Mr. Kuchmaner is our primary attorney and has handled a wide range of things for us. He helped us negotiate some tough contracts in our commercial real estate business. In one project he helped us negotiate a purchase contract where environmental clean up was required. In another he went in front of city hall and successfully got them to vote to rezone our property. I have used Attorney Schweikert more than once for protection of my rights in the Intellectual Properties area of Law. He has been efficient and thorough in his work and in his communication with me and others regarding this work. In addition, he is a kind gentleman. I was refereed to Brandon by another lawyer for his expertise in the area I needed help. The other lawyer thought very highly of Brandon. He did not disappoint! I found him very knowledgeable and competent. He took the time to listen to me and hear my problems. A lawyers I worked with in the past , jumped in with a solution with out really hearing me as well as talking over my head. Brandon broke everything down so I could really understand the legalese. He gave me great advice which pointed me in a different direction. Thank God he did. Had I followed my own thinking, it would have ended very poorly for me. He conducts himself with great integrity. He was very fair on his billing and I feel I got a great value for the money I spent. He is obviously good at researching. The situation I was dealing with was pretty complex so he quickly did the research and got back to me promptly. Of all the great qualities he possesses, I have to say his responsiveness was the best of any lawyer I have seen. I came to Attorney DePasquale with a difficult case involving a piece of real estate that needed to be declared unliveable.
He had to do exhaustive research and negotiations with Chase Bank and their attorneys.
