Scott was a great help to me with my SSI Disability case. He helped me with all the forms and paperwork needed to apply for disability and was by my side during the court hearings. He helped me acquire all the medical and background information I needed also. He was very courteous and always answered any questions I had. He was very prompt and always returned my phone calls. His assistant was also very knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way. Scott is a very caring person who always took time to listen to my problems even if it was not about my case. I would highly recommend him.

I have worked with Rob for over 20 years on a wide variety of transactions and would highly recommend him for your real estate law needs. As the VP of Development for a national restaurant chain, i worked directly with Rob on land acquisition deals, leases, sale leasebacks, financing deals, and even the purchase and sale of entire companies. Rob has the personal expertise to handle all of that, and the resources to bring in other experts as the situation merits.
Rob has always been responsive, hands on, and focused on timely closing of our deals. He was as helpful to us when we were a small franchise as he was when we grew to a $150 million plus company. To his great credit, I do not recall a time in the span of around 50 transactions, with every variety of difficult personality involved, where I did not feel that Rob was an asset in moving the deal towards completion.
Whatever your Commercial Real Estate law needs, I am sure Rob could be an asset to you as well.

John Milligan handled an extremely difficult estate case for me. His excellent negotiation skills and great legal advice resulted in a settlement that I was very happy with.

Jeremiah did wonders for a mutual friend of ours! He was professional, confident, respectful and knowledgeable and most of all, friendly!!!! Two months ago I was arrested and charged with OVI. Having never been arrested, I had no clue how the process worked or what the outcome would be. I found Jeremiah’s firm online and quickly decided to have him represent me. Not only did he get the charges dropped; but he made sure there was no license suspension, no classes, and no fees to be paid. He even allowed me to make payments so this was not so much of an impact for my family and I. During the process Jeremiah checked in on me frequently and asked if I had questions and reassured me that this was going well. He gave me his personal cell number which I was happy to be able to call him and ask questions. In the final meeting at the court, the judge said “you better thank your lawyer” and I could not be more appreciative with how professional and patient Jeremiah has been with me and my case.
