In my opinion, you could not find a more competent lawyer to help plan, develop, and produce estate management documents. I met with Justin individually, then he met with my family, my children, then he produced drafts for our review. The final product is a binder that contains all of the documents presented very professionally, accompanied by a flash drive that can be used to share the documents with my children.

I would highly recommend Jeff Colerick as the attorney to call in Colorado Springs. I was in a car accident with my three children last year and suffered injuries to my back and neck and we all had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The insurance companies were impossible. A friend recommended I call Jeff. He took my case seriously and was persistent and kept me informed. He ultimately got a settlement for myself and for each of my children that was more than I even expected. We are grateful for his help.

I contacted Mr Downie regarding a pending purchase on a tract of land and a previous complaint launched on the property owners and their building site plans. This was a pressing matter that needed immediate attention as the closing was less than 10 days away.
Mr Downing discussed the case with me over the phone (since I'm located in a different state) his initial thoughts. When we met Tim in 2006 we were really in a bind. We had a mountain of debt, our house was in foreclosure, we were facing wage garnishment, and we were dealing with the possibility of being sued. To say the least, we were desperate and hopeless. After our first consultation with Tim we started to see light at the end of the tunnel, and for the first time, believed it was not a train. To start with, Tim became a shield between us and the creditors that were constantly calling. I cannot even begin to tell you what a relief that was!
Tim not only handled our bankruptcy with professionalism and intelligence, but also with class and grace. He is very knowledgeable regarding bankruptcy laws and litigation. He did not treat us as deadbeats, in fact, he made us feel like we were not bad people. He helped us understand sometimes good people go through difficult financial times and need to just start over. I have been introdced to Kevin and his team indirectly at first due to Mother going Home June of 2017. Kevin is the attorney she selected to draw up her trust. All that really needs to be said is I have dealt with mzny attorneys in several areas of law and none exude the level of professionalism and semse of duty to their profession and clients interests as Kevin. In an area of law that is viewed by the general public as shady and rift with fraud, Kevin and his people exemplify the way this most difficult of scenarios a family has to endure should be handled. If you are in need of an attorney for the wealth protection and future planning, I can not stress enough that Forbush legal should be the first one you call. Mind you, I live in Las Vegas, NV. Kevin's office is in Colorado Spprings, CO. I have formed this opinion fron only emails and phone calls, I have yet to personallly meet him or any of the staff I have been working witb, thar is how good they all are in one of the most dufficukt areas of Law. Casey is a straightforward, no-nonsense attorney who will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.
Casey is easygoing and open to talking to as a client, but when it comes to court appearances, he wastes no time and will ensure your case is heard as soon as possible. Chris was also an outstanding attorney who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The office assistants were also outstanding.
