Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

I am a long time seller on Amazon, and needed an attorney to help me protect my brand from being infringed on by other companies, who are copying my product. I researched online for an attorney who is local in Brooklyn, and also experienced in trademarks and brand protection, and is a registered patent attorney with uspto. I came across Leo Mikityanskiy, who has an impressive resume and a long list of accomplishments. He is Electrical Engineer (which to me means that he understand my line of business and product), and a USPTO attorney. He worked in big law, and has many years of experience working with business owners, trademarking, and patent law.
I scheduled an appointment for a consultation with him, and I have to say that he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my concerns, and already had a plan of action that we needed to take against the company that was infringing on my brand. Earlier this year I fell on hard time in terms of debt, I was trying to pay it off and refused to give up. Unfortunately due to personal issues I started to accrue more debt that I could not longer handle. My friend recommended Michael for a consultation and to look at my options. I came to the office for a consultation after going to other offices for consultations. She was the only attorney who told me to sit tight and not do anything right now because of several issues that I had. Everyone else just wanted to take my money. Alice explained all options to me, gave me prognosis for all options but said she recommends me to wait. I did and I am waiting, but if my situation ever does change, she is the only attorney I will ever go to. Honest, thorough and to the point.

My grandmother and I first met with Alice Antonovsky in Febraury 2014. By July 2014, my grandmother's asylum application was recommended for approval. By May 2015, her application was approved. By Alice's own admission, this should have been a very difficult case to work with, as my grandmother was in the country for many years and only applied for asylum recently. But in Alice's hands, it all worked out.
Alice Antonovsky is warm, very professional, but most of all, knows her craft and it shows in her results. Alice is easy to work with, follows up on every meaningful detail, explains everything very clearly, and answers all questions, no matter how long you keep her there. She even drove us to get the results from the interview, waited with us, and celebrated with us!

I hired Mr. Brown in 2015 to find if my Mom was entitled to pension from a closed company. At the time I only wanted to find the information for my elderly mom. She belong to a union when she was employed by this company. I approached Mr. Brown and provided very little information. I was amazed Mr. Brown worked on this case with limited information. He was able to contact the union and provided all the necessary documents to the union. My mom was able to received the pension retroactive from April 2003 to now. I am very satisfied with his excellent services. I will now need his services on probate the will and transfer of Coop Apt. I am confident he will provide excellent services again!
