Mr. Harper assisted in resolving a property line dispute and enabled the fence company to erect the fence that was approved and permitted by the county. He handled the case promptly, efficiently, and was very courteous. Mr. Harper was excellent in communicating and explaining all proceedings during the dispute. He also followed upon completion to be sure all issues were resolved regarding this case, which I appreciated.

I am very pleased with the way Mr. Clarke handled our case. He kept us abreast of what was going on and spoke in very plain English. His approach to the case was slightly different than others as he was not looking to litigate the matter but was more than prepared to do so. Instead he convinced us to sit down and mediate with the opposing party so that we could all gain a better understanding of the issues from both perspectives. Doing so enable us to reach a decision without getting the courts involved.

Alex Kaufman is one of the best attorneys out there. He is all about a resolution and he moved very quickly in my case. I am in the process of being sued and within 2 weeks he is very close to getting a global resolution that will not only benefit me but bring closure to an ongoing lawsuit that has been lingering for almost a year. He was the 3rd attorney I hired since being sued and he has gained more results then the previous two attorneys within weeks of hiring him. He is very knowledgeable of the law and he is a straight shooter. He will not tell you what you want to hear but he will tell you the truth and his strategies in dealing with the issues are great. Mr. Feldman did a great job representing me in my DUI case. I really felt he had my best interest at heart. He was honest about the case and never gave me any false hope regarding the possible outcome. The state was determined to prosecute me and dragged it out as long as possible. Goes well beyond the normal duties provided by most attorneys. Provides counsel based on helping improve your business by finding a way to get the job done. Has a positiive attitude towards accomplishing the objective. Does not list all the reasons why you cannot do something.
In addition to providing wise and sage counsel, he helps coach my small business. His 13 years of experience, including combat experience, as an officer in the Marine Corps provides a unique understanding of how to incorporate and integrate his advice into practice within my company, as opposed to just telling me what to do. That is, my people really look forward to hearing how he can help them and my business.
For example, in order for my business to survive, the government dictated that we had to become self regulated by joining the old NASD. We did not even know what that meant. Every other attorney, and the NASD told us it was impossible for us to join. The fact that we did not trade securities, by definition, prohibited us from joining the National Association of Securities Dealers, a non governmental self regulated organization.
Not only did he help us to become a member of the NASD, he held our hand through the entire process. He did everything from coaching our traders on the floor to sit beside us and fielded all questions in our interviews in Washington DC and Atlanta GA.
He drafted and implemented all procedures required to accomplish the result. He even used his network to contact the chairman of the commission.

I thought they were alright but they appear to nickel and dime you for everything. I don't have an issue paying for services rendered but to be charged for a phone conference about potential services for a new tax issue seems unethical. They'd successfully assisted me with state tax issue. And because that particular issue was resolved efficiently, I requested a phone conference for a new tax issue because the details of the issue were complicated and a phone conversation was simply more efficient. They charged me almost $700 for the conference call AND the response to the emails that I sent requesting the conference call AND the follow-up emails they sent after the conference. That is absolutely unfair. These were calls about assisting with a new issue. You mean to tell me I was charged to ask questions on whether or not they could be of assistance and then charged for the emails they responded to? Absolutely not.
