I met Daniel and Sean in 2021 when I had an incident that left me displaced and living in a hotel for a few weeks. Daniel, the attorney, and Sean, the paralegal, helped resolve my issue within a matter of months. In 2023, I encountered another concern when I was rear-ended on I-65 in Brentwood. I immediately contacted them again, knowing they could assist with my concerns, and they did.
This law firm, along with Daniel's wife Christine, advocated for me and knew exactly how to assist. They guided me every step of the way, allowing me to return to my lifestyle while managing countless medical treatments. While Daniel and Christine are heaven-sent, I have to shout out Sean because he is the best paralegal there is. He's a mix between Rachel and Mike from "Suits" on Netflix in terms of getting the job done. He's also extremely witty and knowledgeable.
I will truly miss our conversations and updates on my cases. It was evident how much Sean and the team thoroughly enjoy helping people. There are other companies I could have trusted, but I wouldn't have it any other way than to remain with The Nesheiwat Law Group for all my needs.

We were dragged in a false rental dispute. At that time we knew nothing about judiciary system. Mr. Bennett Wills, a good and knowledgeable attorney, took our case and led us to a monumental win.
No one wants to be involved in a court case, but when someone accused us falsely and the financial costs were too high, we needed to fight back. Mr. Bennett guided us in every step of the process, comfort me and gave me the peace of mind in stressful situations. My family stood solid, behind us always as well.
He was prompt in replying emails, charged by quantum of 6 minutes though! He was discrete, sharp and straight forward from the beginning, later in the discovery sessions, and finally in the deliberations in the court. His way of presenting the case may not be theatrical but very effective. At the end we won, a big one!

I hired Ed Turnley to represent me in a criminal defense case for an assault charge. He came highly recommended to me by a bail bondsman I met in a chance meeting (the bondsman was not involved in my case btw, I met him at a restraunt). Am I ever glad I hired Ed! Believe every bad review of this man. He'll prey on you with your situation, hound you for the retainer fee and then disappear into oblivion! First contact was in January after my sister passed away in December. Second contact was him calling to ask about our situation and what we wanted the outcome to be in February. Third contact was him HOUNDING us for the retainer fee in March. Once that was paid, the next time we heard from him was when we had to call from blocked numbers DEMANDING a refund in late April. Since then, not a word. He said he'd get started on paperwork and has since disappeared. He WILL ABSOLUTELY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! I have already contacted the BBB with a formal complaint as well as the Tennessee Bar Association. Both have already contacted me in regards to the complaints and are doing everything they can to rectify this. I have receipts, proof of my 30 calls which he admittedly said he was ignoring and the dozen emails I've sent unanswered by him over the last 5 months. Going up to his office is pointless. I've done that. He is never there. He is a liar and how he has a license to practice law STILL is beyond me. I'm in contact with another law firm about his negligence and legal malpractice. Do not hire him. Do not talk to him. Do not even go to his website. It's all a façade.
