In a million years I would not have imagined I would have ended up in such a difficult and emotionally draining divorce proceeding, but I did.

Bankruptcy was a very important choice to make and it was something I could no ,longer avoid. I tend to research things to the point of absurdity and Lee Roland was a perfect fit for me. He was able to answer all of my questions without having to consult anyone else. I had previous consultations where my questions had to be put on hold until someone else could answer it. Richard Cook was recommended to us by another attorney. We had severe financial problems and were considering filing for bankruptcy protection. Our situation was extremely stressful. And, because my business was failing we had very little money.
In the first meeting, Richard reviewed all of our information, requested additional information, where necessary, and explained all of our potential options. Once we provided the additional information he presented his recommendation, fully explaining his logic and the bankruptcy laws that drove that logic. He was clear, succinct, and kind, which significantly reduced our stress level. He was also reasonably priced and didn't keep adding additional costs.
We filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. Richard and his assistant Ruth guided us through every step of the bankruptcy filing and we were able to eliminate most of our debt, while keeping some semblance of self respect.
We now have a fresh start and no longer feel that every day presents insurmountable financial obstacles.

Met with Mr.Hoethke at his office and gave him my information on my speeding ticket. He was very nice and told me not to stress or worry that they would handle everything for me to avoid those rate increases and points on my license. 22 miles over the speed limit was sure to get me in trouble ! I saw him that one time and that was it. He told me when I should receive an email with my results. He got everything cleared for me no issue and I just have to pay my court costs and that is it !!

A huge thank you to Kim and her team. I have zero experience with legal things and the thought of doing this by myself was daunting to say the least. I chose Kim based off of reviews and I am glad I did. Kim and her team are incredible. The tools were easy to use, and I had issues with uploading some documents and Katarina was able to process them for me. They were patient and thorough and made sure I had everything I needed. Kim was more than happy to meet me in person even though she does offer virtual services. I felt more comfortable in person and they accommodated me.

Honestly I'm surprised I had a bad experience with all the positive reviews. So on Oct 22 I contacted inner banks about my court case on Nov 25. I'm not sure why it was scheduled with such a short time frame but I can't control that part. My consultation that I paid for was scheduled for the 4th of November making the gap even shorter. At first I was told they could help me if I hired them by Monday the following week but then received an email saying there wasn't enough time and if I get a continuance they would evaluate my case again. We'll I did and the pitt county court system decided to only continue it to the 11th of December and after emailing inner banks for 2 days I finally get a response that once again tells me they are to busy. So now after waiting on them this whole time I have about 3 weeks left to find representation and that probably wont happen. If you consider going with inner banks before you pay them for a consultation I would make sure you have at least a few months or more before your court date. I wouldn't be upset if I was told there's not enough time on the 22nd of October when I paid them, but the fact I wasted so much time waiting for them because of the reviews and what others told me now I'll probably have to represent myself and risk custody of my child being taken. I don't think they are bad , just extremely busy so if you dont have much time to waste be careful paying for the consultation.
