I hired this attorney through Upright Law and sorry I did. When I went in to sign my papers in the beginning, I felt rushed and alone as she was doing something else and left me to sign papers in the office by myself. After bankruptcy was discharged, I was trying to contact her via phone and email for weeks to ask when I would be getting my discharge papers and to ask a question about my case with no reply. Her secretary apologized today and that is when I called Upright Law to complain to them about her and to ask when I can get my discharge papers. Upright law will be sending me my discharge papers via email so I can finally get on with my life!

I had some potential landlord concerns after my brother passed away and I was left to handle his estate. I reached out to Fortenberry to prepare for any potential legal problems I could run into with the landlord. There was a bit of confusion during the beginning of the consultation; but once it was cleared up, Jot helped me out and he got an agreement put together for me. Luckily, I ended up not having any issues with the landlord and the sale of my brother's property processed smoothly. Having Fortenberry available and ready to assist me right away was a huge relief during this time. Just knowing that I had a legal representative I could reach out to in case I had questions or ran into trouble really helped me get through a difficult situation. Thank you!

I had a very difficult divorce. I hired another attorney first and her firm screwed up a protection order hearing so bad I knew I needed help. Bob came very highly recommended and now I see why. I met with him and was impressed by how frank and honest he was. My situation meant there was a good chance I would have to sell my house and business to be able to come to a settlement agreement. Bob helped me take the emotion out of the process and treat it as a business transaction, which is really what divorce is, and make logical and fair arguments to begin making progress. He and Michelle help my hand through the process and made sure to explore all the options. We came to a fair custody agreement for my kids and ex. In the end, I was able to keep my house and my business and begin my new life. I recommend Bob and Michelle to anyone who has to go through this, it will be 10 times harder without them. Thank you so much to the Robert Clothier law firm!

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN !!! I do not even know where to begin. If you are entertaining retaining Mr. Clothier and his team please please pay atention to the following! They are very personable so I thought I was in good hands however Mr. Clothier and his team are just horrificaly incompetent.
- They made a 100k dollar mathmatical error that I caught at mediation on the value of my house.
-The billing is not tracked accuratley at all so realy document everything. They will ask for documents several times and then bill you every time.
- The unorganization is awful, Mr. Clothier literaly forgot I was the one who Filed for divorce.

I would not recommend Robert Clothier as an attorney. He was dishonest, unprofessional, and not well-spoken during the hearing. He repeatedly started a sentence, stopped, tried to rephrase and then would finally finish his thought, coming across as very unpolished. He also could not keep a straight face during some of his questioning. He has the typical stereotype personality of an arrogant attorney.

I hired Tammy through Marble Law-neither of which I would recommend.
I paid $5000 for a RESPONSE to a petition of divorce. When it recently came time to do mediations-I was told by both marble and Tammy that the service was not included and was completely blindsided. When I talked to Tammy, she advised to talk to Marble. When I talked to Marble, they advised to talk to Tammy. I feel completely used, disregarded, and out of the loop in MY OWN case.
I have been working with Tammy since June- Not once have I met her. She was difficult the entire time to get ahold of, her paralegal team was not friendly anytime I called, Tammy missed meetings, and wouldn't respond to me for almost WEEKS at a time. I went into her office one time to sign papers-and they didn't even have the correct address on google! So as a single mom, with her 4 year old, was sent to two different places. (small side note-but shows how irresponsible this office really was)
To her credit, she tried to make it right once or twice, but it seemed that every time she would try to make it right, she would follow it up with another wrong pretty short there after-and I would be brought to tears from how upset I was again and again.
I am disappointed in Tammy and her team, and am disappointed in Marble law.
In my opinion, I would steer clear of both of them if you are seeking legal help-you won't find it here.
