I have challenged this legal guru for over 4 years and he has been great to work with every time I have called on him. You will not find a more dedicated and amazing to work with attorney. He is honest and will tell you when you need him and when you can do the work yourself. He won't over charge and when you need him to get into the trenches with you he is there. I have recently had the opportunity to use the services of Mr. Logan Elia with The Rose Law Group. The case involved criminal defense for my child, which did involve the juvenile court system. The situation was a very difficult one as it involved a long history of litigious situations with my ex-husband. With the help of the Rose Law Group’s team, Mr. Elia was able to glean from our records all the pertinent material. Mr. Elia then took legal action in defense of my daughter. The ensuing comprehensive approach showed that Mr. Elia had patiently and thoroughly reviewed years of records. Mr. Elia discussed every angle with my daughter and me and responded appropriately with opposing counsel in a timely and resourceful manner. Mr. Elia was honest and practical in his approach and was a calming influence for both my daughter and myself both in and out of court. I highly recommend Jon Schneider as an attorney. He handled my divorce in 2014. I was a terminal cancer patient undergoing a bone marrow transplant when my wife shockingly filed for divorce & full custody of our children. She filed a false protection order & had me evicted from our home. Jon led class, respect, honor, justice, & patience through extreme legal & health challenges. I'm very shocked Mr. Linder has no reviews.
Ryan J. Linder has been phenomenal, he has been so helpful. Not only did he help me voice my concerns to an insurance company who wouldn't give me the time of day, he got me what I deserved.
He managed to get my settlement number up and bring my medical expenses down. The drop in the numbers that he achieved was very surprising. i.e. I owed well over $15,000 to one doctor and he got them to accept just under $5,000 for it all!
I was beyond impressed. I'm still in shock. I didn't believe it until I got a letter from the doctor's office saying that I still owed the amount, less than $5,000 (I had to wait for my check to clear and they were just sending a reminder)
Aside from his extensive knowledge and impressive creative writing skills, he is a very kind person. He treats you as if you are his one and only client. He is very hands on and up front. You're not always talking to his paralegal. (She is a very nice woman as well. She took care of me while Mr. Linder was out dealing with other cases in court) The only time he is out of his office is when he is dealing with court cases. I retained him for about a year to a year and a half and not once did I have an e-mail go unanswered.
He has been very kind to me, very understanding, and listened to me complain about the same thing over and over, just different ways each time (haha).
Ryan, you are my life saver and I couldn't thank you enough for everything you have done for me.

It seems an oxymoron to say an attorney is honest and will tell you what to do to keep you from wasting your money but Mr. Cornelius is one that is honest and will cost you only what's necessary to get as close to what you want as possible. I've been involved with franchising for 15 years and I've seen many concepts come and go. Some because their idea wasn't as great as they thought it might be, but others simply because they didn't build a system that could meet the incredible demands a franchise community makes of its franchisor.
Whether its supply chain, standardized development requirements, protected territories, recommended vs. required vendors, marketing funds or non competes, they ALL matter. And, if you've failed to set your system up properly, you'll have a harder time withstanding the storm of the franchise community. This is why it is so important to find a solid franchise attorney to help you get started.
The one thing that matters more than anything else is experience. Without significant experience you may be putting yourself at risk by selecting an attorney who perhaps hasn't seen enough of what could go wrong in franchising to adequately guide you and protect your interests.
It is for this reason that I chose and recommend Jeff for anything franchise law related. He's been a franchise attorney practicing in AZ for a very long time and he's represented some of the nation's biggest and best concepts. As I was working through the FDD process, Jeff was able to ask questions of me that had me view the business in new dimensions. His ability to bring forward real world examples of some of the major issues young concepts face is important. I was able to get through the FDD process with him in just a few weeks and we are getting ready to file soon. I'm not certain i would've received this kind of care and attention from a large franchise law firm where most of what your paying for is name recognition and the bloated cost of interns, office space and expense accounts. Jeff delivers a better quality product at a fraction of the price.

I am a Certified Financial Planner in Scottsdale, AZ who refers business to estate planning attorneys with some regularity. Several years ago I was looking for a new estate planning attorney to refer business to as I had become very frustrated with an overall lack of responsiveness and high expense from those I had been referring business to. So I called every Martindale rated attorney in Scottsdale. Steve Fox was one of two attorneys in Scottsdale to return my call within a few days time.
Since then I have referred clients of mine to Steve with regularity and have been extremely impressed not only with his, and his staff's, responsiveness, but also with the way Steve has priced his services. When it came time for me to get my estate plan done, I asked Steve to put it together for me.
Steve is an excellent estate planning attorney. He is one of the few in Scottsdale with an LLM (which is like a special degree in tax for attorneys); remember that estate planning is really a tax code issue. He was also a former employee at one of the big national accounting firms (more tax experience). I do not know if he has a CPA as well or not.
Finally, unlike most of the other estate planning attorneys in Scottsdale, Steve is relatively young (I think he is currently 40/41). Which means that he will be around for a while to keep your estate plan in order for the inevitable.
