Last year I was injured in a car wreck that wasn’t my fault and ended up having surgery on my wrist/hand twice. The team at Martinson and Beason handled my case and got me a positive result. The peace of mind that I had, knowing that a team with vast experience had everything managed, was extremely valuable. We have used Martinson & Beason for wills (Doug) and two real estate closings ( Mac). The most recent closing was on 9/24/24 and as expected, the process was effortless. Megan, in particular, was very patient with my constant emails to make sure everything was still on track for our closing date. I met Brad Ryder over two years ago. At the time my mother was in the hospital because of care that she failed to receive while a patient at a local nursing home. Brad and his staff took an active interest in my mother’s situation. Over time my mom’s health deteriorated and Brad made sure that he visited her on a regular basis. I remember Brad bringing his son to the hospital on Christmas day, so that he could meet my mom before she passed away. I could tell that this was important to Brad. Brad and his staff always kept my mother and me informed of what was happening. They worked hard to help bring my mom’s case to a conclusion. After many hard fought battles with the nursing home and their attorneys, Brad was able to help us settle my mom’s case. My mom and Brad enjoyed a very special relationship. I have known Mr. Mitchell for about 13 years. He has helped me through the purchase of a business, settling issues with a practicing physician's death, family members passing and business start ups. The situations have not always been pleasant or confortable to trust someone in a discussion of my fears and concerns. Mr. Mitchell is compassionate and tremendously helpful providing a stablizing force during difficult times, as well as a voice of reason. Mark Twain once wrote, "Kill all the lawyers." FIGHT: exert oneself continuously, vigorously, or obtrusively to gain an end or engage in a crusade for a certain cause or person. Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case. If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

I have known Mr. Inge Johnstone for over a decade. I was injured in a car wreck and sought legal help with recovering medical expenses as well as damages. My case took almost three years to settle, during this time Mr. Johnstone maintained consistent contact with me. He took me to the crash site to go over details of the accident while still fresh in my mind, assisted with finding the proper doctors for medical tests/evaluations, assisted with finding the best physical therapist and prepared me for the deposition process. Donald Christian has helped us with two legal issues. The firs involved an incident with a car that was loaned to someone and the car was wrecked. Don took my call on a Saturday and provided very clear and understandable direction on how to handle the situation. We followed his direction and resolved the situation without any further problems. Don not only provided sound direction but was a calm reassuring voice in a very stressful situation. Don also prepared Wills for my wife and I. When I first talk to Mr. Charlie I felt a good energy from him. I felt like he are the attorney for me. He keeps me up dated on court situations. He will fight tooth and nails for his clients. Raymond Jackson is the best as far as I'm concerned. Even if I have a legal question that is not his expertise, I always consult with Raymond. Raymond represented my business in a case where both the city and county were allies. Nobody thought we could win the case. It was a constitutional law issue in Alabama. The opposition retained a law firm from a large city in Alabama. Raymond won the case at the first level. The case was well developed, it was apparent the judge was impressed. Raymond was an outsider in this case. Subsequent to our case, Raymond got more clients from the area and he continues to represent us.

Attorney Yaghmai has been a breath of fresh air. You hear so many horror stories about attorneys just making money and not really having your case at heart. Never was this the case with Attorney Yaghmai. This is an attorney with a big heart. He had been recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. After she recommended him I actually went on line and read about his background. To sum it up he is true to his calling. The very first day that I met him I was very pleased. He was very personable (very important to me), very knowledgable, and I sensed that he was trustworthy. One of the things that he said that was very important to me in the beginning of the case (this was a DUI case) he stated "this will not be a quick process but in order to get it done properly that it would take time but once done it would be done with no questions asked. And he was true to his word. He was worth every dollar spent and more. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help especially when never having experienced anything like this before. He is very knowledgeable and will keep you informed. When I called or texted him he always responded I never had to wait for a response from him and he is a very honest man.
