We selected Michael Juba from among other lawyers because on our first phone call, he listened thoughtfully and carefully to our situation and concerns. His response was extremely kind and patient—exactly what we needed in our distress. From that first contact all the way to the end of the trial, he gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing, and he patiently taught us what we needed to know every step of the way.
As we came to know him—and later, his partner Daniel McGarvey—we found both to be compassionate, patient, hard-working, thorough, wise, and very smart. As our case unfolded, and it became evident that we were confronted with a cruel, incompetent, and stubborn prosecutor, Mr. Juba and Mr. McGarvey doubled down and took every step possible to bring the case to a close before ending up in a trial.
During the trial, we learned the extent to which Mr. Juba and Mr. McGarvey had prepared the case. They studied every angle, obtained every possible form of evidence, brought important legal precedence to the judge, and shaped their arguments clearly and professionally.
We kept reminding each other how grateful we were that we had the best lawyers possible. Looks like my review was unfairly taken down....guess this firm wants to keep my families experience hush hush. I TESTIFIED in court on behalf of my brother and the custody over my two nieces, we had two family meetings with Tyler plus I sent him a very long and lengthy email in November of 2023 that he never replied to yet charged my father $350 to read, which I don't believe he even read my email. So if this firm is trying to claim my review is not valid because I didn't hire Tyler myself they are incorrect!!! I was a part of this entire journey so for Google to take down my review after this firm reported it is not OK as I was involved with this case from beginning to end.- so here is my review again!!!! ZERO stars!!!! My father and brother hired Tyler Lambert to help my brother win his custody battle with his two young daughters. Tyler many times was very hard to get in touch with and would ignore phone calls over and over again. I kept telling my dad and brother that they needed to hire a new attorney because Tyler did not have my brothers best interest at heart. I wish they would've taken me a little more seriously however they felt they had invested so much money in him already that they stuck by him. Tyler showed no evidence in court to help my brother out... We submitted text messages, social media posts, conversations, photos of our family over the last 16 years with my brothers daughters, etc...Tyler used none of it in court. He had so much proof on my ex sister in law and how her attorney was blowing everything out of proportion plus evidence that could have made my brother's ex look really bad and prove she's a liar - but Tyler provided none of it and when they were claiming untrue statements about my brother he didn't object, not one time!!!! Tyler told all of us that were testifying on the stand that we needed to "be nice" and say "nice things" about my ex sister in law and that we should NOT provide any family photos as this judge doesn't like seeing family photos. Meanwhile the other side TRASHED my brother and they also showed a ton of photos - clearly Tyler's advice was the worst we could have taken. The end result were my nieces moving away with their mother to Illinois and pinning my brother as a bad father. He's an amazing father. He just has a bitter and scorned ex-wife that wanted to hurt him so badly that she used her own children for leverage. Do not hire Tyler if you are going through a custody battle with children... He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother's daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly. I WILL CONTINUE TO REPOST REVIEWS IF THIS ONE IS TAKEN DOWN - THIS EXPERIENCE WAS MY EXPERIENCE FIRSTHAND WITH TYLER!!!!!

James Cordes provided terrible advice. His drafting was sloppy and required extensive redrafting by opposing counsel, and he advised me to take a terrible deal. Because of James, I am taking home a fraction of my income. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until firing him and employing new counsel. He is a nice man, but a bad lawyer. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before it was too late.

Peter Garin is an ineffective Child and Family Investigator (CFI) with an aggressive and abusive investigation style. He was court-appointed and began by interviewing my son. The initial meeting was marked by aggressive and abusive questioning. My son and his now ex-wife struggled to agree on parenting issues. Mr. Garin failed to ask probing questions, resorting instead to general inquiries. Each of his interviews lasted between 8 to 25 minutes, while he conducted a lengthy interview with the other party that lasted over 2 hours.
He visited our home for only 10 minutes and then left.

Peter Garin is a terrible CFI with an aggressive and abusive investigation style. Although, I was the person who hired him, he spoke to the other party first. Instead of speaking to me about my concerns, my first meeting with him was an aggressive, abusive interrogation where he threatened me with jail time. My 13 year old son had been refusing to engage in parenting time with his father, Mr. Garin immediately blamed me and dismissed my son's mental health records and his therapist's reports of PTSD. When interviewing my son, Mr. Garin told him "it's OK for people to drink and drive as long as they are not under the influence" although we had a specific court order to not consume alcohol during parenting time. My son's father has had open containers of alcohol in his vehicle multiple times with the children in the car. Mr. Garin ignored the alcohol abuse, ignored the mental health aspect of our case, vilified my son's safe parent in his report and never investigated in a neutral way. When I checked his report for bias, using chat GPT, the entire section interviewing myself and my contacts were biased negatively and the entire section interviewing the other party and his contacts were biased positively. I do not recommend him if you are looking for a true unbiased investigation.

In my opinion, you could not find a more competent lawyer to help plan, develop, and produce estate management documents. I met with Justin individually, then he met with my family, my children, then he produced drafts for our review. The final product is a binder that contains all of the documents presented very professionally, accompanied by a flash drive that can be used to share the documents with my children.

My brother passed away 2 1/2 years ago. He had a Will and a Personal Representative to oversee the distribution of his estate. Upon his passing his PR suddenly lawyered up and cut all communications with myself and younger brother we are both heir’s as is the PR. The environment got very hostile, I could never get straight answers from the PR or her attorneys. So I decided to see if I could get some legal advise. I found a web site which offered free legal assistance, I submitted the questions I needed answered and waited for a reply… Robert Murillo answered my questions this guy is restored my faith in the legal profession . He listened to me and then told me what my options were, I was impressed and hired him that was around the end of January 2024 it’s now 2/25/2024 and I will be receiving my inheritance possibly as soon as next week! This guy takes his job very seriously and gets results. Robert did everything he said he would do for me and much more.

Mr. Murillo was very instrumental in helping me to settle a business equipment lawsuit that involved my personal guarantee.
Initially I defended myself as I thought the cost to hire a lawyer would have been prohibitive. As the case grew more complex, I reached out to Mr. Murillo who helped me understand the complexities of the case, and what I needed to do to settle the case without a judgment being awarded against me.
His fees were reasonable and he went above and beyond what I expected, and genuinely took an interest in helping me.
I would hire Mr. Murillo again if needed, and highly recommend his services.
