Was able to obtain a resolution to a long-standing business dispute in 4 hours. A pleasure to work with. Does not entertain hostilities by either party and steers the focus away from emotions. I got the sense that he took a great deal of pride in bringing myself and the gentleman I was in a dispute with to mutually beneficial agreement.
