We used Jon to help with our son's potential case. He was extremely friendly and so helpful. He walked us through what we might be able to expect. Although he was very positive about the case and what he though would happen - I also appreciated that he was very honest about what could happen if prosecution decided to move forward. Scott Needleman went above and beyond to help us. We were an incredibly unique case. We did not pass the means test for a Chapter 7, but Scott went to work and made it happen. Another twist to our story, my mother died the day after we filed. Associated with her death were some payable upon death beneficiary accounts. I called Scott he told me they would be the property of the bankruptcy trustee. The typical attorney would just give up at this point. Scott researched and found court cases in which these types of funds were treated like lottery winnings, they get to keep it. Scott presented his research to the trustee who agreed we could keep this large sum of money. Scott’s work for us made us feel like we won the lottery. Every attorney we interviewed immediately stated we had to file chapter 13 and I have no doubt we would have also lost the money my mother intended for us. Scott will work hard for you. He is worth the Money!!!!!!

I have used Mr. Herders services previously to file a bankruptcy and my case was handled professionally. Recently I had to contact them for some information on my old case and he was very helpful and provided the information I needed quickly. The issue involved a mortgage that was thankfully removed 10 years ago. He looked up the records and his office did the job perfect. He remembered me and actually answered the phone too. He has the same high energy in the past. Does he ever sleep? He also explained that I could not accomplish the result now. I timed the bankruptcy just right. Mark Herder filed my bankruptcy case and made a bad situation turn into a positive one. He and his staff took care of all the money troubles that I had from bad decisions from a bad divorce. I really felt like he was in my corner, and he even called me back tonight, after work, on a weekend. I am sure that he had plenty of other things to do during this pandemic as well. I am glad I followed his advice and instructions from the first time I contacted him several years ago. The car is saved and I have taken real good care of it too. My bankruptcy case will finish in 15 months and I have made all of the payments, just like he sugested. I will freely own my car at the end of the case, with no debts. After calling around Youngstown seeking assistance regarding a real estate matter, and getting nowhere (except for leaving callback voice mails) I finally reached Crystal, the very capable assistant in Mr. Zomoida's office. She asked for some details regarding the case and said she would get back to me. An hour later, much to my surprise and pleasure, she got back to me, and said she had researched the case and reviewed it with Mr. Zomoida, and the had the information that I needed.
My experience with Mr. Zomoida's office firmly sets it apart from other law offices in the area where I have met with absence of interest and lack of follow through.

I was initially a client of Robert Heydorn. Robert brought Chris on board to help with my case and take care of me. He did just that. He took care of me. After Roberts passing, Chris's workload became enormous as one can imagine. Even amongst all that turmoil of having to take over more of a load, Chris never skipped a beat with me and continued to have my back up to the end of my chapter 13.

I used Chris for my bankruptcy I went to him last minute thinking I was hopeless and about to be homeless he is cool as a cucumber I was stressed beyond belief and he worked on a Sunday to get my case taken care of I don't know of anyone who will work harder for you that is the straight truth not just a great lawyer but an all around great guy. I recently hired Roger to help me revise my custody arrangement for my two children. I am extremely happy with the results as well as the entire management of my case from start to finish. I am confident this is the last time I’ll have to return to court regarding the custody of my minor children as Roger was so effective in resolving the case to their benefit. I would highly recommend Roger to anyone dealing with a difficult custody situation. You have to be willing to listen to Roger’s advice and expertise. He knows the ins and outs of the court system, understands the tough relationship dynamics at play in divorce and custody agreements, and will be your best advocate as long as you are willing to do your part as well!
I also really appreciated Roger’s use of the MyCase software. This web-based platform contained all of our appointments, communication, files, invoices, etc. He kept everything very organized on the site and I always knew what was the status of the case, the next steps, and what to expect. The transparency on my case was very important! Best experience I’ve ever had with case management.
And as a bonus… before I worked with Roger, I had a lot of anxiety surrounding attorneys, similar to the “white coat syndrome” that many people experience around doctors. Roger calmed my anxiety not just in regards to my custody case, but also my anxiety around attorneys in general. He is not just a great attorney, but a great human and it shows in all that he does. He made me so comfortable, I’m now in a serious relationship with a wonderful man who also happens to be an attorney!
Roger changed my life and my outlook on the entire profession and I am forever grateful. Hire him!!

Working with Atty. Ciotola and his staff has been a pleasant experience. Before deciding to file bankruptcy, I met with Atty. Ciotola and he was very clear in describing a variety of options that were available to me- and some of those options didn't include or require his services. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision that would lead to his involvement. He was very helpful answering a wide array of questions I had during the whole process, always in a prompt and timely manner. Interactions with members of his staff were always informative and cordial. Information and messages left with his secretary always were delivered and relayed very efficiently. Mr. Harding has been such a blessing as I have navigated through this difficult process. I can not comprehend how much time and detail must go into his thorough research to ensure the best outcome for myself and his other clients. I could not have navigated my way through this legal battle with respect to my private student loans without him.

My wife started the bankruptcy process about 4 years ago, before we were married. After we were married, Mr. Smith honored the initial retainer! After which, he took the time to walk myself through the steps and we decided to include myself in the filing. We worked together for 11 months making sure that the timing was correct for when to file. When the time was right, Mr. Smith quickly submitted the paperwork. Additionally, Mr. Smith accompanied us the the initial hearing himself. He did not send a representative, or leave us on our own. He stayed by our side the entire time. Hands down, decent and just atty. You can't go wrong with K Krochmal. Luckily my husband and I reconciled but I couldn't have asked for a better equipped atty. He came highly recommended by court staff/personnel of child support agencies and his fees were more than fair, having been through divorce and child custody disagreements in the past with several different attorneys along the way, he was by far the best and his fees were in most cases, lower.

In 2014 paid cash for our house. It was a bank owned property so the price was great. In the contract we knew that there was a tax year that hadn't been paid and we would be responsible for it. I absolutely forgot all about it...YES, MY FAULT..... and just paid our taxes every six months. In 2017 a place called Tax Ease was trying to take the house because they had bought the tax lien. I set up a payment plan with them and began making monthly payments. After paying for a year or more, the county sheriffs were at my door and served me foreclosure paperwork. The taxes that needed to be paid were from 2013. Come to find out that now there were 2 liens on the house because the year in question was split into 2 different "tax certificates" and the had bought them both. They are crooks !!! Anyway, I hired Peter who finally got them to give me a contract and payment plan the included everything. Peter saved my house. Thanks Peter.
