Gretchen was 100 percent on my side from the minute we met! I was wrongfully accused of 2 major felonies and could have been put in prison for a long time! Gretchen went above and beyond what a public defender would ever do! She stayed in contact with my family and friends to keep me updated while I was behind bars! She is awesome and when my charges were dismissed I felt the right of the world was off my shoulders she is excellent lawyer and I appreciate her hard work and I think she should get a medal for what she did for me!

If I could give Darien more than 5 stars, I would. I possibly cannot even describe how grateful I am to have had her represent me in my custody case. Darien advocated for us and made sure we were heard every step of the way. In fact, it went so well that my husband was able to adopt my daughter in the end. Darien absolutely saved my divorce from being a complete disaster! She turned what could've been a tragedy into a triumph! She is super smart, very professional, does NOT try to nickel and dime you with billing, and super creative with problem solving and resolving issues, and just simply a genuinely a GOOD HUMAN BEING that does her best for you!!!
I had tried to go the cheap route and do a dissolution with one lawyer that my ex-spouse chose. That ended up being a big mistake!!!!!! I practically got PTSD from how bad and incompetent the law firm was with trying to get a reasonable dissolution done. It became apparent that I needed to get a competent divorce attorney to represent me during the dissolution process. I was referred to her by a colleague who said she will work hard for you and not just try and get as much money out of you like some other law firms try to do.
After Darien represented me, things with my divorce went much smoother and she saved me from myself and helped me get out of an initially bad dissolution. She even corrected the other law firm's proposals and educated them on some crucial divorce law issues that were initially slowing up the divorce negotiations. Through her creative problem solving abilities, legal acumen and expertise, I was able to reach a settlement that worked out great for myself and my ex-spouse. Everyone walked away happy, especially me because she fought for me the entire time and was very pragmatic and was cognizant that I didn't have endless resources. I consulted and hired (paid upfront). James W. Park to execute my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2019. He went with me to the Southern District Court on the day of my hearing. I included the house in my bankruptcy and bankruptcy approved including my house. My mortgage company continues to hound me even though I sent them certified mail to STOP. I have been trying to call him and text him to ask questions but haven’t heard back. Maybe on vacation?? I have recommended him to friends.

Mark is a fantastic lawyer and person. He spent a lot of his own time (free of charge) talking with us and going over details! He also gave it to us straight forward and didn’t sugar coat anything. I called to just get generic information such as pricing on filing he proceeded to ask me personal information so he could put it at his computer when I didn't want to give him my information I told him I just needed to know pricing he rudely responded with I'm not going to answer a bunch of questions for you with nothing and no money down!! So just know when you get that type of response before even getting into anything personal or financial he shows how rude he is and money hungry before he even obtains you as a client!! Little advice you should be more kind to people that are calling to possibly be a future client how do you know that I wasn't going to choose you after you gave me a quote and a price? Very rude!!!

Then he decides he doesn't want my case. No one was willing to take the case bc there wasn't enough time. So my case never got heard. I'm living on 629.00 a month. And no justice.

I only have experience with Bill Goseline, and I am shocked by his inability to deliver what he promises. Bill Goseline has yet to keep his word and produce documents requested of him, despite more than a month having past since he agreed to share them. Bill Goseline avoided answering me for nearly a year before that, and only responded when asked by a fellow attorney. He treated me like I didn't exist, and still can't keep his promise to a fellow counselor. I believe his conduct is in violation of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct. I do not know if the firm of Schumaker is aware of his defiance of repeated requests for documents, I only know of my communication with Bill. He has failed to fulfill his obligations in direct opposition to proper ethics, with no regard for the people he is impacting.

John Siciliano lied to me several times, saying he would help me get a refund because the situation was not normal. He proposed me to write a letter with my engagement (even though it was illegal and will deny it as always), only to later claim he never requested this ans refuse my engagement. He was saying contradictory things during our communication... He trusts his team, who lied to me multiple times and had no proof over my countless evidence. As always, they will deny and say it was not true or I didn't understand, despite my having all the proof.
I do not recommend working with this law firm: Shumaker. They are liars, the managers validate the lies of their team (even when they have no proof), and they don't answer to the clients. If I could give 0/5, I would. Please don't waste your money and go work with real professionals! They are the worst business I have ever worked with.

I don't know where to began. Long story short. My fiance was finally able to adopt his son that he has been raising as his own for 10 years. When you look at those two. You would truly believe that DNA does not make you family. It took 2 long years, because we had a very unique situation. Kathleen and her team did an amazing job. Kathleen Bartlett despises women. She will side with the abuser in physical domestic violence cases.
Custody cases she sides with the father every time no matter what his criminal record shows. She enjoys gaslighting the victim saying they are "disgruntled". I wouldn't recommend her and surprised that she hasn't been busted in corruption.
In cases with guardian at litem she has ordered extra pay of over 2,000.00 when GAL was no longer needed. GAL doesn't travel or complete the basic assessment. Originally ordered 600 fee then orders an additional 2,000 from each party for GAL.
Children's lives are in danger when Kathleen is involved with the case.

