I turned to Jon for some outside-the-box thinking on an interesting problem related to multiple (potential) foreclosures. He was not judgmental about the situation, but instead quickly turned his focus on how to help, given the very difficult circumstances. In the end, he was able to give me everything I needed in about two hours and was able to refund me part of my deposit after doing so. I'm very impressed and will send clients his way in the future.

I wish words could express how thankful I am for Justin Berg and his work as my attorney on my construction defect case. If I could give him more stars, I would. I highly, highly recommend Justin Berg.
I built a house that had numerous and significant construction defects, and I have had the extreme good fortune to work with Justin for about four years to get my house repaired and hold the builder accountable.
Among other things, Justin is an expert on construction contracts, construction defect cases and insurance coverage, so he was able to help me in all three areas. When the defects in my house started appearing, Justin knew exactly what to do. If I had tried to begin this process and/or go down this road on my own, I would not have done it correctly nor would I have gotten the results I wanted.
Justin is incredibly knowledgeable about the law in general and business litigation, insurance coverage, construction defect and construction contract cases specifically, so he guides us down the path that is the most legally effective and financially responsible. He is strategic, patient, honest and ethical. He is very smart, and he is great at explaining complex legal issues. He always has his clients’ best interests in mind. I know attorneys are expensive, and Justin is worth every penny and so much more. Justin will assess your case and create the most effective strategy given the facts of your situation just as he did with mine.
Justin has cared as much about my case as I do. He earned my trust with his extensive knowledge about the law, his willingness and ability to explain it to me, the fact that he was very conscientious about what the lawsuit was costing me, and by genuinely having my best interests at heart. Mr. Beninson is an excellent attorney who took a personal interest in my company. He explained everything to my partners and I in simple terms and followed through in a timely manner. My non profit record label and publishing company needed a custom contract unique to our purposes. I had a hard time finding anyone with the expertise to integrate our out-of-the-box copyright and royalty needs into a formal legal contract that we could use with our artists. At first we consulted with another lawyer who was able to provide a more standard contract, but we found that we needed something different, more tailored to current artist's needs. I was permanently disabled in a car accident in 1999 and had two private disability insurance policies. When one of them illegal denied my claim, the attorney who represented me referred me to Steve Taffet to get help. Steve quickly got them to start paying me. Then they started harassing me with multiple re-evaluations with their doctors looking for a way to cut me off and sending private detectives to follow me and watch my house. And Steve dealt with them about these practices and got them stopped. Over the years, this company has continued to look for ways to make my life miserable as punishment for filling a claim. And every time, Steve was able to get them to treat me better. After over 15 years of dealing with this company, Steve has always come thru. I would recommend him highly.

Steve took my case when my insurance company terminated my disability benefits because of a doctor's coding error. Steve navigated the tough waters of doctors scared of insurance companies and lawyers, all the while proclaiming their support for me. Steve calmed them down and after what seemed to be a protracted period of nothingness, he started to finesse the information he needed to prepare the appeal document. In the process he found great medical consultants to aid in his process. In the end his ability to put together a well laid out appeal document and his discussions with the insurance company led to a successful appeal and reinstatement of benefits.
Steve will represent and fight for your interests in a most professional manner. He was always available to take my calls and answer my questions and concerns. He exhibited extreme patience with me as my anxiety climbed due to the long time it took to get the doctors to get onboard. He has mastered the intricacies of ERISA law. I would recommend Steve Taffet to anyone needing his specialized legal assistance.

I post this to hopefully prevent someone from my same experience. After paying thousands of dollars, Attorney Lancaster remained chronically unresponsive to my outreaches regarding the status of my case not responding to any emails or phone calls for more than 30 days. I later learned this unresponsiveness literally violates Colorado law, and I have grounds to file a formal complaint through the state. I have been encouraged to do so through the Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. In an email, Attorney Lancaster incorrectly interrupted the law regarding my case leading me to actions regarding my case to my own detriment. In the review of my case with multiple attorneys since, Attorney Lancaster charges exorbitantly more than many other Colorado attorneys with the same qualifications and level of experience. I encourage someone in need of legal representation to look elsewhere for an attorney who charges a flat rate fee, who will take the time to interrupt the law accurately and respond to your questions regarding your situation.

If you are looking for someone who is willing to fight for you and cares about the outcome of your case, Barry is the one for you. I got charged with a DUI and he got it reduced to reckless driving. He put tons of effort into my case from the DMV hearing all the way to dismissal, and communicated with me regularly with any updates he got. He is nothing short of excellent. I was being charged with a DUI, and refused roadside tests. I began the process of calling lawyers to see who would suit me the best . I called several lawyers and told them what happened the night of my DUI and just was not finding a lawyer who seemed to be willing to listen to me completely. Every lawyer I had spoken to would say we will get the best plea deal that we can .. That was not what I wanted to hear at all. After feeling like I wasn't getting anywhere with legal advice I called Lancaster Law Office and was connected to Barry personally almost instantly . Once again I told him what happened the night of my conviction and his first response was, "this is a case that I would like to get dismissed for you ." With just that response right there I knew he was the clear choice for me, it was comforting to know he wanted to help me and not just make a deal.
I am so happy that I went with my gut feeling of choosing Barry to represent me . We went to court and pled not guilty even after they offered me a plea deal . The next step was motions hearing a couple months down the road . Waiting anxiously to see what was going to happen I had received a call from Barry a week later. He had informed me that my case was Dismissed with prejudice, meaning that the court could reinstate the charges if they found evidence that I was drinking the night of my conviction up to 3 years after dismissal . I was ECSTATIC it was dismissed !!!! A few months went by, I received a call from Barry saying they were reinstating the charges against me because they had found new evidence against me. I was at a loss for words and pretty frustrated because it made no sense to me and I was out of state. Feeling like I was back at square one with a new court date set I was frustrated and anxious about what was going to happen. A few weeks after receiving this horrible news I got a phone call from Barry. He asked how I was, and I responded " Im doing good , u ?' Barry said " well you're about to be even better , your case has been DISMISSED FOR GOOD !" I WAS SO HAPPY! Barry went above and beyond all of my expectations of him and got my case dismissed 2 times in less than a year!!! Barry made me feel like I was taken care of the whole time , if you're in a legal bind look no further . Barry is the man for the job and he will do everything he can to have the best possible outcome for your situation. He is the only lawyer I will ever hire again and I highly recommend him to any one in a similar situation ! I cant thank him enough for his work and I am more than 100% satisfied for what he did for me !

Jennifer Watkins worked to get me the best possible outcome for a DUI charge. After a rough night, I felt ashamed and embarrassed.
