Jason Bangos Esq. helped me out when I was involved in a situation completely out of my control and that I was simply not guilty of. It was a whirlwind of events that completely shocked me that it even happened, but nonetheless he reassured me that he would be able to handle it just like he has done in the past for other clients. Needless to say he did exactly that and all the charges were dropped. Like many people, I didn't have an attorney on standby because I had never been involved in legal charges before but now in the future I know who to turn to. We hired Andrew to help us when our insurance company denied our claim when water and sewage damage completely destroyed our Florica Condominium. Even though Andrew made several phone calls and wrote an initial letter, the company continued to deny our claim. He was persistent and continued to help us negotiate with the company until we finally received a fair monetary settlement. He was always quick to respond, helpful, and courteous when working with us. I would recommend him to anyone who is fighting an unjust insurance settlement.

I had a very complicated immigration case because of my previous lawyer’s negligence and as a result, I was in removal proceedings. I looked for a knowledgeable, competent and honest lawyer and after research I hired Mr. Carrion to represent me. He was honest and realistic about expectations, filing process, court procedures and timelines. Because of his expertise and hard work I obtained permanent residency.
He always stayed on top of my case and comforted me when I was disappointed and nervous. He kept me informed at all times and was in constant communication with me during the whole process. He worked out a payment plan for me which helped me pay his fees easier, during the time he represented me and won my case. His staff was very helpful and kind, always there for me. Mr. Carrion is simply the best and would highly recommend him to anyone who is dealing with immigration matters.

I had a long running - 4 years - problem with a business partner involving intellectual property issues and I consulted Alan about this. He was knowledgeable but it was not his area of expertise so he roped in a colleague who specialized in the area. What impressed me is how Alan shepherded the process and kept it on track. He was always on top of actions that needed to be taken and worked actively to keep the billing hours as low as possible. Eventually the strategy he devised with his partner resolved my issue in ninety days.
Subsequently I have retained Alan as my attorney for all my business and personal affairs including wills and estate planning and have been very happy with the service I get.
An earlier reviewer reported that Alan did not return phone calls and his staff were discourteous. I cannot believe this because my experience has been the exact opposite. I have frequently received a response from Alan to my emails within seconds. His staff is most courteous and eager to help. On one occasion I pointed out an error to his assistant and she felt so bad that Alan called me to find out exactly what had happened. His staff take pride in work well done and he sets the tone himself.
I am not competent to evaluate a lawyer's expertise. But I have been around long enough to judge a professional and I am highly confident that Alan is a super attorney - confident in what he knows in the areas in which he specializes, and well connected enough to assemble a competent legal team for whatever problem you are confronting. On one occasion I had a friend who needed legal help in the not-for-profit arena. Alan gave me a recommendation that my friend was thoroughly happy with.
Finally, Alan is an attorney and will bill you for his time. But he has also helped many clients in different ways that go way past legal issues. I have met many of these clients personally and their testimonials are the reason I use him as my own attorney.

Alan Gassman was recomended when my wife and I were looking to update our wills. He worked very closely with us on setting up a trust. This was several years ago. We have continued working with him on updating the trust.
Alan and his staff got us through an inheritance situation when a relative died and the original will could not be found.
We also used his offices for some insurance problems regarding my wife,s mother. He got results when we were getting nowhere with the insurance company.
In all cases we have found that he and his staff have always met or exceeded our expectations.

Mr. Lonzo was referred to me by another attorney who could not handle my complicated case. Mr. Lonzo was the 3rd attorney I'd had on my civil case in the past 4.5 years. Within 2.5 hours, he had managed to accomplish what the prior 2 attorneys could not or would not do and had my case settled out of court within two days without going to trial.
Mr. Lonzo has a "heart" for justice like I've not seen in any prior attorney I've worked with in several years of family litigation and civil litigation.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Michele! Most lawyers I run across seem to think that they are above many of us "laypeople", but in dealing with Michele that never crossed my mind. Rather than making me feel like just another client, Michele got to know me and made me feel that she truly cared about my situation. She is always positive and willing to help, and she never made me feel as if I was taking up too much of her time or I wasn't worth it.
