I sent John multiple emails and text messages over a period of about a week notifying him I had an important meeting with the IRS regarding the immigration status of my wife. I needed the tax documents so I could give them to the IRS and move forward with the immigration attorney to get her status updated and her future secured. You can imagine this was very important to me. John ignored ALL of my emails and text messages.
Days before the meeting I left John a bad review hoping to get his attention. And I did! Lo and behold he replied the same day and sent my tax information to me. In his email he chastised me for leaving a bad review about him since he would not reply to me with the information I required from him. I was treated poorly for behavior that could have been avoided if he just took a few minutes to send me the information I needed. 🤷🏻♂️
About that review: I did NOT recant what I said. John told me if I took it down he would consider doing my 2023 taxes. After I removed it he never responded to me again. Totally dishonest in his response to this review. He DID NOT explicitly tell me he would not be doing 2023 taxes. He baited me into deleting the review and left me hanging with no response. Untrustworthy!
Original review:
John blatantly ignored multiple emails I sent requesting my tax information. Required it for an important meeting at an IRS location, otherwise it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal. Was treated poorly for saying something about it. Left hanging on 2023 taxes, as he decided he “didn’t want to work for me anymore.”
He communicated very well while selling me his service. He did perform his functions that I hired him to do well. Maybe you won’t have the same problem I did.

I cannot recommend Sarah and everyone at the Logan Firm enough. We started this year feeling very lost and uncertain about the green card process for my husband. My brother passed away 2 1/2 years ago. He had a Will and a Personal Representative to oversee the distribution of his estate. Upon his passing his PR suddenly lawyered up and cut all communications with myself and younger brother we are both heir’s as is the PR. The environment got very hostile, I could never get straight answers from the PR or her attorneys. So I decided to see if I could get some legal advise. I found a web site which offered free legal assistance, I submitted the questions I needed answered and waited for a reply… Robert Murillo answered my questions this guy is restored my faith in the legal profession . He listened to me and then told me what my options were, I was impressed and hired him that was around the end of January 2024 it’s now 2/25/2024 and I will be receiving my inheritance possibly as soon as next week! This guy takes his job very seriously and gets results. Robert did everything he said he would do for me and much more.

Initially I defended myself as I thought the cost to hire a lawyer would have been prohibitive. As the case grew more complex, I reached out to Mr. Murillo who helped me understand the complexities of the case, and what I needed to do to settle the case without a judgment being awarded against me.

Eric handled a very complicated business lawsuit for me over a period of two years. His work was very thorough and precise and he proved to be incredibly knowledgable. In the courtroom Eric didn't try to throw mud or spin tales like the other side did and in the end the jury respected us for his presentation of the facts and for not wasting their time. In the end, after an 8 day trial, the jury returned in less than an hour with a positive verdict in our favor. I cannot express how impressed I am with Eric.
