I feel blessed and proud to have had Danielle by my side.
The work done on this case was paramount, so much paperwork and difficult and complex threads to follow, yet Danielle was able to make it a clear-cut win. My case is still ongoing. I have been litigating before the Alexandria Circuit Court since 2013. Rich came on board Sept 2017 and very quickly was able to obtain an important ruling on a critical case issue. The guy is just amazing, very knowledgeable, known and respected in the Virginia legal community, personable and easy to talk to. Calm and smooth in Court. In Virginia you must have an attorney who can make a case in the written pleadings as well as in oral arguments. Rich excels at both. When our teenage son received a reckless driving speeding ticket, we realized we needed expert legal advice. Mr Dean gave our son a checklist of requirements for him to complete before his court date, making everything perfectly clear. He followed our son's progress through his expected tasks and made recommendations when necessary. On the day of our son's court appearance, Mr Dean knew exactly what to do and spoke privately with the prosecutor to work out the best possible outcome for him. Rakin Did a great job for us! I deal with insurance all of the time and thought it would be easy to deal with this event. It was a accident where a family member was hit by a car. They were fine after some time in the hospital and the driver was insured so it did not seem difficult! 4 weeks after the event I got Rakin contact information and he took over.
We just wanted the medical bills covered, if I had not contacted him I would have had to pay most of the bills due to the driver lo coverage limits.
I think he saved us 100k!

I first came across Mr. Foltz at the courthouse where I was struggling to get out of a very difficult eviction case for my tenants, who not only refuse to leave our premises, but also assaulted and threatened my family and I. Mr. Foltz overheard my conversation with the court clerk and offered to help. He introduced himself and asked me to explain the situation, which I did. He immediately assured me that he will be willing to help. We discussed his fee, which was out of my budget so he offered to take the case at no charge. He understood how stressful my situation seemed and wanted to help. I was truly shocked and grateful. Since then, he maintained in contact with me and walked me through the process every step of the way. He also appeared to all the court dates with me and not once made me feel that he was doing me a favor by taking my case at no charge. I had a question about a landlord-tenant issue, and was calling lawyer after lawyer to ask them about my situation, only to be ignored or told I’d have to pay around $300 for them to say ANYTHING to me.
