounge before the flight. These were blatant exaggerations. Ms. Kovac even attempted to sneakily take a picture of us twice(!), only to awkwardly angle her camera away when she realized my husband had noticed. When confronted, she offered no apology at all. And yes, we have proof of her actions.
This experience was deeply disappointing, particularly coming from someone who should be accustomed to dealing with a diverse range of people of different skin colors, body types, and genders in her profession. Such behavior is not only rude but also unprofessional for a lawyer who, I hope, treats her clients with more respect than she showed us. Perhaps in the future, Ms. Kovac might consider flying business class if sitting next to other passengers is so bothersome to her.
I sincerely hope this review serves as a wake-up call for better conduct in the future.