If she is appointed to your case as a Guardian Ad Litem, I’d recommend your attorney request another one. She was nearly impossible to get in contact with (emails nor phone calls), and she literally waited until the night before her report was due to write it.
She saw me interact with my child that I had not seen for a year for only a short period of time (not enough for a decision of this magnitude), and left out or didn’t go into depth about important factors of the case in her report, such as evidence I had shown her.
When I met her, she spoke of her job as a realtor and how she was dealing with a client rather than discussing my case. If you research her you’ll see that she has other interests and it is my opinion that she uses this as quick side money. She gets paid $2,000 upfront and does a few hours of work at most while just quoting whatever you say to her in her reports to fill the pages to make it look like she did her job.

If I could give less than one star, I would. As an "impartial" guardian ad litem, she outright LIED in her report to the court. Lied. I'll stand by that. She is not impartial, and I find it no coincidence that she tends to favor fathers as does the magistrate who appointed her. Be wary around her.

When my mother's health drastically declined I had Zeigler law make out a will, power of attorney, and health care directives. Andrew also helped out with Medicade issues that were arising. After my mother passed away they were a big help with settling refund reimbursements with the nursing home my mother was in. It seems like they have a small staff and can get very busy but overall I am very satisfied with trusting Zeigler law in without a doubt the most difficult time in my life.

They were not courteous or kind to me. The lady was somewhat rude and condescending towards me. Didn't even bother to look up the health complaint herself she made me find and email it to her even after giving her the tracking number for it, she didn't offer to help at all. And then wanted to tell me I have a time-line to file a suit... which I already knew from talking to previous attorneys I decided to not even go through with this firm because her attitude. Best of luck to everyone else trying to get justice for a lost parent.

I did not have a great experience with Gregory Williams. Just finalized my probate case after 3 years after the the loss of my mom. He was not a good legal counsel and the only thing he did on my behalf was file the paperwork and set up zoom calls. I could have done all this on my own. My sister and I had our own attorney's because we could not agree on things but when it came to Gregory fighting for me he was never able to come through there was always an excuse. My sister took everything out of our mom's house and never did he discuss with me because I was also co-executor I could remove things as well it was excuse after excuse. In the end my sister's attorney was the winner. I felt like Gregory was only concerned about the $$$ and definitely did not look out for my best interest. With that being said I ended up with nothing BUT attorney fee's. I had to pay for his attorney fee's and his new law firm which he moved there toward end of 2023 and their expenses were more than Gregory and had never spoke with anyone there or agreed to their fees since initially started out with Gregory. What I received from my experience is that moving forward this will NEVER happen to my two daughters. Attorney's care nothing about your loss or your grief. At least this law firm. He never had my back for me! Every request I asked for never honored always dismissed. Gregory ended up being more expensive than my sister's attorney and he did more on this probate than Gregory!! Just a joke overall!

The Judgement against me was vacated not due to the efforts of this attorney but by the fact that the accuser a convicted sex offender got put back into jail.
This attorney charged me $7,500 to respond to a couple of my emails. I never got my property returned to me and continue to face harassment from the other party. This attorneys strategy is to charge a lot roll over and collude with the opposing attorney to jack up the charges. Weak, Non-confrontational and passive aggressive would best describe this attorney.
You are better served by choosing another law firm.

David Abromowitz was the lawyer I hired to help set up my IV Hydration and Vitamin Infusion business. He charged me quadruple what was discussed (quoted me 3.5-5K - charged me over 20K and I paid a final amount of OVER 12k - astronomical amount) and took 3 times as long to complete the job. Three other nurses in my coaching group (NursePreneurs) had similar experiences with him and another nurse, coincidentally, came forward today from a different IV Hydration/Vitamin Infusion business reporting the same story. RNs - be warned! He is dishonest and will overcharge you! I notified the BBB but his response was "I'm sorry she didn't understand". You and I both know the truth, Mr. Abromowitz. You were intentionally dishonest. It's people like you that give lawyers a bad name. All these RNs trusted you, I trusted you. Despite your lawyerly response to this review - you and I know the truth.

Very unprofessional. I paid Jessica $350; all she did was eat her breakfast, and she gave me some paperwork. She was too rude even to answer any questions and never answered my calls after the original consultation . She then claimed to have sent me several emails and demanded that I answer her (her way to get rid of me as a client) to sever her services; at this point, I realized it was best to cut my losses and get a lawyer who cared. Please don't waste your time with this one; she is a high-priced waste of your time.
