We had the opportunity to work with Sarah recently on a deal that went wrong near the closing stage. We were extremely stressed and were at risk of losing a VERY large deposit. If I can give lawyer Indest and "The Health Lawfirm" a trillion stars, I would be a NASA astronaut and fly to the galaxies to get Him those stars. I was criminally accused by the Department of Health. The charges were so serious that they could jeopardize my nursing career, future and family without any doubt. I contacted The Health Law Firm after several attempts to contact my previous employer for assistance regarding a notification for Writ of Summons on a patient I had seen more than 2 years ago. I had moved out of the state from which I had previously practiced and had transitioned to being a stay at home mom. After more than two years of being away from the profession, I found myself shocked at the notice sent to my home address and frustrated with the inability to find clarity regarding the reason for the civil action against me. As a practitioner who invests time and care into each patient and has high ethical standards, it was difficult to accept the position I was in. I went as far as to contact the plaintiff’s attorney to express my care for the patient in question.
After several dead ends, an internet search led me to contact The Health Law Firm. At that point I had begun to feel hopeless in the matter and thought I had no choice but to surrender to the waiting game and see what would come of this case. Jonathan and Sam are attorneys that stand shoulder to shoulder with their clients and have empathy with their clients as they did with me. I have had over the past 40 years at least 9-10 attorneys, on a variety of matters and have never found an attorney to be as compassionate and caring as well as extremely competent. Jonathan and Sam have represented me on several matters in the past and I found them to be extremely competent in their advise and representation. When I had questions their expertise, their referral I found to be extremely competent but lacked the element that sets Jonathan and Sam apart, that or empathy, and truly caring about their client.

They charged me close to 20k in fees and then withdrew from my case with no explanation. So i walked into the health law firm for a consultation and the gentleman gave me a straight answer that my case was a lost cause. I greatly thank him for that because i was still able to salvage my business despite my license being lost, because he was honest and upfront with me. I recieved a lawsuit (wont get into the details, but be leary of debt loans/consolidation companies). I was reluctant to even fight the suit because it seemed like it would be more stress added, but my first communication with the debtor left me feeling powerless. I called Bryan at Power Law Firm, and he assured me he would take on all of the legwork, and he did. Fast forward 34 days, my debt was settled for 20% of the original amount and the terms of the settlement left me in awe. The reviews are real!!

Joe Lenti was in charge of our Title transaction on the purchase of our new home. From the very start of the process we did not have a good experience. Our mortgage lender contacted his office office for two plus weeks without receiving a response. Throughout the process Joe felt it was better to argue about how he was right, rather than how to close the transaction on time and without additional cost to us. Our closing was delayed and cost me an additional $700. I expressed my frustration to Joe and asked to be compensated for the delay and additional cost we incurred due to his mistakes, but he refused and told me to go elsewhere if I was unhappy. Unfortunately we were in a rock and a hard place needing to close on the home before we lost our deposit and interest rate lock. I am very disappointed with Joe’s service and unprofessional behavior.

Perfect line for this attorney is that he is Robber who extorts money by using his law degree. He is one of the attorney who thinks it’s OK to charge $1500 for 4-5 emails that were exchanged because the crooked HOA he worked as an attorney for refused to take care of any issues and only way to resolve was to get in touch with the attorney and violation was for something that does not even state in CCR’s and he feels totally OK about cheating and never sending any invoices after many requests. Karma has a way to come back to bite you and it will.

She gave wrong advise, that too outside her field of expertise. I merely went for consultation, did not sign any retainer, and she still tried to manipulate my file (without my permission), so that I would have no option but to go back to her.
Its like you go to a heart doctor, who is not qualified to operate on your kidney, but regardless starts operating on your kidney, without your permission. Highly unprofessional.
In fact, I am thinking about reporting her to the bar, so she could not continue such behavior with other innocent clients.
