Extremely overpriced! Attorney Lambert did not communicate with us, she did not return emails, did not have our best interest in mind and she kept us in the dark completely, not a good feeling while mourning my father’s passing. She grossly mismanaged my fathers estate at our expense. She walked away with 4X’$ what other probate lawyers would have charged. She did not have the beneficiaries best interest in mind, only the PRs. BIG huge mess and she just kept on charging $$$$$! She did not have the skills required to do a probate and she should have told us that! Run do not walk away from this attorney unless family and money do not matter to you. She ruined family relationships and made out quite well from my fathers estate. I could go on and on…and I have proof of everything!!! For a probate case that should have cost a max of $4000 (according to other Attorneys that I’m happy to recommend) she walked away with over $15,000! Plus, she mismanaged my fathers inventory!$$! Probate 101. Very, very upsetting experience that I would not wish on anyone.

Michael and his staff never estimated their ability to handle this case from day one for me. This is a complicated case dealing with a parents house in a pending 7 year foreclosure case. After much research on his background and reading several of his motions and affirmative defense stradgies in similar type cases I chose him. This a well seasoned team with excellent service skills in all aspects of their office. I highly recommend this team.

Life is not easy, divorce makes it much much worse. Stephanie gets it! She helped me through a very rough emotional patch and also acquired a favorable outcome in a situation that was not promising at first. Stephanie knows the law, she's excellent at what she does, she's compassionate and very patient. She's fair, she's honest and she's a fighter. She's FOR HER CLIENTS 100%! This kind of law firm should not exist on this planet. They just care about the money. There was no consultation whatsoever and right away charged me for $5500 without knowing what my case is about. Because of them i lost $50000. My wife sent all of her cash onto family members approximately 200,000 nobody cared and then they suggested me to sign the mediation what i regret so much. After the mediation a called 3 lawyers and they said how stupid i am. This lawyer cam only solve non problematic cases maximum but for that u dont need lawyer that is so simple. I hope these guys will lose their licenses one day.

This woman is a superhero! The amount of gratitude I have for how beautifully Stephanie represented and supported me during my divorce is something I cannot express or ever repay. I went through a high conflict divorce that involved young children. Stephanie was the second attorney in my divorce case. My original attorney hired her to represent me when my divorce case went to trial and my original attorney was not available for my trial. I hired Attorney Daniel Pilka to represent me in a lawsuit filed against me for HOA Attorney fees. I told Attorney Pilka since day 1, that I have limited resources, as a homeowner. Each month, Mr. Pilka send me billings that show excessive phone calls, that he says he made to the Plaintiff and the other defendant's attorneys. Mind you there was practically no activity on the case for the entire year I retained his services. I send him emails telling not to waste my resources on phone calls. In frustration, I terminated his services after I exhausted $4300+ and he informed me that he couldn't guarantee me a win unless I pay him more resourses$$. As it turns out, after I terminated Attorney Pilka, he sent me an email advising me that during his Motion to terminate as my Attorney, the judge advised that I was not at fault, and did not owe the Plaintiff any attorney fees as they claimed. Attorney Pilka is very knowledgeable in HOA matters, but I wouldn't recommend him to individual homeowners who have limited resources, as his billings are extremely high, he would be a better fit with a Community Association.

We were never asked before amended complaints were filed, appeals filed. All very costly for us the clients.
Worse than that Mr. Pilka neglected to use any Statutes or case law in his pleadings, hus giving the judge nothing to go on but rumor and heresay.

I had this dummy work on my snap case. He did not do anything! I lost every step because of him and his team! I told them my story and gave them all the evidence they need to win but all he wanted is money. I called the USDA and they told me he didn’t give them any evidence!!! When he got the money he does minimal work! Also he never answers the phone never call you back and leaves you clueless the whole process. Believe me if you have a snap case do it your self you will have much better results. I did not know this until I fired him! He lose on purpose to charge you more to “fight” the next process.
