If I could give a zero I would this has been my worst experience ever in my entire life. I’ve dealt with smaller injury lawyers who had less and did ten times more. I was referred to Mr. Golburgh through my employer when I was attacked by a pitbull in my neighborhood. I wasn’t sure if I even had a decent case but after talking to Mr. Golburgh he helped me realize that I was indeed a victim who needed to be compensated. The owner of the dog thought this was a joke, even though I ended up in the emergency room and was covered in blood. The owner blew off my initially personal requests to pay my ER copay. When this happened I knew I needed a lawyer. The dog owner eventually handed this issue over to his homeowners insurance company. This is where Mr. Golburgh really excelled as he was able to navigate the insurance company, respond to their bogus assertions with solid legal arguments and common sense. We were able to get a nice settlement from the case. Mr. Golburgh is well spoken, intelligent and has a deep interest and understanding of the law. I highly recommend this attorney.
