If you have never been involved in a lawsuit get ready for a long up-hill fight; especially if you end up going to trial. That being said, I could not recommend Mark Pierce highly enough to help you through the process. Mark is a man with highly desirable qualities both as an individual and as a lawyer; he is intelligent, quick-witted, personable and most importantly honorable. Everyone knows different lawyer jokes, and after seeing some of the opposing-sides' lawyers in my case I have a fist-hand understanding of why some get a bad reputation. However Mark Pierce is a credit to his profession and if all lawyers had similar characteristics there wouldn't be a single lawyer joke out there. I hired a lawyer and developed a friendship with an amazing man who won my case in front of a jury. Mark was incredible to watch in court and had was completely squared-away in every aspect. Courtney guided me through the most difficult experience I have had to date as an LCSW: an unfounded board complaint. Mr. Amini (though he would insist I call him Neema) is an aggressive and reasonable attorney. By that i mean he has no problems going toe-to-toe with opposing counsel and seems to be downright, coldly comfortable when things get heated. But he is reasonable too, does not lose sight of what the other side might be thinking, and seems to be concerned more with solving your problem than dragging out a case and billing for it.
I hired Mr. Amini because of a dispute with a business partner of 20 years. While we never had any conflicts before, suddenly all we had were conflicts and because we did business on a handshake basis, we did not have documentation for most of our agreements. While Mr. Amini explained I should get everything in writing in the future, he was able to establish the existence of previously denied agreements when grilling my partner in deposition.
Once we had done that, we were in a much better place to settle, and Mr. Amini explained that while we could possibly get more money if we pushed on further, I would end up spending most of that on increased legal fees, and so he suggested I consider settling. I was originally pretty emotional and wanted to go for the win, but I was surprised Mr. Amini suggested something which would mean less legal fees for him. So I discussed it with my wife, we agreed that we would be better off settling and so we did. He negotiated a great settlement for me and my company and now I turn to Mr. Amini for any legal questions I have. I feel like I have found my attorney for life.

I hired Mr. Amini for two cases, the first one somewhat involved and the second relatively simple.
In the first case, which went to trial, Mr. Amini was brilliant with his closing argument. We being the Plaintiff, I expected opposing counsel to speak last, but the judge surprised me by giving us the opportunity for a rebuttal. If Mr. Amini was surprised, he didn't show it, doing a great job with the rebuttal as well.
We won the case. Mr. Amini's preparation complemented his abilities, even working through a holiday the day before trial. I think he really enjoys winning.
As I said, the second case was relatively simple, but it was more important to me and needed to be dealt with quickly (in about a day). I don't know what Mr. Amini had on his calendar when I called, but he was able to work it in and scale back his approach to what was appropriate. Another thing to consider was that the "opposition" was not hostile and could be trusted. Mr. Amini was able to provide reasonable advice, represent me and get what I wanted without alienating anyone.
I feel like I made a new friend. This is just a great guy to have on your side. But look at that photo. Look at that Spock-like exterior. That's what he's like in person when he's working on your case. He's all business, not someone you would want to go up against.

For anyone who is unsure about seeking legal aid, my first choice would be to send them to Alex's practice. He's especially skilled when it comes to putting a situation in layman's terms and easing the mind of an average Joe. It's something that can soothe anyone's intimidation of the legal process, and give you more confidence. If you're honest, explain your situation, and help him by keeping all your details sorted, then he should be able to help you knock the issue out.
In my opinion, the true measure of any legal practitioner's merit is their ability to apply it in any situation necessary. Anyone can find a dusty bitter old attorney who is painfully adept in the courts, but is devoid of any compassion. It's almost impossible to find an attorney who is just as skilled but can also serve as an emissary for those who are downright daunted.
I was super relieved after receiving his help, and am very grateful for the peace of mind I now have. I've always had a bit of a phobia regarding the courts and dealing with lawyers, but thankfully I've found an honest and relatable practitioner that I know I can trust. I don't often run into any situations where I can utilize his assistance, but I never hesitate to send my friends and colleges his way whenever they're in a bind.
Long story short, go see Alex. He's a really cool dude and knows his stuff!

I unreservedly recommend Taralynn McKay for legal representation, especially for healthcare professionals finding themselves in adverse situations with their Boards. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I carried malpractice insurance with license defense coverage my whole career, but on receiving an investigation letter from the Texas Board of Nursing, my insurance wouldn’t disclose anything about the attorney they would provide. I wanted someone with experience in law AND nursing, Board-certified in Administrative law, and with effective knowledge of the quirks of the nursing board. Ms. Mackay has those qualities and did a great job of keeping the Board on track. The investigation was dismissed as she predicted and I’m so glad I hired her instead of using the malpractice potluck attorney.

