Mr Morris took my case when 3 other attorneys turned me away. He listened to me got the whole picture and then fought a long fight by my side for over 2 years. In the end we went to trial and Mr Morris was unbelievable. He had foreseen everything that came our way and was prepared to take it all on and come out on top. He was composed, professional and picked the opposition apart in a way that I cannot even do justice with an explanation. In the end the case went to the jury and we won outright. I could not be happier with the outcome or Mr Morris’s work. If you want an attorney that will be there for you 100% and make you feel comfortable and informed he is your man.

Attorney Morris, from the very first consultation forward showed absolute full understanding and "getting the whole picture" of the case in hand. He also honestly showed he cared for our best interest - not just taking the case for "taking the case" -type like many attorneys do, unfortunately! He reigned us in sometimes when needed, he reasoned the best outcome from looking in for our best decision along the way from the law's point of view. His arguments and briefs submitted to the court were sound and bulletproof with much thought and knowledge of the law put into them. Furthermore, he was ALWAYS available to discuss and answer our questions, unlike again, so many other attorneys are not. Billing ; fair and honest as well. It was refreshing to find an attorney like Ken Morris is !

I turned to Jon for some outside-the-box thinking on an interesting problem related to multiple (potential) foreclosures. He was not judgmental about the situation, but instead quickly turned his focus on how to help, given the very difficult circumstances. I wish words could express how thankful I am for Justin Berg and his work as my attorney on my construction defect case. If I could give him more stars, I would. I highly, highly recommend Justin Berg.
I built a house that had numerous and significant construction defects, and I have had the extreme good fortune to work with Justin for about four years to get my house repaired and hold the builder accountable.
Among other things, Justin is an expert on construction contracts, construction defect cases and insurance coverage, so he was able to help me in all three areas. When the defects in my house started appearing, Justin knew exactly what to do. If I had tried to begin this process and/or go down this road on my own, I would not have done it correctly nor would I have gotten the results I wanted.
Justin is incredibly knowledgeable about the law in general and business litigation, insurance coverage, construction defect and construction contract cases specifically, so he guides us down the path that is the most legally effective and financially responsible. We retained Jessica Miller for a HOA dispute and potential adverse possession cases. Jessica Miller is extremely smart. The HOA had three attorneys and we only had Jessica. Mr. Beninson is an excellent attorney who took a personal interest in my company. He explained everything to my partners and I in simple terms and followed through in a timely manner. He was excellent at keeping in touch. He even responded to emails on the weekend. Billing was more than fair (in my experience this is not always the case). My non profit record label and publishing company needed a custom contract unique to our purposes. We were dealing with a very difficult personal injury case where some SUV ran over a bicyclist 3 years ago and caused multiple injuries. Jerry Sloat treated his client in an calming and empathetic manner always stressing to seek the best medical care despite the fact that most of it had to be covered out-of-pocket.
