I worked with Charles on a zoning and land use issue. It involved an anabandoned roadway bisecting land that I had purchased for developement. We had previously worked with 2 other law firms on this same issue, but had gotten no results. Charles and his firm were able to cut through all of the red tape, address the issues at hand, and get us the results that were deserved. As a result, we will without doubt, continue to work with Charles on all of our future projects.

I had the pleasure of meeting Attorney Merced at Stamford Superior Court where we had an initial discussion about my foreclosure case. She reviewed all of my documents and offered to have a follow-up consultation with my family to review the facts of the case with them. I hired Attorney Merced and she did a fantastic job. I can say in the beginning he was very knowledgeable seemed like he wanted to help protect me and my special needs child. Towards the end just seems like he did not care anymore he knew exactly what was happening, the fact that my supposed victim I threatened me and my child, was a known drug dealer, known to be married and frauding the government, proven to lie directly to a judge.the fact that she was I was told this is not substantial to my case.