I am grateful today for attorney Attorney Mackey. I contacted several lawyers for my situation with the Board of Nursing, and they were expensive. After praying and reading her reviews, I chose her. I have been an RN for 40 years. I never thought that I could be accused of nursing malpractice by a disgruntled family member. Despite there being no basis for the accusation, I faced this dilemma. Mr Burk after reading the questions I had regarding a case I had inquired about, took time after reading my very lengthy outline of some very sensitive and personal information, showed astonishing empathy by taking what had to be at least 30 mins to an hour, to explain how I should proceed, even though it was established that he was not the right attorney for me. Along with giving me sound advice on a personal level which I sincerely take to heart. My experience with attorneys have not always been the best, until now. I had a business relationship with several other persons involving multiple high dollars projects. For years I not get the to deal with us in a fair and expeditious manner. I had tried a couple of other lawyers without success. I hired Mr. Burk and his firm. He was able through a lawsuit and negotiation to restructure my companies relationships, so I would be fairly treated and receive more money from the transactions. Moreover, he negotiated a major discount for us, if paid within the extended time he also negotiated.All of this resulted in my getting a far better economic result than we had hoped. I found Brian Hall online when our company in Chicago was a victim of cybersquatting by a party outside of the United States. We could not have made a better choice. We were concerned that because this was in international issue, we would have no recourse. In addition to being an expert in this area of law, Brian was fast, efficient and laser-focused. Within days, the problem was resolved to our benefit and complete satisfaction.
Brian did not stop there. He asked if our logos and trademarks were up-to-date. They were not. Some of our trademarks had lapsed; others were never registered. He was instrumental in ensuring that all our logos and trademarks were properly registered in the U.S. and in Mexico. This was absolutely critical to securing our brand names. Finally, Brian suggested that we have a signed agreement with our network of distributors, and he provided us with an excellent distributor agreement that clearly defines the responsibilities of both parties.

I am a Senior Claims Manager for a roofing company. Mark was actually a client that I provided a roof for.
I had an ongoing Child Support issue. Once I found out he was a Lawyer I asked him for advice. At that time my legal issue weren't as serious. He gave me good advice free of charge. But a short time after, I was in a situation that took a nasty turn.
The Attorney General's Office had set my child support at a fair rate, I thought... I was told we would have to come back because the mother wanted legal advice... when we returned, what was originally agreed upon, dramatically changed... I was facing the Judge. Instead of the attorney who was just used as a negotiator the other times I went there... from what they were telling me, it was sounding like I was going to be paying possibly double to tripe what was originally agreed upon. This would have had me deep in debt and most likely ended me up in jail, as it truly wasn't fair legally to my actual income.
At this point I knew I needed a lawyer. Mark was the first person I thought of.
Mark has a great approach of trying to avoid the courtroom, if possible. Although we did have to go into the court house, Mark had turned all my anxiety into relief very quickly.
Days before my court date, with very little notice or much time for Mark to work with, outside of the courtroom, Mark was able to negotiate... First, with the Lead Attorney, at the Attorney General's Office, and then with the mother.
He not only negotiated a fair and reasonable child support for me, he negotiated it in a way that totally satisfied the mother as well.
Mark's price was fair too! He also has really worked with me on payment, because I was already in a pretty tough financial situation.
Mark provided me with much needed relief and total satisfaction! He also is a great guy and easy to work with, which is an added plus.
I would strongly recommend him!

I hired Mr. Walters to handle a case dealing with an apartment complex that failed to provide services regarding an issue with hot water. The case went to trial. I have dealt with and hired many lawyers over my years. Personally, I have never experienced a lawyer who is so diligent in their works. While going through a trying experience I was lucky to have found David Walters. He is positive, supportive and knowledgeable and did whatever he had to do to win my case. Constantine helped me create my LLC and filed all the documents that needed to be done. He was knowledgeable at every turn of the process. As a first time business owner I didn't create my LLC for a long time because i was scared of the process and Constantine made sure that i knew exactly what was happening and i never felt in the dark. Constantine is also my go to for my taxes both for my business and personal. He educates me on every little detail and ensures I file on time and correctly. He takes the time to explain to me the differences in the credits and deductions and helps me understand why I should claim certain ones and not others. I now have Constantine doing my taxes and my fathers taxes and will be sending any other friends or family to him for his expertise.

Costa Anestos knows the answers to the most esoteric tax questions. I consult him early in the year each year to learn strategies that save thousands on my taxes.
My husband and I married recently, both with separate property. Costa answered our questions thoroughly and strategically. He knows oil and gas rights as well.
Recently I followed his advice for a complex 1031 exchange of rural property inherited at different years. I completely deferred my capital gains. No other tax attorney would even touch my complex questions.
He has particular expertise in investment real estate. As a real estate agent I would not hesitate to recommend him to my clients when considering the tax implications of investment property.

In seeking help, Max's staff was very professional in providing me responsive help from Max himself. When I spoke with Max on the phone for the first time, Max was already familiar and knowledgable about how to help me. Max even went out of his way to meet me in person to provide me that free consultation and Max was spot on about my situation. During that consultation, he gave the pros and cons of the situation and advised me of all possible options available to me. I was willing to hire him on the spot but he recommended that I evaluate my other options before I hire him.
Max Harger is definitely one of those attorneys who is passionate about what he does as demonstrated by his knowledge. Guillermo and his team helped me fight a psychopath with a history of litigiousness. The psycho who sued me had sued more than 8 people in the past 4 years and with Guillermo's help we shut him down. He won't be using lawsuits to extort money from anyone else. While I paid a hefty price, it was worth it to prevent a lot of other people from falling prey to the plaintiff. I had a complex case. I had moved to my mom’s place out of state at the end of 6 months of unemployment. I previously was making over $200k and had taken some 401k withdrawals so the means test was tricky. I had also done a lot of 1099 work.
